(d) Machine pressed cement concrete tiles 300x200x20mm thick set jointed in neat cement slurry in floors with grey cement and pigment over 20mm thick screed bed 1:4 and grouted in CM 1:3 mixed with 5% crude oil by weight complete all as specified.

M&L for priming surfaces with bituminous primer conforming to IS-3384 @ 0.30kg/sqm, after drying of primer applying a coat of hot blown bitumen conforming to IS-702 @ 1.20 kg/sqm and laying polymeric water proofing membrane, five layered with centre core of 90 micron high molecular density polythelene film (min weight 3kg per sqm) with end over laps not less than 150mm and side lap 75 mm and applying a coat of semi hot blown bitumen 85/25 grade @ 0.50kg/sqm and dusted over the bitumen coat as in sunken floor complete all as specified and directed.
