Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing) removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 25 mm thick Cement concrete type B1 1:2:4 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate as in levelling concrete finished even and fair to recive floor finshes,complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Non - skid Ceramic coloured tiles 7 to 8 mm thick area of each tile exceeding 0.06 sqm but not exceeding 0.11 sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match laid over 15mm thick screed bed or bedding in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for glazed ceramic coloured tiles 300mmx200mm/450x 350mm/450x 300mm size and 7mm thick set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement with pigment to match, fixing on vertical surfaces such as dados, skirting, risers of steps, pillar etc.,with and including 10 mm thick backing coat of CM 1:4 complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Vitrified Ceramic tiles of size not exeeding 0.36 sqm of size and 10mm thick light shade in floors set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured cement to match laid over 15 mm thick screed bed or bedding in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No 05.00 above, but on vertical surfaces such as skirting, risers etc. with and including 10mm thick backing coat of CM 1:4 complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of stone slabs and tiles of any description or thickness in floors, aprons etc. laid, bedded and jointed in cement mortar complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 300mmx300 mm of size and 20-22 mm thick rubber moulded coloured chequered cement concrete tiles jointed with grey cement and pigment laid in floor over and including 20mm thick screed bed in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 18 - 20 mm thick prepolished granite stone slabs in steps, jambs, pillars, windows cills, cooking platforms, floors and the like laid over cement mortar 1:6, 20 mm thick set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white cement with pigment to match complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L Machine cut kota stone slab flooring 20-25mm thick over cement screed base laid and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing and polishing complete including cutting and polishing of tiles over 20 mm thick screed bed of cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for providing Sadarahalli stone slabs (of any type) work 20mm thick (table rubbed and polished) in floors, steps, jambs, pillars, window-cills, cooking platforms, skirting, dado and like in cement mortar (1:4) including pointingin white cement (1:2) using stone dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade of stone complete all as specified and as directed.

All as per item No 13.00 above, but on vertical surfaces such as skirting with and including 10mm thick backing coat of cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Precast coloured cement concrete pavement tiles of size 300x300x25-30 mm laid over screed bed or bedding layer of mortar 20mm thick in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 2.5mm thick Linoleum flooring, plain coloured sealed down with an approved adhesive in floors including stretching, cutting and fitting including taking down unservicable flooring sheet complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling/breaking out existing cement block pavers/kerb stone of any description and thickness complete all as specified and directed.

M&L 75 mm thick ( compacted thickness) WBM with coarse aggregate of grading2 (63 to 40 mm)size, or of grading 3 ( 50 to 20 mm size with granite trap or basalt stone) spread,rolled and consolidated including rolling with hand roller complete all as specified and directed.

Providing and laying 60mm thick factory made chamfered edge cement concrete paver block of M-35 grade with approved colour, design & pattern as in footparth, parks, lawns, drive ways or light traffic parking etc.,of required strength, thickness & size/ shape, made by table vibratory method using PU mould, laid in required colour & pattern over and including 50mm thick compacted bed of fine sand, compacting and proper embedding/ laying of inter locking paver blocks into the sand bedding layer through vibratory compaction by using plate vibrator, filling the joints with sand and cutting of paver blocks as per required size and pattern, finishing and sweeping extra sand complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition cement concrete (unreinforced) in ground floors and pavings n.exc 15cm thickness (below or above GL) excluding ashlar facings, dressed stone work and precast concrete articles complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 75 mm thick PCC 1:3:6 type C-2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate, as in plinth protection finished even and fair complete all as specified and as directed.
