Part I ( Fire Alaram and Detection system)

Maintainence and repairs to micro processer based fire alarm control panel of Make Apollo installed at MH kirkee Phase -I building having six loop data card, battery, LCD panel, buzzers required software program etc, including testing by OEM all as directed. The details of the Fire alarm panel are herein under:- (a) Fire alarm Main Panel - Make : Apollo - 01+2 Nos (b) Heat and smoke detectors - Make :Zicom :661 Nos (c) Battery 12V 7AH Make : Safe Power- 24 Nos. (d) Response indicator - Make :Agni : 221 Nos. (e) Manual Call points- Make : XP95: 40 Nos (f) Dual tone electronic Hooter: Make Zicom : 6 Nos (g) Repeater Panel : Make :Apollo : 9 Nos (h) Control Modual for AHU Make Apollo : 12 Nos Notes The unit rate quoted shall include for regular inspection once in a month to keep the system functional by maintenance/servicing/ clearing the fault in loop wiring , cleaning the heat/smoke detectors with blowers, response indicator, MCP, Sounder cum Strobe with control module all as directed by Engineer In Charge.

Supply & Fix in replacement of fire alarm repeater panel complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, install, test and commissioning of intelligent addressable multi criteria smoke detector with standard base etc. as required all as specified and as directed. Make: Notifier (Model FAPT-851 with B 501)/ Edwards/ Morley/Apollo as approved by GE.

Supply & fix in replacement of Manual call point resetable type wall mounting type in enclosure complete all as specified and directed. Make:- Honey well Model NBG 12 LX or Equivalent as approved by GE.

Supply, install, test and commissioning of fire alarm Hooter (audio visual type), intelligent, addressable, (Sound output of minimum 90 dB up to a distance of 10 feet) with strobe light of minimum 75 cd intensity with power supply arrangement complete as required and suitable for wall/ ceiling mounting complete all as specified and directed. Make: Notifier (Model P2R) /Edwards/ Morley/Apollo as appeoved by GE.

Supply, draw, connecting, testing and commissioning of 2 core 1.5 sq mm stranded copper conductor, PVC insulated PVC sheathed aluminium mylar tape shielded FRLS, armoured cable laid on ceiling/wall clamped with aluminium clamps/ drawn in ERW pipe complete as required and directed

Supply and fix response indicator incl taking down old unserviceable all as directed by Engineer In Charge. Make Honey well or Equivalent as approved by GE.

Supply and laying of Mild Steel Stove enameled black conduit alongwith the accessories such as tees, bends, elbows, bell mouth ends and all fixing accessories such as couplers, locknuts, saddles, pipe hook etc. on surface/recess including painting, in case of recessed conduit, cutting the wall and making good the same for of recessed conduit of size 25 mm dia.complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix addressable relay module incl taking down old unserviceable all as directed by Engineer In Charge. Make: Notifier (Model No.FRM-1) /Edwards/ Morley/Apollo as approved by GE.

Supply and fix Addressable monitor module incl taking down old unserviceable all as directed by Engineer In Charge. Make : Notifier (FMM-1)/ Morley/Edwards as approved by GE.

Supply and fix addressable fault isolator module incl taking down old unserviceable all as directed by Engineer In Charge. Make : Notifier (FMM-1)/ Morley/Edwards as approved by GE.

Part II (Fire Fighting system)

M&L for servicing of electric motor of capacity 120 HP, 3 Ph, 415 volt, cleaning of winding, removing of dust, varnishing and greasing of ball / roller bearing complete and refixing the same in position with proper balancing and allignment including testing all as directed by Eng-in-charge.

M & L for painting of motor coupled pump for removing the existing deteriorated paint by scrapping the complete body, filling cavities with filler, spray painting with synthetic enamel paint two coats over a coat of red oxide zinc crome primer and marking of SM/MES No. with black paint for 120 HP pump.complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for painting of motor coupled pump for removing the existing deteriorated paint by scrapping the complete body, filling cavities with filler, spray painting with synthetic enamel paint two coats over a coat of red oxide zinc crome primer and marking of SM / MES No. with black paint for 50 HP pump.complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Dial type pressure gauge(4"Dia)(Firebug) 0-21 kgs (8'' dia) ,0-10kg including taking down old unserviceable item all as directed by Engineer In Charge

Supply and fix ball bearing No.6309 of make SKF or equivalent in NBC as approved by GE complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix ball bearing No 3309 of make SKF or equivalent in NBC as approved by GE complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix Double row Angular contact ball bearing of make SKF 301BG or equivalent in NBC as approved by GE complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix Cylindrical roller bearing of make SKFN311 or equivalent in NBC as approved by GE complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for disconnecting / dismantling of electric motor of capacity 120 HP, 3Ph, 415 Volt, taking out old unserviceable burnt winding and rewinding the same with proper enamelled copper wire, 'H' Class of suitable size including insulating material such as varnish, sleeves, paper etc and refixing the same in position with proper alignment, balancing and testing all as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Dismantling and taking down carefully pump set of capacity 120 HP, from motor and foundation after disconnection of water supply connection and transport to civil workshop for repair, taking out impeller shaft assembly complete and unserviceable parts for replacement including greasing of all moveable items such as bearing, bearing housing etc, balancing of impeller shaft, impeller and other connected items including lathe work as required and re-assembling the complete pump set and transporting the same to pump house, reinstalling the pump set on existing foundation and coupled properly to existing motor with proper balancing and allignment including making all connection and testing all as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Taking out old unserviceable parts and S&F for the following items from electric panels of fire fighting pump houses:-

