Mandatory Documents
Required1. Copy of receipt for deposition of original EMD issued from division office of any Executive Engineer (including NIT issuing EE/AE), CPWD.
Required2. Insurance Surety Bond, Demand Draft/ Account Payee Bankers Cheque / FDR / Bank Guarantee of any commercial Bank against EMD.
Required3. Enlistment Order of the Contractor
Required4. Affidavit Form F.
Required5. Notarized Affidavit of Non-black listing by CPWD/State/Central departments/PSU/Autonomous bodies as per Form J.(Not older than the date of Notice Inviting tender (i.e.,02.09.2024)
Required6. GST Registration Certificate if already obtained by the bidder. If the bidder has not obtained GST registrations applicable, then he shall scan and upload following undertaking along with bid documents.
RequiredIf work is awarded to me, I/we shall obtain GST registration certificate, as applicable, within one month from the date of receipt of award letter or before release of any payment by CPWD, whichever is earlier, failing which I/we shall be responsible for any delay in payments which will be due towards me/us on account of the work executed and/or for any action taken by CPWD or GST department in this regard.
Required7. Copy of agency letter head having valid E-mail ID and Mobile Number.
Required8. Undertaking for site inspection Intending bidders must upload undertaking regarding site inspection I/we have inspected and examined the site of work and its surrounding and fully satisfy before submitting my/our bids
Required9. Valid EPF and ESI Registration Certificate.
Required10. Uploading of undertaking by bidders as under- I/We shall undertake to complie as follows
Required(i) Mixing of colouring pigment into paint for bringing it to required shade and sealing of buckets will be done in the factory of the manufacturer (as mentioned in item no.1.3) and the same will be certified by the authorized person of the manufacturer and will be submitted to the Engineer in Charge along with photographic and video graphic proof of the process and documental proof of dispatch of the material from the factory.
Required(ii) Work will be started after bringing the paint material required as per theoreticall consumption for 80 percent of B.O.Q. at site and the sample will be pre approved by the Engineer in Charge.
Required(iii) Specifications mentioned vide item no. 1.2 and 1.3 will be final and should not be altered at any cost. At any phase of execution of work, the Engineer in charge, can demand for the testing of various properties of painting material brought to site, through the engineer deputed by the manufacturer and the cost for the same will be beared by the agency.
