Surface excavation n. exc (not exceeding) 30cm deep and averaging 15cm deep and getting out in soft / loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

Scarifying or picking gravelled macadam or bituminous macadam surface in area not exceeding 400sqm and depth exceeding 50mm but not exceeding 100mm deep complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for preparation of existing black top surfaces by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc, sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surface with gunny bags or compressed air to remove all loose, dirt, etc. complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for applying evenly a priming/tack coat with bituminous primer (VG-10) @ 5 Kg per 10 Sqm on existing black top surfaces / bituminous carpet surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for providing bituminous premixed asphaltic dense concrete using Paving bitumen any penetration, 40mm consolidated thickness with 5.5% binder content (using paving bitumen VG-30) by weight of total mix, laid using Mechanical paver, rolled and compacted to required camber and gradient, using 8 to 12 ton capacity power roller complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for providing premix bituminous macadam laid/rolled and compacted to required gradient and camber using 8 to 10 tone capacity power roller (consolidated thickness 75mm or less) using paving bitumen (VG 30 Grade) @ 4% by weight of total mix complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for painting lines, dashes, arrows, letters, etc. by applying 2.5 mm thick thermoplastic road marking compound of white/ yellow of approved make and shade for road marking, exceeding 10cm width on bituminous roads/ pavements or on cement concrete surfaces using Hot Processor Plant complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in repair CAT EYE/pavement marker of size 11.5x7x1.6 cms made out of acrylic strene-acrylonitie of hi-impact polystrene fitted with moulded metheacrylate (MNC) reflector cube corner reflector design, fitted with tightly adhering poofing compound as per ASTDM-4280 provided with bituminous adhesive in sufficient quantity with each unit sos fixing with two shank reflector on both face (Coefficient of laminaiton as per specification and compressive strength 13 tones at 223 degree centigrade etc), Double side lenses complete all as specified and as directed. Demolition of cement concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for and removing the demolished material outside MD land or at location directed by Engr-in-Charge complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for 100mm thick PCC (1:4:8) type D-2 (using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in floor/ sub-base/ path/ hardstanding and finishing the surface even and fair to receive floor finish over it complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for 40mm thick PCC (1:2:4) type B-1 (using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in floor/ sub-base/ path / hardstanding and finishing the surface even and fair to receive floor finish over it complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for prepolished chequered cement concrete tiles 30cm x 30cm x 25mm thick, set, jointed and pointed with grey cement mixed with pigment to match colour of tile in neat cement slurry in floors, laid over and including 15mm thick screed bedding layer in cement mortar (1:6) complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour forming 12mm thick expansion joints filled with pre-formed bituminous filler and top 30mm primed and sealed with sealing compound Grade 'A' complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix Machine pressed precast concrete interlocking rubber moulded paver block with grey cement and pigment any shape and size confirming to IS 15658-2006 of 60mm thickness M-35 grade including dismantling of existing damaged tiles and removing away from site, paver blocks laid over bedding layer of sand complete all as specified and directed. Note: Bedding layer of sand will be measured and paid separately.

Material and labour for laying 50mm thick sand as bedding layer for Machine pressed precast concrete interlocking rubber moulded paver block including watering and consolidation complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for plain cement concrete (1:2:4) type B-0 (using 12.5 mm graded stone aggregates) as in coping including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating and including necessary formwork complete all as specified and directed.
