Please quote the model which is including the latest state of art equipment and meets the required specifications. The quoted model should be latest introduced with end of support not before 10 years from the date of installation at TMC.
Features and specifications required:
The equipment should be Top of the Line, with the latest software release. System architecture should be with Digital beam former with precision beamforming and massive parallel processing like n-sight/ lyric for processing enormous amount of acoustic data allowing clinically proven imaging technologies to achieve superb tissue uniformity all the way up to the skin line without the compromise of conventional transmit focus limitations.
The equipment must be capable of operating in B, M, Doppler, Color flow and Power Doppler modes, Contrast microbubble ultrasound & 3D / 4D Volume Scanning, Real time 2D Shear Wave elastography & Fusion + Navigation capabilities.
It should support transducers with Single crystal & Matrix technology. Further, it must include a full array of measurement and calculation packages. The specific minimum requirements for this equipment are as follows
System should have the latest technology to eliminate manual focus position and automatically focus the entire field of view on all the probes
The console should have height & rotation option
The system shall include at least a 22” HDMAX / OLED monitor with viewing angle of more than 176 deg
The monitor shall be mounted on an articulating arm that moves side-to-side, forward, and backward.
The system should have a capacitive touch panel of 12” or more for easy use of routinely used features, twin view.
The system shall have minimum Four integrated active universal Transducer Ports
The system shall offer an extended field-of-view imaging that operates by sweeping a transducer over the anatomy of interest. This mode shall build the extended field-of-view in a real-time manner, showing the image as it builds
System shall have image management features that store images by patient and include the ability to review images from different exam dates.
System shall support the ability to store digital data in, that allows to optimize imaging parameters such as B Gain, TGC, Color Gain, Dynamic Range, Speckle Reduction levels, Doppler Gain, Doppler Base Line on old Images & old loops recalled from the image archive
System shall allow for live image and archive images side-by-side or quad display on a single monitor. This display shall allow any type of image – B-Mode, Color, or power Doppler on either side
Shear Wave Elastography with color coded adjustable box and quality indicator should be available in Convex, Linear Probe, also measurement should be available in Kpa & m/s simultaneously. A maximum number of 10 or more measurements should be taken in 1 single frame. Offline measurements of Shearwave elastography should be possible.
System should be capable to quantify liver steatosis to aid in early identification and monitoring of patients with NAFLD, NASH or ASH. Units should be in dB/m or dB/cm/MHz
System should have the capability to integrate both Shearwave elastography & fat quantification tools for better workflow
System should have facility for Fusion Imaging and Navigation to combine Ultrasound images with MRI, CT and PET images with built in sensors & Auto registration feature based on anatomical intelligence for end user comfort. System should have ability to fuse axial, sagittal and coronal images.
Contrast Ultrasound Capability (CEUS) shall be available.
System should have the capability to compare previous patient images during live scan
System should have the capability to pick micro vessel flow to detect slow and weak blood flow while maintaining the high frame rate and 2D image quality.
System should have the capability to measure the area of lesions/Cyst automatically
System should have an AI feature in doppler studies which automatically places the color box by understanding the location and direction of the vessels and automatic angle correction, PW and baseline adjustments as well
The system shall allow for Post-Storage image manipulation to provide maximum image flexibility, review and productivity. It shall include the ability to change all following on recalled old Stored Images/Loops.
Overall B-Mode gain, dynamic range and gray scale maps.
Overall Doppler gain, base line shift, sweep speed and inverted spectral waveform
Anatomical M-Mode
The system shall provide a display zoom function on frozen images.
The system should have minimum 70,00,000 digital system processing channels
The system shall provide the ability to scan in the compound imaging mode with up to 9 lines on all linear and convex probes
The system shall provide scan depths from a minimum of 2 cm to a maximum of at least 40 cm.
System Should have frame rate more than 2800f/s
System should have 256 gray shades
B-Mode / M-mode Imaging
The system shall provide the capability for tissue harmonic imaging on all offered transducers.
Color flow/Bi -Directional Power Doppler/Pulse Wave Doppler
Measurements and Calculations
Measurements should be possible on frozen images as well as on images recalled from the image archive.
