CHAIR VERANDAH (FD-19(M)/ 256/ 359) (a) Taking down unserviceable cane from chair verandah and re-caning with best quality new plastic cane of 3.50 mm wide plastic cane as per Godrej pattern including applying one coat of white synthetic enamel paint of superior quality to chairs as per drawings all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge

CHAIR VERANDAH (FD-19(M)/ 256/359,) (b) Continuous welding 20mm dia MS tube at hand rest frame joint, seat frame joint, back frame joint and seat to back frame stiffener joint of chair verandah all as per drawing duly painting the affected portion with two coats of synthetic enamel paint(White) over a coat of red oxide primer all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge

CHAIR VERANDAH (FD-19(M)/ 256) (c) Provision of PVC bush hard of approved make, fixed to legs of chair varandah including taking down old one as per drawing all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

CHAIR DINING LONG BACK (FD- 357) (a) Removal of unserviceable seat cushion of Chair dining long back and provision of new seat cushion of 32 density covered with leatherised rexine fixed on 12mm thick plywood commercial of chair dining long back all as per drawing and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge

(b) Removal of unserviceable back cushion of chair dining long back and provision of new back foam 50mm thick of 32 density covered with leatherised rexine to fix on 12mm thick plywood commercial of chair dining long back all as per drawing and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge

CHAIR HIGH BACK(TP) (a) Replacement of the existing seat and back of any sort of chair revolving and replacing with new seat & back as per the colour/ rexine/ leather/ tapestry as approved by GE complete all as specified and as directed.

(b) Replacement of un serviceable Hydraulic pressure systerm, heavy duty, 38mm dia of chair revolving and replacing new hydraulic pressure system heavy duty fitted to the chair revolving complete all as specified and as directed.

(c) Renewal of pedestal assembly (base with wheel), injection moulded in black, 30% glass filled nylon, 10.5mm dia forged bright zinc plated MS castor pin, press fitted in to each prong for holding the castors of 600mm pitch centre dia and to fit the chair revolving and all as specified and as directed

(d) Replacement of un serviceable arms rest of chair revolving and replacing the new arms rest of any size with suitable arrangemetns to fix the nut & bolts all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge

CHAIR Revolving Make Godrej Model No PCH-5002 T & PCH-7032) Replacement of the existing of seat and back of any sort of chair revolving and replacing with new seat & back colour of tapestry shall be as approved by GE complete all as specified and as directed.

(b) Replacement of un serviceable Hydraulic pressure systerm heavy duty 38mm dia of chair revolving and replacing new hydraulic pressure system heavy duty fitted to the chair revolving complete all as specified and as directed.

CHAIR VERANDAH (FD/MAP-II/05,06) Taking down unserviceable PVC seat from chair verandah and re-fixing with best quality new PVC Seat 4 mm thick and PVC edges 20mm folded towards back and weight not less than 1.85 Kg and grooves 90x10mm 10 Nos, on seat &back including applying one coat of white synthetic enamel paint of superior quality to chairs as per drawings all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

ALMIRAH LARGE AND MEDIUM STEEL (FD-67(M)/ 351/1031/ 1032) (a) Removal of unserviceable locks and provision of new 65mm 6 levers lock with triplicate keys of approved quality all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge

(b) Removal of unserviceable handles and provision of new chromium plated handles 125mm long with suitable bolts and nuts as required all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge

(c) Removal of unserviceable corner clips and provision of new corner clips made out of 3mm MS plate to shelf all as per drawing and duly applied with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge

(d) Removal of unserviceable three way locking device of almirah large with 8mm round MS rod and provision of new three way locking device with 8mm rod all as per drawing and duly applied with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge

(e) All as per Sl Item No 1.076 above but almirah medium steel

(f) Removal of unserviceable worn out legs of Almirah large with shelves steel and provison of new MS legs of size 435mm x 70mm x 100 mm made out of 1.0mm thick MS sheet all as per drawing duly applied with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer and legs fitted to almirah by continuous welding all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge

(g) All as per Sl Item No 1.078 above but almirah medium steel.

