Fencing work (1 to 14):- Clearing jungle including uprooting of rank vegetation, grass, brush wood, trees and saplings of girth upto 30 cm measured at a height of 1 m above ground level and removal of rubbish upto a distance of 50 m outside the periphery of the area cleared (Estimate unit Rate Rs. 12.49)

Earth work in excavation by manual means in trenches for foundation, pipe, cables etc. (not Exceeding 1.5 mtr in width and for shafts, wells, cesspits and the like not exceeding 10 sqm on plan, including dressing of sides and remming of bottoms lift upto 1.5 m, including getting out excavated earth and disposal of surplus excavated earth as directed: in all kinds of soil (Estimate unit Rate Rs. 479.30)

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade including curing but exculding the cost of centering and shuttering, all works upto plinth level with: 1:5:10 (1cement : 5course sand : 10graded stone) aggregate 40mm nominal size crushed. (Estimate unit Rate Rs. 4826.50)

Fencing with R.C.C. post placed at required distance, embedded in cement concrete blocks, , last but one end post and corner post shall be strutted on both sides and end post one side only, provided with 5 horizontal lines and two diagonals of barbed wire weighing 9.38 kg per 100 meters (minimum), between the two posts fitted and fixed with G.I. staples on wooden plugs or G.I. binding wire tied to 6 mm bar nibs fixed while casting the post (cost of R.C.C. posts, struts, earth work and concrete to be paid for separately) :- Payment to be made per meter cost of total length of barbed wire used.
