B&R PORTION:- Disconnecting existing water tanks and setting aside exceeding 500 ltrs and n. exc 1000 ltrs and refixing the same in the same place, complete all as directed and directed.

Taking down existing tarfelt including tiles and Demolition of lime / cement concrete & screed bed complete from roof surfaces including parapets and lowering without disturbing the existing RCC roof slab and removing the same to a distance exc. 50m and n. exc. 100m including roughening of old concrete surface of roof by wire brushing and cleaning the surface to remove all loose dust etc., complete all as directed and directed.

M&L for 15mm thick screed bed or bedding layers in cement mortar (1:4) with mixing of water proofing compound @ 3% in order to maintain proper slope over existing roof surfaces for laying APP based polymeric membrane and finished the surfaces even and smooth without using extra cement, complete all as specified and as directed. (NOTE : Polymeric membrane & WPC shall be measured and paid separately under relevant item of this Schedule 'A').

M&L for Water proofing treatrment to RCC roof slab, including parapet comprising with the following courses of treatment/specification from bottom to top :- (a) Applying bitumenous primer @ 0.4 ltrs per Sqm over plastered surfaces of roof including parapet surface. (b) Over the priming coat laying one layer APP based polymembric membrane of approved manufacturer 3mm thick weight not less than 3 Kgs per Sqm reinforced with non woven polyester febric weight not less than 150 gms per Sqm. Polymeric membrane shall be taken to a height of 60cm (min) and then inserted inside the groove of parapet wall and shall be finished by a membrane flashing. Note :- (i) Laying APP bassed polymenic membrane shall be done torch on methed or as per manufacturer's instructions. (ii) A minimum overlap of 100mm and 75mm should be made at the end and sides of the polymeric membrane respectively and sealed all overlaps and joints as per manufacturer's instruction. ......contd to item No-04.01

Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone walls etc. including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Rendering 15 mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 with mixing of water proofing copound @3% on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement, complete all as specified and as directed ( Note :- WPC shall be measured and paid separately under relevant item of this Schedule 'A').

M&L for Applying two coats of cement base paint on walls including preparation of new plastered or un-plastered surfaces of wall, complete all as directed and directed.

Demolition of cement concerte (unreinforced) of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for complete all as directed and directed.

M&L for Plain cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1, (using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in bed blocks, coping, benching and similar work including necessary form work, complete all as directed and directed.

Dismantling of asbestos cement sheets, plain or corrugated steel sheeting, any gauge, thickness, including Nainital or similar pattern roof coverings, complete all as directed and directed.

Dismantling timber scantling 40 sq cm and over in section in any position, framed work complete all as directed and directed.

Dismantling wall and ceiling board (fibre, pulp, PVC, insulation etc) or insulation boards/slabs/blankets, any thickness including cover fillets, complete all as directed and directed.

Dismantling mild steel work of any description & position, complete all as directed and directed.

Demolition of brick or stone masonry, built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars etc but excluding ashlars facings, dressed stone work, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Walling of random rubble stone masonry brought upto course, well bonded, bedded and solidly hearted, built in cement mortar (1:6), complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No. 15 above, but except stone complete all as specified and directed.

Extra over stone walling for hammer dressing with maximum depression on face from straight edge held against the dressed surface not exceeding 40mm to face stones (lime and sand stone) and dressing of face beds and joints, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Suspended false ceiling using E- grid suspended ceiling grid system of grid size 600x600mm with GI frame work of main runner 38 x 24mm sheet thickness 0.4mm, cross Tee 28 x 24mm sheet thickness 0.3mm and wall angle 24 x 24mm x 0.3mm using 4mm thick high pressure stream cured classic variant E-board, designer pattern (ISI marked, IS No 14862-2000) fibre cement E board to be placed in the grid suspended by 4mm GI wire hangers from the purlins of the roof with butter fly clips including preparation of surfaces and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over one coat of primer complete all as specified and directed. S&F 1100 volts grade heavy duty cable PVC insulated solid aluminium conductor served with PVC tape and over all PVC sheathed in service connections suspended by insulating hangers not more than 1 m apart including 4mm dia GI suspension wire, one twin core cable flat or circular of size 6 Sqmm with & including taking down old old unsv service cable connection, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 1100 volts grade heavy duty cable PVC insulated solid aluminium conductor served with PVC tape and over all PVC sheathed in service connections suspended by insulating hangers not more than 1 m apart including 4mm dia GI suspension wire, one twin core cable flat of circular of size 10 Sqmm including taking down existing old service connection, complete all as specified and directed.

