FM-200 Cylinder at SERPL Vizag

Supply of approved and certified Clean Agent FM200: Supply of FM-200 gas (HFC 227ea) complying with NFPA Standard 2001 (latest) and certified FM200 clean agent in 2 number of cylinders (details attached separately.) The Vendor has to submit the authorization documents issued by the original manufacturer Refilling of nitrogen-pressurized HFC227ea extinguishing cylinders, each cylinders to be pressurized as per design Necessary certificate is required to be submitted along with the gas supply.

1. Statutory Hydro-Static Pressure Testing of FM200 gas Cylinders from CCoE/ PESO Approved testing agency. Required test certificates to be issued to IOCL about successful testing and passing the test standards of the cylinders. 2. Ultrasonic Thickness Inspection to be carried out after hydro test and report to be submitted. 3. Painting of cylinder to be carried out after hydrotesting. 4. Hydrotesting date to be imprinted in every cylinders after hydrotest. 5. Certificate of PESO Approved testing agency to be submitted

Replacement of Gas Cylinder Valve KIT (Including all types of Orings , Safety disc , NRV etc.) as approved by EIC.

Dismantling & re-installation Charges of Cylinders: The FM 200 cylinder is required to be dismantled from the discharge header in all respect and to be blinded by vendor. After Refilling, Re-Assembling refilled cylinders in its cylinder bank assembly. The consumables required for reassembly will be arranged by the vendor. Charging / commissioning of FM-200 gas cylinders after re-installation Dismantling & Installation after Refilling to be carried by vendor and all manpower, consumables & machinery will be in scope of vendor. Vendor must verify the system functionality to Owner In Charge.

Trasnsportation Loading of 6 cylinders from 2 Cylinders from SERPL Vizag site for transportation up to the location at which statutory tests and refilling of the cylinder will be done. The Conveyance will be arranged by the vendor. The manpower required for loading, unloading and local movement of the cylinders at various points in the course of dismantling, refilling and assembling again will be arranged by the vendor. The same will be applicable for the round trip movement. Vendor to take only one cylinder from each supression system and after re-installing vendor has to carryout the remaining cylinders testing & refilling.

Painting of extinguishing cylinder with one coat of red oxide primer & two coats of Fire red synthetic enamel paint including writing work for hydrotesting date ,due date &.Sr no,type of gas present, surface preparation cleaning etc in all respects as per direction of EIC.
