Handling and Dragging of Transformer from stacking yard to repairing hall

Cutting/Opening of top cover Plates.

Lifting of core & coil assambly, dranning of oil and cleaning of tank (inside) by using warm old oil & hot air making it dirt free/sludge free

Re-making broken star & delta connection with help of ferrule & Lugs wherever required.

Tanking of core & coil assambly into tank and tightening of assambly into the tank and fitting with all accessories.

Replacement of Damged LV bushing side set all parts wherever required. (all material provided by dipartment except labour)

A) 10KVA- 16KVA (i) LV bushing rod 205x12mm Al.

i) Replacement LV Bushing rod with set of gasket, oil seal & Bushing insulatar

ii) Replacement of only set of gasket & oil seal.

B) 25KVA- 63KVA (i) LV bushing rod 205x12mm Al.

i) Replacement LV Bushing rod with set of gasket, oil seal & Bushing insulatar

ii) Replacement of only set of gasket & oil seal.

C) 100KVA (i) LV bushing rod 205x12mm Al.

i) Replacement LV Bushing rod with set of gasket, oil seal & Bushing insulatar

ii) Replacement of only set of gasket & oil seal.

10-100 KVA HV Porcelain bushing & Oil seal etc. wherever required (all material provided by dipartment except labour)

a) 10-100 KVA HV bushing rod Alu./Brass 135x12 mm etc. wherever required. (all material provided by dipartment except labour)

10-100 KVA HV Oil seal & Gas ket wherever required.

(i) Installation of silica gel breather wherever required.

a) 25 KVA-100 KVA-100gm

Installation of arcing horns set wherever required.

Replacement of top cover cork sheet 900x600x6mm packing wherever required.

Oil topup in transformer tank wherever required .

Spray painting of Transformer Tank body outside with super enamel synthetic grey paint in two coat. (Paint, brush & labour provided by contactor.)

Dragging and Shifting of reconditioned T/f near to the test cabin/testing place and Dragging/ shifting TF to Yard after testing and Its Stacking at identified place.

Welding/Tightening the top cover after reconditioning
