NOTES FOR SERIAL ITEM Nos. 01 to 05: (a)The unit rate quoted is deemed to be inclusive of the following: (i) Greasing & oiling to all mechanical parts, ARD maintenance, top up of hydraulic oil, steel ropes, checking of cabin movement, door movement etc. (ii) Replacement of spare parts like ARD, ARD batteries, mother board, control panels (both inside and outside lift), LEDs, push buttons, switches, door locks, door drives, steel rope, car drive parts, ceiling lights and fans and all other parts as and when found defective. (iii) Technician/ Supervisor/ Service Engineer charges as and when services are provided. (b) The job has to be carried out on Monthly basis and test reports to be submitted to Engineer-in-Charge. (c) The L1 tenderer has to submit agreement with OEM or OEM recommended authorised dealer before award of tender within 15 days on getting intimation of becoming L1 tenderer from e-tendering portal of MES, failing which the bid shall be disqualified and an amount notified as EMD shall be recovered and no claim whatsoever shall be entertained at a later stage.

M&L for servicing of EOT/HOT crane 10 to 20 Ton capacity by taking down pulley blocks and winch assembly including gear shaft and chains followed by greasing, oiling and overhauling and checking for defects in wheel mechanisms for horizontal and transverse movements including rectification of defects and checking the rails for crane movement and aligning the same including bending, fabrication by welding including necessary reinforcement and connected PCC work and painting the HOT/EOT crane complete including brackets, cross members etc., with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer after removing the existing treatment on the entire surface and testing complete all as specified and as directed.

Supplying, fixing, testing and commisioning of Three phase multifunctional trivector meter, weather proof, on poles/walls suitable for 11000 Volts/ 440 Volts, LT distribution system including connecting CTs/ PTs, showing the values like Amperage (A), Voltage (V), Hz, KW, KWH, KVA, KVAH instantaneously and showing of maximum demand like Maximum KVA, Maximum KWH instantaneously & saving, recording and displaying of data for 30 days and showing the values of last 30 days whenever necessary including necessary control wiring and mounting Sintex box (IP-65) with clamps, nuts, bolts and washers to fix at nearest pole/wall as required at site complete all as specified and directed. M&L for preparation of old painted surfaces of LT panels/ feeder pillar boxes by cleaning/rubbing with coarse cloth/ wire brushes to remove dust deposits, oil, grease, levelling the undulations using oil putty and painting by applying one spray coat of synthetic enamel paint of existing tint without disturbing/ damaging the electrical net work system/ equipment including marking the details such as capacity/ rating/ incoming/ outgoing/ Danger notice board in capital English alphabets with red colour radium sticker of required size complete all as specified and as directed.

GENERAL NOTES FOR ALL ITEMS: As the work involves specialisation in lifts, cranes, fire fighting, external water supply and external electrification, the tenderer shall go through the BOQ thoroughly and understand before quoting the tender. The items in the work needs involvement of specialist agencies and hence the tenderer is deemed to understand that the work shall be got done through skilled labour only and the installations shall not be tampered by engaging ordinary labour. The unit rate quoted deemed to be included of all the costs thereof and no claim whatsoever shall be entertained at a later stage.
