Providing at all heights, levels and locations Aluminium profile industrial troughed sheet of Alloy 31500/31000/40800, conforming to IS 1254, IS 737, IS 2676. The sheet shall be fixed using self drilling/self tapping SS screws of size 5.5x65 mm with EPDM seal complete upto required pitch in horizontal, vertical or curved surfaces including cutting to size and shape where required as per specifications, detail drawings and direction of Engineer-in-Charge. The rate shall be inclusive of all screws, seal, ridge, labour, scaffolding, machinery for fixing and approved sealent where required etc. but excluding the cost of purlins, rafters and trusses. 0.71 mm thick (precoated or as per sample approved by Engineer-In-Charge) the profile detail width 1044/920 mm, cover width 1000/875 mm.

Supply, fabrication and insttallation of self supported arch shaped roofing as per specifications mentioned below: The Steel Sheet shall be 3'-0" (914MM) width(tolerance +/- 3.00 MM) which shall be curved and molded at site using mechanical press and dies to the desired curves and shape to form 2'-0"(605MM) approximate wide interlocking panels. These panels shall be erected in position and their seams shall be interlocking and pressed to close the seam forming a water tight joint. Minor color chipping. scratching should be rectified by applying Epoxy Lacquer . Providing and fixing double scaffolding system (cup lock type) on the exterior side, up to seven story height made with 40 mm dia M.S. tube 1.5 m centre to centre, horizontal & vertical tubes joining with cup & lock system with M.S. tubes, M.S. tube challies, M.S. clamps and M.S. staircase system in the scaffolding for working platform etc. and maintaining it in a serviceable condition for the required duration as approved and removing it there after. The scaffolding system shall be stiffened with bracings, runners, connection with the building etc wherever required for inspection of work at required locations with essential safety features for the workmen etc. complete as per directions and approval of Engineer-in-charge. The elevational area of the scaffolding shall be measured for payment purpose. The payment will be made once irrespective of duration of scaffolding.

Providing and fixing 8 mm dia C.P. / S.S. Jet with flexible tube upto 1 metre long with S.S. triangular plate to Eureopean type W.C. of quality and make as approved by Engineer - in - charge.
