Removing of surplus excavated soil to a distance n.exe 50 Mtr and depositing where directed at a level n.exe 1.5 mtr above the starting point complete all as specified.

Material and labour for sand in trenches as in cushioning to under ground cable spreading, provide with the layer 8 cm before and 15 cm after laying and stretching jointing and testing the cable, levelling hand punning complete all as specified and directed.Note- Punned down thickness will be measured for payment purpose complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and laying unreinforced pre cast concrete cable cover class LV type I flat size 250x150x40mm all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate 600 x 600 x 6 mm buried directly in ground vertically to a depth not less than 2.25 metre below normal ground level with top edge of the earth plate at a depth not less than 1.5 metre below ground level connected to and including GI wire of size 4 mm dia by means of nuts, bolts, washers etc made of and connected to test point and earth dolly as all shown in electrical plate No.3 of SSR Part-I 2009 and specified or indicated including excavation and earth work in any type of soil PCC (1:3:6) type C1 in chamber, pre cast RCC slab 50mm thick in cement concrete (1:2:4) type B1, reinforced with welded steel wire fabric or XPM jali (weight not less than 4.0 kg/Sqm) with cast iron frame, funnel, with wire mesh, 20mm bore medium grade GI watering pipe, lugs, 15mm bore light grade GI protection pipe, test point, etc, incluidng taking down of old u/s earthing set complete all as specified and as directed. S&F in replacement of any size and provide new sheet metal distribution board iron clad VTPN, double door with acrylic door IP-54, IK-09, 08 ways, protection suitable or MCCB as incormer and MCB as outgoing 415 Volts, 3 phase 50 Hz, 4 way, complete with appropriate size copper Bus bar and neutral link confirming complete with one MCCB 4 pole 415 Volts 125 Amps rating, thermal magnetic with rupturing cap 16 KA of the same make as of distribution board and including cutting chases to wall for fixing DB and making good the disturbed wall surface all as reqd site including testing complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.
