E-Tender for Dismantling of existing old boundary wall and re-construction of new boundary wall at RBI Officers Colony Hauz Khas , New Delhi

Carefully cutting and removing of barbed/concertina wire ,dismantling brick work/RCC work in existing boundary wall of any thickness including cement plaster on one or both sides, coping or any finish of wall, MS grill/ MS corrugated sheet of boundary wall etc. and disposal of all debris including all lead & lift etc. complete as per the local administration and NDMC /MCD norms. The contractor should liaison with local authority if required for carrying the aforesaid work, no extra payment shall be made in this regard. All to be completed as per site requirement and disposal as directed by Bank's engineer and as per local bylaws & local administration laws. The removed barbed/concertina wire should be stacked at a designated place in the designated area as directed by Bank's Engineer. The rate includes refixing of Barbed/concertina wire as and when required over the new casing of trees as and when required and as directed by Bank's Engineer as per approved drawing. Note: dismantling/demolishing shall be done in sections as advised by the Bank’s engineer and by taking all the security precautions / safety measures. Before starting demolishing, the contractor should make the arrangement for temporary barricading along the boundary line so that trespassing/unauthorized ingression restricted and untoward incident may be avoided. Contractor should note that the MS corrugated sheets fixed on to the boundary wall have not been considered for the taking away and rebate, all sheets shall be removed and stacked at the designated place as advised by Bank’s authority.

Digging/ excavating the natural surface/ earth up to desired depth as per foundation requirement in the line & level of the boundary wall, Excavation for foundation for columns, plinth beams, footings, as per site requirement, etc. in all types of soil/ surface, strata, etc. The rate shall include dressing and trimming sides, dewatering, back filling the available selected earth, watering, ramming, consolidating and taking out of surplus earth/debris outside the Bank's premises as per local byelaw including all lead and lift etc. complete. Rates are inclusive of shifting of small trees (if needed) or other activities which are needed to complete the work. Final GFC Drawing shall be prepared by the contractor based on specifications and site requirement under the advice of the Bank.

Providing and Laying brick masonry work with well burnt, best quality locally available bricks in cement mortar 1:5 (1 cement: 5 coarse sand) after proper soaking , pointing from both sides and for any thickness in foundation and super structure of boundary wall including racking of joints, scaffolding, curing etc. complete as directed by Banks Engineer. The cost of testing the materials from Bank’s approved testing agency is included within the rates.

Providing and laying in position site-batched design mix cement concrete of grade (M15) 1:2:4 (1 part Ordinary Portland Cement : 2 parts coarse sand (Zone-III) derived from natural sources : 4 parts graded stone aggregate of 20 mm nominal size, also derived from natural sources), for plain cement concrete work. The rate shall include hire charges of concrete mixer and vibrators at site, curing, and carriage for all leads & Lift, but shall exclude the cost of centering, shuttering, and finishing, all as per the directions of the Engineer-in-Charge

Providing and laying in position ready mixed or site batched design mix cement concrete for reinforced cement concrete work in Grade M25 1:1:2 (1 ordinary Portland cement : 1 coarse sand (zone-III) derived from natural sources : 2 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size derived from natural sources) with minimum cement content 330 kg/Cum (UPTO PLINTH LEVEL) ; using coarse aggregate and fine aggregate derived from natural sources, Portland Pozzolana / Ordinary Portland /Portland Slag cement, admixtures in recommended proportions as per IS: 9103 to accelerate / retard setting of concrete, to improve durability and workability without impairing strength; including pumping of concrete to site of laying, curing, carriage for all leads; but excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge; for the aforesaid grades of concrete. The grade of the concrete shall be ascertained by the contractor and the cost of testing from Bank approved testing agency is included in the rates.

Supplying, straightening, cutting, bending, binding, and placing in position the reinforcement Fe 500d steel bars for RCC work at all level and height of required diameters as per bar bending schedule Including cost of double ply GI binding wire etc. The rate shall be inclusive of the cutting, bending, tools & plants, scaffolding, working platform, lead & lift of the material as per site requirement. All to be completed as directed by Bank's Engineer. The cost of testing of materials from agencies approved by Bank is to be included in the cost.

Providing centering and shuttering, including strutting, propping, and removal of formwork for foundations, columns, beams, and other structural members at all levels, as required. The work shall be carried out using approved formwork materials such as steel, plywood, or equivalent, ensuring proper alignment and stability during concreting. All necessary supports and safety measures shall be provided. The quoted rate shall include the cost of all materials, labour, tools, and equipment, and shall also account for the salvage value of the shuttering materials after their full use, as per the directions of the Bank’s Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and doing 18 mm thick average cement plaster in two layers. Base coat of minimum 12 mm in 1:5 (1 Cement: 5 Coarse Sand) cement mortar adding water proofing compound 2% by weight or as per manufactures specifications, top coat with 1:3 (1 Cement: 3 Fine sand) cement mortar of 6 mm minimum thickness finished rough with sponge/sand finish on, masonry wall/RCC surfaces at all heights including necessary scaffolding/working platforms molding and providing bends, grooves, drip moulding in plaster, curing etc. all complete as directed by the Bank's Engineer. Work is to be done in proper line, level and plumb. Rate shall include providing & fixing chicken wire mesh 28 gauge & 300mm vide for all joints of RCC and masonry (both internally & externally) at least 150 mm on both sides of joints/junctions. Rate shall include for additional thickness if required to achieve perfect line and level.

Providing and doing 6 mm cement plaster of mix : 1:3 (1 cement : 3 fine sand) over RCC surfaces in proper line, level and plumb including necessary working platform/scaffolding and providing bends, grooves, drip moulding in plaster, curing etc. all to be completed.

Providing and applying one coat of exterior quality primer and two or more coats of 100% Acrylic emulsion paint [plain/roller finish] of approved shade as per given approved list of materials in the tender document and make as per the manufactures specifications to the exterior surfaces of walls, beams, columns etc. to get desire shade and finish etc. all complete as required at site including preparation of surface, removal of loose dust or dirt, scaffolding, cleaning of site etc. all complete as per specifications and as per the direction of Bank’s Engineer.