(h) Removal of unserviceable shelf of Almirah large steel with shelves and replacing the same with new shelf made out of 1.00mm thick MS sheet made to shape as per drawing of size 910mm long and 435 mm width duly applied two coats of olive green synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer, the shelf shall be fixed with suitable 3mm MS Clips all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

(j) Removal of unserviceable shelf of Almirah medium steel with shelves and replacing the same with new shelf made out of 1.00mm thick MS sheet made to shape as per drawing of size 765mm long and 465 mm width duly applied with two coats of olive green synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer, the shelf shall be fixed with suitable 3mm MS clips all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

(k) Continuous welding of legs, MS Cover and corner clips of Almirah large and medium steel all as per drawing duly painting the affected portion with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer to match the existing surface all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge

TABLE OFFICE OFFICER STEEL / TABLE OFFICE CLERK STEEL (FD-84(M)/ 1003) (a) Replacement of old unserviceable locks of tables steel of sorts and S&F with new locks of 04 levers brass of approved make with triplicate keys complete all as shown on drawings & as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

(b) Removal of unserviceable drawer of table office officer steel and provision of new drawer made of 1mm thick MS sheet duly painted with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer with MS lock, 4 levers of approved quality all as per drawing, as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

(c) Removing of old unserviceable drawer from table office clerk, supply and fix new drawer made out of 1.0mm thick CR sheet made to shape as per drawings duly painting with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of prime complete all as shown on drawings and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

(d) Continuous welding 25mm square MS tube to the top base frame joints, leg joints and stiffener joints of table steel of sorts all as per drawing duly painting the affected portion with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer to match the existing surface complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

(e) Removal of old unserviceable rubber shoe for steel tables, S&F new hard rubber shoe of superior quality as approved and all as shown on drawings.

STEEL TABLES (FD-85 (M)) Removing the old unserviceable table tops, S&F with new tops made out of 18/19 mm thick prelaminated particle board of approved make and shade duly providing 6mm thick teak wood beading complete all as specified in drawings and as directed for the following steel tables :- (a) Table office officer steel

(b) Table office clerk steel of sorts (FD-1003)

CHAIR CBA STEEL WITH ARMS FD/75(M) (a) Dismantling carefully the packing of existing unserviceable seat frame of chair CB with arms of any discription in any position, supply and fixing new seat frame made out of 1st class teak wood with finished and canned with 1.8mm plastic cane and boarderd with 3.5mm plastic cane superior quality colour white in Godrej pattern complete all as specified including painting of frame and shown on drawing and as directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

(b) All as per Sl Item No 1.090 above but replacement of back frame of chair steel CB with arms with new back frame made out of 1st class teak wood finished canned with 1.8mm plastic cane and boarderd with 3.5mm plastic cane superior quality colour white in Godrej pattern complete all as specified including painting of frame and shown on drawing and as directed by Engineer-In-Charge

(c) Removal of unserviceable arms rest of chair CB tubular steel with arms, provision of new arms rest of size 50mm x 25mm x 46mm made out of 1st class hard wood (teak wood) including polishing new members with french polish to a glossy finish and fixed with suitable screws and washer all as per drawing and specified and as directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

(f) Removal of unserviceable PVC shoes/ caps of chair CB tubular with arms and chair CB tubular without arms and provision of new PVC shoes/Caps as per standard size all as per drawing and as specified and as directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

ALMIRAH LARGE STEEL GLAGED (FD- 104) Removal of existing unserviceable 4 mm plain glass of any type, supply and fix provision of new 4mm plain glass of approved quality all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge

BOOK CASE STEEL (FD-1028) Removal of unserviceable set of 4 locks with one key sets and provision of new 65mm 6 levers lock with triplicate keys set of 4 locks of approved quality all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge

FD-1028 Removal of existing unserviceable 4 mm plain glass and supply and fix provision of new 4mm plain glass of approved quality all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge
