Taking down carefully copper/aluminium point wiring (light,fan,socket or power) complete, including fixture/fittings such as switches,ceiling roses, pendents, regulators, sockets, light fittings ext. removing materials to store for keeping incase custody or for taking credit and making good disturbed surfaces of walls, floors etc.

M & L point wiring with 1.5 Sq.mm (nominal area) PVC unsheathed PVC insulated, multi strandard copper conductor pvc insulated 1100 volt FRLS grade single core cable drawn through and including rigid PVC concealed Conduit ISI marked of suitable size irs accessories complete alongwith 1.5 sqmm cable but in green colour as continuous earthing wire and connecting to common earth dolly completely on walls /ceiling/ roofs and in existing 1.6mm thick MS sheet terminal boxes duly fabricated flush type and/modular metal box with white cover mounted in the wall for mounting switches,switch socket combinations fan regulators etc., as required and provn of 3 mm thick plastic laminated sheet top cover all as directed and specified for the following:- Note : Chases cutting for concealed wiring to be measured separatelly items. One light point controlled by one switch.

Sub main wiring with 2 single core,6 Sqmm FRLS PVC insulated PVC unsheathed stranded copper conductor cable in and including PVC concealed/ surface conduit of earth wire with 1 x 6 Sq mm copper cable fixed along with the sub main in PVC conduit and connecting to earth dolly complete all as specified and directed.Note : Chases cutting for concealed wiring to be measured separatelly for item 27 &28.

Material and Labour for PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregrate for foundation filling as mass concrete including necessary form work complete all as specified.

NOTES :- Earthwork, sand filling, brick protection, lugs shall be measured and paid separately under relevant items of this schedule.

Excavation in trenches in hard/dense soil not exc 1.5 metre wide not exc 1.5 metre in depth; for laying of cables not exc 10 Sqm on plan and not exc 1.5 m in depth and getting out , trimming sides, forming bottom surface to required level complete all as specified and as directed .

Returning filling including spreading, levelling , watering and well ramming in layers n.exc 25cm in soil as directed .

Removing of excavated soil to a distance not exc 50 m & depositing where as directed at a level n.exc 1.5m above starting point all as specified and as directed.

Screening excavated earth (passing through 12 mm square mesh), laying riddled earth in trenches for cable protection, under and above Cable all as specified in SSR Part - I (Clause No 19.75) and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note : Punned thickness of riddled earth of 18 cm will be measured and paid.