(a) S&F Power contactor type MNX 110 Make : L&T

(b) S&F Power contactor type MNX 55 Make : L&T

(c) S&F Bimetallic overload relay suitable for MNX 110 contactor of Range 60-110Amp Make : L&T

(d)S&F Bimetallic overload relay suitable for MNX 50 contactor of Range 30-50Amp Make : L&T

(e) S&F Electronic timer type ET - 100 Make : L&T

Taking out old expired fire extingusher CO2 type 4.5Kg capacity from the MES installtions and transporting to approved testing Lab / workshop and carry out complete over hauling of cylinder, Plunger nozzles, valves etc., including purging, pressure testing and refilling the CO2 gas as per capacity all as per IS 08-78 including painting the cylinder with approppriate colour, labelling and transporting back to site, installing on its position and testing for satisfactory operation all as directed by the Engr-in-charge.

Supply & fixing of ABC type Fire Extinguisher of capacity 4.5 Kg as per IS 2878 complete all as manufacturer's instructions and as directed.

Material & lab our for attending breakdown of 200/150 mm dia pipe line bursting/cracks including broken pipe pieces of various sizes through gas cutting or manual cutting as required at site and providing new CI/MS pipes of required length (not more than 2m) and removing out the damaged CI pipe and inserting necessary specials such as CI collar etc as required at site and providing 4 No.s of lead joints required at site including testing for the leakages of lead joints for 200/150mm dia MS/CI pipes complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in -charge Note: Excavation , returning refilling will be measured and paid seperately under relevant item of Sch.

Repairs to CI sluice valves by taking out gland sleeve, check nut spindle, gate etc. and cleaning the valve by removing all scales and reassembling the valve with new packing nut and bolts including painting with one coat of synthetic enamel paint all as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge for the following:

(i) Sluice valve flanged type 200mm dia.

(ii) Sluice valve flanged type 150mm dia.

Repairs to CI Non return valves by opening the cover and cleaning the valve by removing all scales, dirt etc and reassembling the valve with new packing nut and bolts including painting with one coat of synthetic enamel paint all as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge for the following:

(i) Non return valve flanged type 200 mm dia.

(ii) Non return valve flanged type 150 mm dia.

Supply and replace nut, bolt and washer in repairs of any size complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for repair of butterfly valve of following sizes, slim seal standard lever operated type confirming to IS -13039 with required type confirming to IS - 13039 with replacement of required flanges, nuts bolt, handle etc - CI Heavy ISI--to suit the system make kirloskar/ jindal including taken down unserviceable accessories all as directed by Engineer In Charge

(b) 150 mm dia

Supply and replace Gun metal fire Hydrant valve with 5 mm flanged inlet and 63 mm female single instantaneous outlet complete with Lug & Chain as per IS 5290 Hydrostatically tested to 21 Kgf/cm2 of pressure having a flow rate of 900 LPM at 7Kgf/m2 all as directed by Engineer In Charge

Supply and replace fire hose 63 mm dia confirming to IS:636, 36 meter length including gunmetal heavy duty pair of male and female couplings all as directed by Engineer In Charge

M&L for Painting of fire control cabinet indoor type size 2 x 1.5 x 0.9 meter with two coats of paint over a coat red oxide primer by spray paint including scrapping out old rusted paint and necessary snickering and making all as directed by Engineer In Charge

Replacement of unserviceable/broken glass & rubber beading in cabinate all as directed by Engineer In Charge

Replacement of unserviceable key & lock in cabinate all as directed by Engineer In Charge

M&L for Painting fire hydrant pipe line up to 200/150 mm dia by scrapping old rusted paint and applying one coat of red oxide primer and two coats of synthetic enamel paint of fire red colour including marking fire hydrant flow all as specified and as directed

M&L for construction of valve pit in repairs of size 120X120X60cm internal dimensions with 100 mm thick PCC 1:4:8 type D2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate for sub base of floor, 50mm thick PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate as in floor, finished even and fair without using extra cement , PCC solid block masonry in CM 1:4, rendering with15 mm thick plaster in CM 1:4 including 3 mm thick MS sheet pit cover fixing with angle iron frame 40x40x6 mm thick complete with locking arrangement having provision of lifting handle including 2 coats of synthetic enamel paint over one coat of red oxide primer to steel surface including excavation in soft/loose soil, returning filling and removal of surplus soil up to 50m distance complete and all as specified and directed by Engr-in- Charge.