Taking out old unsv exhaust fan from site of capacity 380/200 mm sweep and replacement of exhaust fan incl all connecting accessories complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

S&F in repair of PVC counduit non matalic rigid, of size 25 mm dia (external) incl all accessories use for fixing of conduit on wall and ceiling etc, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair PVC casing caping of size 25 mm incl all fixing accessories complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair flexible PVC conduit of approved quality of size 25 mm dia bore with fixing materials complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Repair and maintenance of unserviceable ceiling fan of 1200mm/1400mm sweep at contractor's work shop, incl dismantling complete the ceiling fan parts, inspecting serviceability of all the parts, refixing of serviceable parts after cleaning and replacement of unserviceable parts with company's genuine parts i.e. capacitor, bearing, bushes, shaft, bracket, rubber bush, connecting wire, PVC connector, aluminium clamp for rod, bracket, bush rod, greasing/oiling etc assembling, cleaning and testing of ceiling fan complete all as specified and directed. Note: (i) Unserviceable parts as above shall be measured and paid separately under relevant items of Sch 'A' as supply only. (ii) Rewinding of stator will be measured & paid for separately under relevant item of Sch 'A'. (iii) Cost of minor part i.e. Cotter pin, screws shall be deemed to included in the cost of quoted rate.

Repair and maintenance of unserviceable exhaust fan of any cap and sweep by dismantling the exhaust fan parts, inspecting the serviceability of parts, refixing of serviceable parts after cleaning, replacement of unerviceable parts i.e. beaing, bush, capacitor, connecting wires, fan blade, locknut, rubber pad etc, oiling/greasing, cleaning and testing of exhaust fan complete all as specified and directed. Note: (i) Unserviceable parts replaced shall be measured and paid separately under relevant items of Sch 'A' as supply only. (ii) Rewinding of stator winding shall be measured & paid for separately under relevant item of Sch 'A'. (iii) Cost of minor part i.e. screws shall be deemed to included in the cost of quoted rate.

Rewinding of 450mm sweep exhaust fan motor with superior quality copper winding wire with insulation complete all as specified and directed.

Rewinding of 300mm sweep exhaust fan motor with superior quality copper winding wire with insulation complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair blade of exhuast fan of 200 mm sweep to 450 mm sweep as per existing make complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Preparation of painted surfaces of exhaust fan of any make and size by scrubbing old and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint by spray painting complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for disconnecting elect & water connection to geyser of cap 25/50/35 ltr, taking down, from existing position, dismantling and inspecting all the parts, for its serviceability, cleaning of serviceable parts i.e. Heating elemet, base assy, connecting lead, thermostat, electrical contact, electric wiring, indicators, safety valves etc and refixing, replacement of unserviceable parts, re assembling, remounting, reconnecting with electrical & water connectionn and testing complete all as specified and directed. Notes: (i) The defective parts to be replaced shall be measured and paid separately under relevant item of Sch 'A' as supply only. (ii) Cost of minor items i.e. Screws, nut & bolts etc shall be deemed to be included in the above item.

S&F in repair heating element 2.0 KW, ISI marked with gasket suitable for as existing size, type and make of geyser complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No 111 above but of cap 1.5 KW complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair thermostat ISI marked suitable for existing make of the geyser under repair of cap 50/25 /35 Ltrs complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair indicator lamp as per existing make and size complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair geyser safety valve (pressure release valve) for the exsiting make & capacity of geyser complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair geyser pipe connection heavy duty for inlet, outlet connection suitable to withstand the pressure and temperature for existing geyser complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair aluminium/cromium type flexible connection heavy duty for inlet, outlet connection suitable to withstand the pressure and temperature for existing geyser complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair inner tank made out of steel sheet conform to IS suitable for 25 ltrs capacity of geyser of different makes vertical type complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No 118 above but for Geysers of capacity 35/50 ltrs complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair non return valve made out of brass fixed in veritcal complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair new base assembly with inlet and outlet pipe made out of steel base plate with gasket and proper size of nuts, bolts and washer etc suitable for 25 ltrs capacity of geyser complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No 121 above but of size 35/50 ltrs complete all as specified and directed.
