Supplying, installing, testing and commissioning of 11 KV HT panel consisting of (i) Main Incomer 11 KV, 630A, 31.5 KA with other accessories. (ii) Outgoing feeder for HT motors (500 HP) 11 KV, 630A, 31. 5 KA with other accessories (iii)Outgoing termination connections for SubStation transformer (iv) Power cables and termination kits etc The detail of item is as under:

A (i) 11kV DISTRIBUTOR BOARD Supplying, installing, testing and commissioning of Indoor 1no. IC & 4 no. OG Vacuum Circuit Breaker Panel Comprising of 11kV, 630Amp, 31.5kA/1-sec, Draw-Out type HT Vacuum Circuit breaker panel confirming to IEC 62271-200, comprising of 630Amp, busbar should be insulated with full system voltage sleeves, 01no. Service Trolley and 01no. Line-Earthing Facility and surge arrestors of suitable rating. The Board shall consist of following panels: INCOMER PANEL of 1 no. & OUTGOING of 4 nos. same as incomer panel 11kV, 630Amp, Cassette mounted Vacuum Circuit Breaker. Vacuum Circuit Breaker should have 03nos. encapsulated vacuum bottles of same manufacturer as of circuit breaker. A (ii) Supply, erection, testing & commissioning of HT Shunt Capacitor suitable for raw water pump and motor of 500 H.P mentioned in item 1 for improving power upto 0.9 lagging & as per I.S specifictaion

A (iii) Supplying, installing, testing and commissioning of flux compensated magnetic amplifier (FCMA) type high Voltage soft strater suibale for operation at 11kV, 3 phase, 50 Hz A.C supply and suitable for connection to the phase segregated neutral terminal Box of pump/ motor.

B. Supply, erection, testing & commissioning of 11 KV cable from Main Incomer to panel / Panel to motors/ to substation grade aluminum conductor XLPE 3 core 185 mm2 cable suitable for supplying for 11 KV make make: CCL/ ICL/ FGL/ Havells/ Siemens

C. Supplying, erection, testing & commissioning of cable end joints suitable for 185 mm2 type Heat shrinking 3 core XLPE cable with required thimbles of same size .The joint should be strictly as per relevant ISI specifications.

D. Supplying, erection, of earthing strips 50mmx 6mm GI complete in all respects including excavation jointing cutting through walls, riveting etc complete.

E. GI wire 8 no. for earthing HT panel and substation including accessories, thimbles etc.
