Dismantling of DG Set Alternator of capacity 62.5 KVA / 63 KVA carefully and carry to authorised workshop for repair and re-fixing the same in its original position after repair and testing the same up to satisfaction of AGE E/M complete all as specified & directed. Note:- Necessary winding of alternator & repairing of armature shaft and required parts to be replaced shall be paid as supply only under respective items here-in-after.

Cutting out old burnt winding of alternator, cleaning the slot of stator and rewinding the same with super enamelled copper winding wire of appropriate gauge complete with all insulating materials, nomex paper, cotton tape, glass sleeve, soldering rod, Grease etc complete all as specified & directed.

Repairing of armature shaft both side by depositing metal on it, grinding & polishing to make appropriate size of the shaft complete all as specified & directed.

Supply only ball bearing at DE (Driven End) side of No.6310 complete all as specified & directed.

Supply only rectifier diode for 63/62.5 KVA complete all as specified & directed.

Notes : (i) The complete panel shall be checked and tested on full load after necessary repairs and replacement of unserviceable wiring. for its smooth functioning and proper interlocking including shut down on high water temperature and low Oil pressure. Quarterly Periodical, preventive and comprehensive maintenance of 30 Kg washer extractor for proper functioning, repair/replacement of temperature controller, sensor, limit switch, hydraulic locking device, electrical locking device, V belt ribbed type including adjustment of bush after replacement of belt, oiling/greasing and alignment of motor with proper tightening of belts complete all as specified & directed

Quarterly Periodical, preventive & comprehensive maintenance by disconnection, dismantling & taking out all mechanical/electrical/electronic circuit connections old steam roller ironer, removing of hot iron steam plate, taking out roller from machine, repairing of uneven surface of base material and damage sheet cover cloth, refixing of base material/parts including replacement of new cloth cover as per sample of 20 mtrs length on roller base material, stitching of canvas cloth & refixing of pedestal roller on machine & re-fixing of all electrical/electronic/mechanical connection & testing of machine complete all as specified & directed

S & F in replacement of CR steel scrap for wrapping surrounding the roller complete all as specified and directed.

Repair, servicing, calibration and programming of variable frequency drive including replacement of minor parts as required and rewiring of control wiring complete all as specified & directed. i.e. FABCARE/FABTECH Engg .

Repair and replacement of PLC unit suitable for washer extractor complete all as specified and directed.

Repair and replacement of HMI unit suitable for washer extractor (touch screen type) complete all as specified and directed.

S & F in replacement of industrial ironing machine complete with ironing table and piping arrangement complete all as specified and directed.

SECTION 'C' ( CRANE)

S&F in replacement of DOL starter three phase,415 volt suitable for upto 5HP motor as specified and directed

S&F in replacement of flame proof suspension type pendent / hanging controlling unit with flame proof star/ stop push buttons with indicator lamp and emergency control remote , lifting hock for UP and DOWN , long travel motion ,cross travel and connoting to controlling micro speed panel suitable for safe and smooth operating system of EOT crane of 2 Tons capacity including making cable connection and testing complete all as specified and directed. Make BCH or equivalent as approved by Engr-in-charge.

S&F in replacement of unserviceable main gear box oil seal packing ,gear box ball bearing etc or other defected connecting parts as required at site sample /type and making it oil leak proof and sound less proof complete and including testing on load of 2 ton EOT crane complete all as specified and directed .

M&L for servicing of over head crane complete including checking / tightening of nuts , bolts and breakers complete system, adjusting of breaks motions and VFD adjustment setting as per load testing run of flame proof / non flame proof / normal type EOT/ HOT cranes with having single or double girder type and providing greasing & oiling of travelling / moving parts of cranes with connecting motor girder parts for movement of cranes hoist / long /cross travelling and including maintained the controlling of speed /creeping micro speed of motors with minor maintenance/repair the electrically operated main control panel wire with connecting control wiring system consisting of main switch ,step down transformer, contractor ,HRC fuse , VFD, PLR ,control pendent , wire rope with break drum unit , gear box unit ,oil levels , motor bed / foot, electrical control cable , motor terminal, end cable carriage trolley , motor shaft , bush flange bearing with lathe work , chain pulley block , racket clutch ,gear block , chain wheel ,chain etc and including locating the defected fault and rectification of the fault and rectification of oil leakage etc any type and size and replacement of defected nut, bolts& washer and making it sound less proof and after trails testing run complete all as specified in present of Engr-in- charge Note:- (i) Servicing , adjusting etc of breaks motions and testing run work will be carried out by well qualified technician having good experience in the about repairing field of EOT cranes. (ii) It is personally responsibly / liability of contractor for smooth function of cranes for 09 month after the handing /taking over of all site without any extra cost to department (iii) Contractor shall be immediately depute suitable nos of experienced technician to attend the complaints on required basis for found unserviceable of crane with in the effected time after launching of complaints or all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge

M&L for taking down of unserviceable motor from over head cranes and including transporting and rewinding electric motor of capacity upto 5 HP ,3 phase 415 volts ,with supper enamelled copper conductor wire as per existing size/gauge including making vanishing drying and connecting fixing accessories etc including refixing on same position and testing on load complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in replacement of FRLS PVC insulated electric cable with multi stranded copper conductor cable with having of single 4 core of 6 Sqmm ,1100 volts grade and making cable connection complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in replacement of hydraulic brake 1 HP 415 V alongwith connecting fixing accessories as per existing sample / model suitable for break system of 5 tons EOT cranes complete all as specified and directed.
