M&L for 75 mm thick Cement concrete 1:3:6 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) as in flooring/ plinth protection finishing the surface even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 100mm thick Cement concrete type D 2, 1:4:8 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) in sub base of flooring/ hard standing complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling of stone slabs or tiles of any description or thickness in floors, approns etc, laid, bedded and pointed in any mortar and removal of debris outside the premises complete.

M&L for machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block any shape and size confirming to IS 15658-2006 of 80mm thickness M-40 grade with grey cement and pigment complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for crushed stone sand filling under floors as in sand cushioning for paver tiles including watering and consolidation complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 18 to 20 mm thick granite (of any type) work (table rubbed and polished) as in steps, window cills, pillars, platforms and the like with edges made bull nosed, in cement mortar (1:4) including pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade of granite including rounding to edges of granite slabs one edge, if neccessary complete over and including 15mm thick screed bed or bedding layer of cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of floor, Hearth or Wall Tiling including cement mortar bedding [but not backing] and removing rubbish / debris of the premises complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Non Skid Ceramic Tiles, Coloured, of size exceeding 0.11 Sqm and not exceeding 0.18 Sq.m, 7 mm to 8 mm thick [Square or Rectangular] as in Floors etc, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match including screed bed or bedding layer of mortar 15 mm thick in Cement Mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Glazed Ceramic Tiles, Coloured, 450X 300X 7mm thick as in Vertical Surfaces such as Skirting, Dado etc, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match over backing coat of 10mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 300 x 300 x 10mm thick coloured vitrified chequered floor tiles set and jointed in cement slurry and pointed in coloured cement to match laid over 15mm thick cement screed bed in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Chequered Cement Concrete Tiles 300 mm X 300mm X 25 mm thick, set, jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry in floors / vertical surfaces / risers / bullnosed treads with grey cement and pigment over and including 15mm thick screed bed or bedding layer of Cement Mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling of Mild Steel Work of any description not otherwise provided for complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F Mild Steel Rolled sections as in Roof trusses (framed), trussed, purlins, crane gantries, rails and fastenings and heavy bracket framing (Beam, tee, angle, channel or flat sections) including distance pieces, cleats etc.(Fe 410-W Gde-E-250 quality -A) complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F Mild Steel Framed work such as grills, gratings etc., with ends of bars shouldered and/or riveted, or forget into spikes; framed guard bars; barred iron doors; ladders; framed balusters; walk ways; railings; framework of water tanks and similar work conforming to Fe - 290, Grade E-165, complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F plates (plain or chequered) channels, square cut or notched (ordinary and counter sunk) forming holes, with riveted, bolted or welded attachment ( Fe 410-W, Gde E-250 quality-A) complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F in repair stainless steel tubing of any diameter or square or rectangular in shape, thickness of wall not less than 1.6 mm of grade AISI-316 type aesthetic anticorrosive in nature as in framed work/Posts/fencing work/ railings/grills/designer work,purposily made doom and base welded with tubing where required including cutting, bending, welding, grinding, buffing and bright polishing the welded joints and adjacent areas and fixing in any type of location complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparation of new or previously untreated steel surfaces of any description, over 10 cm width or girth, not otherwise described and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer.

Dismantling of plain or corrugated steel sheeting, any gauge, thickness in roof covering, etc. including ridge complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F Pre-painted galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm of any colour having tensile strength of 550Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws as specified complete all as per manufacturers instructions and as directed. Note : Overlap shall be as specified by manufacturer.

S&F Pre-painted galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI based plain steel sheet 0.50mm of an colour having tensile strength of 550Mpa as in roof covering, cladding to wall, ridges, hips, valley gutter, drip and straight flashing, fixed with self tapping screws as specified complete all as per manufacturers instructions and as directed. Note : Overlap shall be as specified by manufacturer.

S&F for Aluminium flat , wind ties of any size fixed with self tapping screws of size 40/50mm with integral EPDM washer screwed in roof covering, including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting etc., and similar work complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down Chowkats or frame with shutters [without taking off shutter from the frame] not exceeding 1.5 Sq.m each complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down Chowkats or frame with shutters [without taking off shutter from the frame] exceeding 1.5 Sq.m but not exceeding 4.00 Sqm each complete all as specified and as directed.

Cleaning of spilway drains by desilting mud, vegetation, debries waste materials depositets etc, cleaning/removing manually/mechanically up to a depth of 60 cm and removing the materials/ debries to distance exceeding 50 m and not exceeding 100 m and depositing in low laying areas all as directed by Engineer-in- charge.

Cutting of grass including sweeping of grass/bushes,vegetation growth, shrubs of any type along the sides of Spilway / bund slope, dam site area as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note : The unit rates quoted by the tenderers shall include :- (i) Cutting of grass by manually/ mechanically. (ii) Running cost of T & P including operator. (iii) The area of cutting, will be decided by the Engineer-in-Charge as on required basis For this purpose the tender shall maintain a register indicating the location, date, area, signature of Engineer-in-Charge, user's representative and Contractor's signature.

Dismantling fencing wire mesh any type.

Dismantling post or struts (wood,steel or RCC) any section, including taking out embedded portion in concrete and making good the disturbed ground
