Earth work in bulk excavation by mechanical means (hydraulic excavator) over areas (exceeding 30 cm in depth, 1.5 m in width as well as 10 m2 on plan) including disposal of excavated earth lead upto 50 meters and lift upto 1.5 m, as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. All kinds of soil

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade including curing but excluding the cost of centring and shuttering. All work upto plinth level with: 1:4:8 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand : 8 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size)

Boring, providing and installing bored cast-in-situ reinforced cement concrete pile of specified grade concrete mix, diameter and length below the pile cap, to carry a safe working load not less than specified, excluding the cost of steel reinforcement but including the cost of boring with bentonite solution and temporary casing of appropriate length for setting out and removal of same and the length of the pile to be embeded in the pile cap etc. all complete including removal of excavated earth with all lifts and leads(Length of pile for payment Shall be measured from top of shoe to the bottom of pile cap) By Crawler mounted, telescopic boom hydraulic pilling Rig all complete (M-35) 1000 mm dia piles

Vertical load testing of piles in accordance with IS 2911 (Part IV) including installation of loading platform by Kentledge/Anchor pile method and preparation of pile head or construction of test cap and dismantling of test cap after test etc. complete as per specification & the direction of Engineer-inCharge. Single pile above 50 tonne and upto 100 tonne safe capacity Initial test (Test Load 2.5 times the safe capacity)

Providing and laying design mix cement concrete of M-30 grade, in roads/taxi tracks/ runways, using cement content as per design mix, using coarse sand and graded stone aggregate of 40 mm nominal size in appropriate proportions as per approved & specified sign criteria, providing dowel bars with sleeve/ tie bars wherever required, laying at site, spreading and compacting mechanically by using needle and surface vibrators, leveling to required slope/ camber, finishing with required texture, including steel form work with y M.S. channel sections, curing, making provision for contraction/ expansion, construction & longitudinal joints ( 10 mm wide x 50 mm deep) by groove cutting machine, providing and filling joints with approved joint filler and sealants, complete all as per direction of Engineer-in- charge (Item of joint fillers, sealants, dowel bars with sleeve/ tie bars to ,be paid separately). Cement concrete prepared with batch mixing machine

Steel reinforcement for R.C.C. work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding all complete upto plinth level Thermo-Mechanically Treated bars of grade Fe-500D or more.

Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form for: Walls (any thickness) including attached pilasters, buttresses, plinth and string courses, including p/f of neceesary from work / shuttering of steel plates/ kitply including propping and circular shuttering and including removal of the same etc.
