Providing and applying primer coat with bitumen emulsion (SS-1) on prepared surface of granular base including cleaning of road surface and applying primer at the rate of 0.70-1.0 kg/sqm using Mechanical Means as per Technical Specification Clause 502.

(iii)Providing and applying tack coat with bitumen emulsion (RS-1) using emulsion distributor at the rate 0.25 to 0.30 Kg. per sqm on prepared granular treated with primer and cleaned with hydraulic broom as per Technical Specification Clause 503.

Providing, laying and rolling of open- graded Premix surfacing of 20 mm thickness composed of 13.2 mm to 5.6 mm aggregates either using penetration grade bitumen or emulsion to required line, grade and level surface as wearing course on a previously prepared base, including mixing in a suitable plant, laying and rolling with a smooth wheeled roller 80-100 KN static roller capacity, finished to required level and grades to be followed by seal coat of either type A or type B or type C as per technical specification clause 508. Providing and fixing of road stud 100 x 100mm dia cast in aluminum resistant to corrosive effect of salt and grit fitted with lense reflectors, installed in concrete or asphaltic surface by drilling holes 30mm up to a depth of 600 mm and bedded in a suitable bituminous grout of epoxy mortar all as per BS : 873 (Part 4) 1973

Providing and fixing retro –reflectorised cautionary mandatory and informatory sign as per IRC 67 made of encapsulated leans type reflective sheeting vide Clause 1701.2.3 fixed over aluminum sheeting, 1.5mm thick supported on a mild steel angle iron post 75mm x 75mm x 6mm firmly fixed to the ground by means of properly designed foundation with M 15 grade cement concrete 450mm x 450mm x 600mm, 600mm below ground level as per approved drawing and technical specification Clause 801.