The system shall provide a comprehensive set of obstetrical and gynecologic calculations and vascular calculations with summary reports
The device should store images onto an integrated/external DVD-R Multidrive and a USB port storage device
The system shall include at least 1TB HDD to store images and additional min 240 SSD for image storage and increasing computational power and overall operational speed.
The device should store / transfer images in DICOM / JPEG / WMV / AVI formats for maximum flexibility.
DICOM Connectivity shall be standard
System should be able to handle frequencies from 1-24 MHz or more.

Should perform preventive maintenance (2nos) during warranty & if entered into AMC(includes unlimited breakdown calls) /CMC (which will include spare replacement, breakdown calls). Vendor to submit SOPs for PMS at the time of installation/ commissioning. This is mandatory requirement.
Performance certificates of IQ,OQ,PQ tests to be submitted at the time of installation/commissioning.
Vendor to submit the technical data sheet, brochure etc as a tender document with reference to the quoted make & model. Please mention the reference page no., etc in these documents against each technical specifications in the compliance.
Vendor to submit list of consumables/consumable Spares( i.e.spares need to be replaced at regular intervals, maybe quarterly/half yearly/yearly etc.) if any.
Please submit pre installation requirements [electrical, HVAC, Compressed air along with air pressure mentioned), water requirement (RO/DI/Distilled water with its pressure, flow rate per hour) ; if any of the above is essential]
Vendor to provide UPS with adequate capacity, if required for the quoted equipment. If not required, vendor to mention the same.
Vendor to submit details of footprint size & weight of the quoted model.
Vendor to submit power consumption.
Demo of the quoted model , will be required if so desired by the user, after the opening of the technical bid and prior to opening of financial bid. This is for technical evaluation. All technical specifications mentioned above to be mandatorily shown in the demo unit.
User's/Installation list: A list of installations of the quoted model with the address and contact numbers to be provided.
Predispatch inspection at factory will be required if desired by authorities.
Vendor to visit the site to check whether quoted model can be accomodated in the available space.
Safety requirement: It should follow safety requirement. Please specify certification with certifying agency & country with copies of certificate.
Unpacking and shifting the consignment to the installation site is to be included in the vendor's scope of supply. Bidder/manufacturer/authorized service provider should take responsibility to lift /shift the consignment from unloading site to the installation site. Unloading site shall be Stores department, TMH. If needed ,bidder has to arrange for the labours at no charge to TMH. Before submitting the quotation,bidders may visit TMH to know unloading and installation site.
Complete decommissioning & dismantling of existing machine with clearing the debris/scrap from the respective site will be sole responsibility of the vendor if buyback.
Training:
Operational/Application training to be provided onsite to all departmental staff for at least 6 weeks and primary level maintenance training to be provided to inhouse Biomedical Engineers.
Local Service Support: Should have local office and service support/service engineer for attending the breakdown calls. Details to be submitted.
Response Time: Should not be more than 06 hrs from lodging a breakdown complaint on toll free or by email.
Warranty- 2 years
CMC- cost per annum will be considered for all bidders for 8 years after warranty (Should include QA QC annually as per AERB noms.)
Warranty and CMC Should include 2 preventive maintenance/ year and unlimited breakdown calls along with spares.b) All bought out items quoted along with the main system (local/non-local) and UPS should be covered. c) Yearly calibration Validation, Testing and measuring equipment used should be traceable to SI units through National/ International standards (as per NABL/NABH norms). d) PM kit if any. e) All upgrades/update, no seperate licence fees will be payable.
All probes to be included in CMC
Back to back assurance to be taken by the supplier from OEM to supply spares for minimum 10 years and to be submitted.
Penalty Clause:
If 2 years warranty, CMC per annum for 8 years after warranty and buyback if any, wherever applicable are not adhered to, TMC reserves right to reject the offer.
Please mention whether UPS is required for the equipment. If so should be included in the offer.
Only Yes or No should be mentioned in compliance report and additional information in remarks column.
Please provide list of the Consumables/spares/Reagents/Control/Calibrators (if any) in Technical Documents.
Do not mention / upload price and cost in the technical documents otherwise your quotation will be disqualified at technical stage.
