M&L of ACSR conductor of required size for Over head lines on poles including streching, tightining of poles insulator with winding wire of suitable size with insulator/streching of ACSR conductor complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F MS channel/angle iron/flate iron of required size and bend to shape as cross arms bracing and support including MS clamps back plates with bolts, nuts and washer drilled for insulator including painting two coats of synthetic enameled paint (Aluminium shade) over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note: - Insulator with bolt, washers, nuts and spindle will measeured and paid form seperately under relevent item of Sch 'A'.

S&F of Pin type, porcelain, vitreous, white,brown or green insulator including one galvanised mild steel spindle, two galvanised iron washers and one galvanised iron nut, 150 mm height, 150 mm dia for 11000 volts grade complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for Disc type insulator porcelain vitreous 145 mm high and 225 mm dia ball and socket type white, brown or green single disc assembly forworking pressure11000 volts complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F Steel tubular swaged pole erected to truly vertical or planted as strut complete with 6 mm thick MS Base plate,welded to pole,finial taper cap, bolts, nuts, screws,11 Mtr long, type 410 SP - 55,including drilling of holes of required size for fixing of cross arms,painting the exposed surfaces of pole with two coats of aluminium paint over a coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer and with two coats of black bituminous paint on the portion embedded in concrete, and marking pole no. with black paint at suitable height complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note: - The earthwork, PCC foundation, steel clamps, MS Cross arms & bracing of angle iron etc will be measured and paid separately under relevant items.

S&F stay assembly for steel tubular poles comprising of 7/10 SWG galvanized MS stranded stay wire of required length, minimum tensile strength 70 Kg/mm (grade-2 quality) fixed to pole with and including FI clamps bolts, nuts, washers, galvanized steel stay rod 20 mm dia 180 cm long bow 400 x 14 mm nuts/bolts, washers all galvanized and two nos thimble, loop insulator of size 90 x 140 mm vitreous, clearance dia of hole 16 mm, stayplate of size 230 x 230 x 6mm including necessary excavation and earth work PCC 1:3:6 type C-2 using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate in foundation and disposal of surplus spoil, upto 50 M all as specified and shown in plate No 1 of MES SSR Pt -I complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for Switch Air break gang operated tripple pole structure mechanically operated from ground level mounted on and including 12 No insulators and steel frame, out door type, suitable for vertical installation, single break, provided with locking arrangement consisting of MS channel, HT post type insulator copper alloy high pressure assembly with drop out fuse assembly with fuse carrier fuse element 5-20 amp mounted on insulator and operating rod of 25mm dia medium grade GI pipe complete conforming to IS-1018 of 1972 with continuous current rating upto 400 amps and voltage 11 KV including testing and commissioning complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply, installtion and testing lightning arresters expulsion type complete with all fittings, transmission clas, discharge capacity 65 kilo amp, 11000 volts complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for earthing complete with galvanized steel earth plate electrode 600 mm x 600 mm x 6.0 mm thick buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 mtr below normal ground level) with top edge plate not less than 1.5 metre below normal ground level connected to galvanized earth strip of size 32 x 6mm and including GI wire 4mm dia as earthing lead by means of bolts, nuts, chuck nuts and washers of galvanized iron earth lead with 15 cm thick alternate layers of charcoal dust & common salt including PCC pit in PCC 1:2:4 type B-1, RCC cover made out of cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1 (using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) reinforced with TMT steel bars 8 mm dia @150 mm c/c both ways with suitable handle and angle iron 40x40x5mm frame, GI medium grade watering pipe 20 mm bore and funnel with wire mesh light grade protection pipe 40 mm bore up to 5 mtr length complete as shown on electrical plate No 3 of MES Sch 2009 (Part-I) and testing on completion complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note: - On testing after completion of earthing, if desired earth resistance is not obtained, the earthing will be re-done by the contractor at his own risk & cost to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge.

S&F continuous earth wire GI 4mm dia for continuous pole earthing incl fixing on cross arms complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for cradle, hexagonal/rectangular fabricated with galvanised steel wire 3.15/4mm dia complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for Anti climbing device spikes type fabricated out MS bars ( round /Square/ flat ) including nuts bolts washers and welding in two halves made in such a shape to suit the cross section of the pole complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for laying of XLPE insulated, screened, PVC bedded galvanised steel strip or wire armoured,electric power cables (heavyduty) with aluminium conductor, 11000 volts, grade cross sectional area 120 sq. mm 3 core complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F Cable jointing kit for 11 KV (Earthed) grade cable for outdoor termination cold shrink type joint complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for 3 core XLPE armoured aluminium conductor cable of armoured aluminium conductor cable of size 120 sqmm complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and laying tubes galvanised iron light grade 100 mm bore laid in trenches/across roads alongwith walls/poles as protection to, cables complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note: - MS clamps with MS clamps with nuts bolts and washers etc, excavation and earth work shall be measured and paid for seperaterly.

M&L reinforced concrete pipes class NP2, 250mm bore for protection of HT cables under road corssing or in trenches etc complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for road cutting for laying of cable/pipe and making good the disturbed/excavated surface as per existing road including refilling the excavated material, compacting, WBM and black top carpeting with bitumen & aggregate following the stone/sand on top complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5 m wide and not exceeding 1.5 m deep for laying of cables, pipes foundations of poles/stays etc .not exc 10 Sqm area on plan and getting out in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5 m wide and not exceeding 3 m deep for laying of cables, pipes foundations of poles/stays etc .not exc 10 Sqm area on plan and getting out in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Returning, filling in excavated soil in trenches including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers n. exc. 25 cm thick complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Removing of excavated soil to a distance n. exc. 50 mtr and deposited where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 mtr above the starting point complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Supplying and laying un-reinforced precast concrete cable cover, class HV, type 1, Flat, size 300mm x 180mm x 40mm for protection of under ground cable complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for sand cushioning to UG cable laid in trenches with clean dry river sand 8 cm below & 15 cm above the cable & punned down to 18 cm thickness complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note: - For payment purpose 18 cm thickness shall measured.

M&L for providing plain cement concrete 1:4:8 type D-2(using 40mm grade crushed stone aggregate) as in foundations filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for providing plain cement concrete 1:3:6 type C-1(using 20mm grade crushed stone aggregate) as in copping including all necessary form works complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for UG HT cable route indicator made out of 100 mm dia MS plate and on grounting "HT CABLE" and 75 cm long MS bar legs fixing with and including necessary PCC on HT cable route complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for XLPE insulated, armoured, aluminium conductor cable, 1100 volts grade, heavy duty, cross sectional area 70 sq mm 3.5 core, laid in trenches/ducts/through pipe complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.
