Providing amd placing of Student Desk Cum Bench of overall size1840 x 1130 x 757mm with panels made from 11mm thick Compact Laminate board with decorative paper on both sides (AS PER IS 2046:1995).The panels have corners rounded for safety usage. All side metal frames and cross connectors are made from combination of 25.4 x1.2 mm thk(approx. 18 SWG) Round ERW tubes ,31.8 x 1.2 mm thk(approx. 18 SWG) Round ERW tubes and 28.6 x 1.2 mm thk(approx. 18 SWG) Round ERW tubes(As per IS:7138) which are Welded together. The Welded structures and cross connectors are coated with min. 45 micron thickness of epoxy polyester coating. Back supports which are provided at the rear back are made of 50.8 x 25.4 x 1.2 mm thk(approx. 18 SWG) rectangular ERW tubes(As per IS:7138).The tubes are coated with min. 45 micron Thickness of epoxy polyester coating. The storage shelves are made from 0.6 mm thk MS sheet (As per IS:513) fixed below the desk top panel and are coated with min. 45 micron thickness of epoxy polyester coating. Hooks are provided on the vertical side frames on both sides of the desk for hanging Bags/bottles. They are made from 2 mm thk MS sheet (As per IS: 513) and are coated with min. 45 micron thickness of epoxy polyester coating. The under structure is assembled using M6 trilobular screws (As per DIN 7500) with Zn blue Plating (As per IS 1573:1986). Compact Laminate seat and back panels are assembled using M6 Countersunk trilobular Screws (As per DIN 7500) with Zn black plating (As per IS 1573:1986). Spacers are provided on the top of round tubes for wooden panels fixing. They are made of PP Glass filled (30%). Plastic Caps made of PP copolymer (3530 Grade) are also provided on the rear frames adding more aesthetic value to the product. M6 high tensile TVS make bolt(Class 8.8) with glasss filled nylon level adjustors are provided at the bottom of under structure to take care of unevenness in floor with height adjustment of approx 15mm. Providing and Placing in position free standing Teacher's table of size 1200mm(L) x 600mm(D) x 750mm(H). The top shall be made from 25 mm thick pre- laminated board . All the edges are sealed with 2 mm thick PVC edge band all around . Side panels shall be made from 25 mm thick pre- laminated paticle board . All the edges are sealed with 2 mm thick PVC edge band on the user side and 0.8 mm on the top and bottom side .The side panels have 2 glide screws each for levelling of the desk. Modesty panel shall be made from 18 mm thick pre- laminated particle board . All the edges are sealed with 0.8 mm thick PVC edge band all around. Freestanding Pedestal shall be made from 18 mm pre- laminated particle board with a combination of 2 mm and 0.8 mm PVC edge band on all the exposed surfaces as per requirement . The drawers are provided with suitable slides for smooth operation . Providing and Placing in position Revolving High Back Chairs Teacher's table. The seat shall be made up of 1.2 ±0.1cm thick hot pressed plywood. The back is made up of injection moulded glass filled nylon & upholstered using net fabric with high tenacity yarn. The dimensions of seat should be 47.0cm(W) x 51.5(D) and that of back should be 45.0cm(W) x 65.3cm(H). The high resilience moulded polyurethane foam shall be of density 45+/-2kg/m ³, and hardness load 16+/-2kgf as per IS:7888 for 25% compression. The armrests have up and down adjustment of 8+/-0.5 cm with fixed armrest top which is PU moulded in metal insert. The lumbar support consists of polypropylene pad with moulded polyurethane foam covered with polyster fabric. The lumbar pad has adjustment of 8.0+/-0.5 cm. Providing and placing UPBEAT DESK based modular workstation with System ht - 1200 mm. UNDERSTRUCTURE: Comprising of metal cross member between legs, DFINE PLUS legs made up of metal finish on end and shared leg with wire tray raiser the entire assemply is fixed to the worktop. Wire Management : Shared leg with wire tray raiser is given to pull wires from the floor junction box upto the power box fixed under neath the worktop. Aluminium access flaps on worktop above power box cut out for accessing switches. To carry wires forward through w/s wire tray assembly is provided below worktops. MODESTY PANEL: Porforated metal modesty 0.8 mm thk.modesty is mounted under neath the worktop with the help of the brackets. The back foam shall be designed with contoured lumbar support for extra comfort. The seat shall be extra thick foam on front edge to give comfort to popliteal area. The dimensions of back shall be 47.5 cm(W) x 58.0 cm(H) and of seat shall be 47.0 cm (W) x 48.0 cm (D). The HR polyurethane foam shall be moulded with density= 45±2 kg/m3 and hardness load 16 ± 2 kgf as. per IS:7888 for 25% compression. Understructure comprises of Legs made by welding the combination of MS ERW Tube round tube of Dia 63 Point 5 x 2mm Thick as per IS 718 flanges made of CRCA sheet of 1 Point 6mm thick and 1 point 2mm Thick as per IS 513 inside plates made of 5mm thick HR sheet as per IS 2062. The complete assembly should be epoxy Polyester powder coated Min 45 microns. Table Top folds upside at offset center pivot provided on support of brackets which should be aluminum alloy pressure die cast part coated with epoxy polyester powder coated Min 45 Microns. Table top connected with spring loaded mechanism with pull handle made of MS ERW 16 Dia x 1 point 2mm Thick with an insert tube of 12 point 7 Dia x 1 Point 6mm thick tube as per IS 7138. Complete assembly should be of epoxy polyester Min 45 Microns to operate table top powder coated Legs with castors of 65mm Dia lockable type for ease of movement and can be locked when required at any position. The cushioned seat assembly shall be consisting of seat base moulded in glass-filled poly-amide, moulded polyurethane foam and upholstered with high stretch knitted polyster fabric. The cushioned back assembly shall be consisting of back inner moulded in Poly-propylene in-situ moulded with polyurethane and upholstered with high stretch knittedpolyster fabric. The back size shall be 45.5 cm x 53 cm H and the seat size shall be 48.5 cm W x 49.0 cm D. The hig hresiliance polyurethane foam used in the seat and back cushion shall be moulded in density 45+/- 2 kg/m³ and hardness load shall be 16+/- 2 kgf for 25% compression. The seat and back shall be firmly connected to the frame and shall be cantilevered in such a way that it gives a multi-dimensional movement possibility just with a simple lean on the sides or back, without need of complex manual adjustments. The cantilevered seat offers impact cushioning while sitting and synchronises with back movement during posture changes. The "S" shaped spines moulded in high strength glass-filled poly-amide and the spine connector moulded in glass -filled poly-amideform the back-spine structure involved in multi-dimensional recline motion. The variable tilt angle recline motion can be adjusted with 3 positions tilt limit feature which is inbuilt in seat base and the tension shall be user weight dependent.
