Cleaning shrub jungles, uprooting stumps and small bushes and trees below 1m. Girth and cutting grass by grass cutter machine close to the railway track for better traffic operation including conveying and disposing the same 50m. away from track with supply of all labour, grass cutter machine, operator, POL, T&P, lorry charges, loading and unloading charges, all taxes, Port entry pass for Man & Machineries, excluding GST etc all complete as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Cutting the 90R/ 52kg / 60kg Rails to required length with supply of Rail cutting Machine, machine operater, POL, required T&P, labour, with hire & running charges of machine, all taxes, Port entry pass for Man & Machineries, excluding GST etc. all complete as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Drilling holes in 90R/ 52Kg / 60Kg Rails to required diameter with supply of rail drilling Machine,machine operator all required T&P, labour, electric charges, hire charges of machinery, all taxes, Port entry pass for Man & Machineries, excluding GST etc. all complete as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Cutting/chiseling, grinding of projected side face of rail head portion of 90R/52 Kg/ 60Kg rails, tongue rails caused due to movement of rail borne traffic by means of chiseling/electric grinder or by any other means with hire & running charges of electric generator set with supply of all labour with operator, special T&P, all taxes, Port entry pass for Man & Machineries, excluding GST etc. all complete as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Gas cutting of 90R/52kg/ 60kg rail flanges to suit check railing including handling of rails for gas cutting, stacking the gas cut rails within a lead of 30 m. including cost of gas, hire and running charges of gas cutting set, required T&P, gas cutter operator, labour, all taxes, Port entry pass for Man & Machineries, excluding GST etc. all complete as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. (Rails supplied by the department)

Transportation of 52Kg/60Kg rails from the central store / Site Store to work site by private trailor including cost of transportation charges, loading at one end & unloading at other end with supply of crane/hydra with operator, all labour, T&P, all taxes, Port entry pass for Man & Machineries, excluding GST etc, all complete as directed by EIC . (Cost of entry pass for trailor,machinary & driver etc. all will be borne by the contractor)

Providing and engaging one number tractor with trailer for shifting of P-Way materials located at different locations or for any rly. maintenance related work including hire and running charges of tractor, loading unloading charges including cost of driver, POL., all taxes excluding GST etc. all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. (Cost of entry pass for tractor with trailer, machineries & driver etc. all will be borne by the contractor)

Providing and engaging Hydraulic excavator of 1 cum capacity on hour basis for excavating hard deposited cargo & cleaning the dumped/spilled cargo from the track or where found necessary for smooth movement of train or for any emergency work related to rly. maintenance including hire and running charges of Hydraulic excavator, cost of driver, POL, all taxes excluding GST etc. all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. (Driver pass, Machine Entry pass will be borne by the contractor)

Providing and engaging Hydra/Crane (80 tonne lifting capacity) on hour basis for Shifting of switches, CMS crossing, Rails, Point sleepers or any emergency rly. maintenance related work for quick operation of traffic including hire and running charges of hydra, cost of driver, POL, all taxes excluding GST etc. all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. (Driver pass, Machine Entry pass will be borne by the contractor)

Supplying & conveying the Black oil &Grease as per requirment and using the same in railway track where found necessary including cost of transportation, labour for loading & unloading, required T & P, all taxes excluding GST, etc. all complete as directed by EIC.

Supply of hard broken granite stone ballast of crusher broken as per approved sample of size confirming to IRS-GE-I 2004, including conveying by private trucks with all leads and lifts, loading and unloading charges, stacking at work site in standard stacks with all leads and lifts with supply of all materials, labour, T&P, cost of testing charges of ballast at the laboratory or at site, all taxes, tollage, royalties excluding GST etc. complete as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Spreading, dressing & boxing of stone ballast, conveying from stacks on cess or from the stacking ground at locations as directed including all leads and lifts, including crossing of Rly lines etc where necessary with supply of all labour, T&P, all taxes excluding GST, etc. all complete as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. (Payment will be made basing on utilization of stack measurement as in Item No.11)

Conveying ballast by head load from stack (away from the track) to an average lead of total length of track at the work site crossing the lines and putting heaps with supply of required labours, all taxes excluding GST, etc. all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Supply of the permanent way track fittings and fastenings (from RDSO approved vendors) including stacking at the site store/near site where space available including cost of all transportation charges, loading charges at manufacturing work-shop and unloading charges at site store /near the site including all leads and lifts, freight charges, all taxes, testing charges, tollage, with supply all labour etc. complete. ( This item includes submission of inspection / test certificate given by RITES/ INDIAN RAILWAYS from the manufacturer at the contractor’s cost) as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing & Engaging of skilled labours to attend derailment work/ any restoration work / any emergency work highly essential during day and night time hours for quick operation of traffic with supply of all required machinaries, special T&P, all taxes excluding GST etc. all complete with satisfactory completion as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. (This item is for beyond normal working hours).

Providing and engaging skilled labours to execute the scheduled routine railway maintenance works such as maintenance of B.G. railway tracks, points and crossing including oiling the same, tightening of loose fittings of track, through packing of railway track and points and crossing, alignment of tracks etc. required for smooth movement of rail borne traffic with supply of special T&P, materials, all taxes excluding GST, etc. all complete as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.( Cost of Entry pass to the workers will be born by the contractor). The agency will provide oil man, key man, gang man, for the track maintenance. The agency has to provide dust allowance @Rs.8/- per day, cycle [email protected]/- per day, house [email protected]/- per month for full months works. The agency will provide EPF, ESI employer contribution and bonus under bonus Act along with Uniform one pair per year as usual norms and safety items like helmet, safety shoes, ones mask, guggles, hand gloves, rain coat etc at his own cost.
