Dismantling of brick tiles (laid flat or on edge) on roof surface.laid bedded and pointed in any mortar complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of mud in roof, any thickness, including plastering and leeping incl necessary scaffolding arrangement complete all as specified and directed(whether full thickness removed or only a part there of) and removing from cantonment area or complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for brushing neat cement slurry with 3.00 Kg of cement per Sqm on existing surfaces complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L 40 mm thick (average thickness) plain cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-0 using (12.5 mm graded aggregate), as in roof padding to maintain the uniform slope complete all as specified and as directed. Note : - WPC shall be measured & paid separately.

M & L for rendering 15 mm thick (average) plaster on concrete surfaces in CM (1:4) on roof, mixed with water proofing compound and finishing the surface even and smooth without using extra cement all as specified and as directed.

M&L for priming roof surfaces and applying water proofing treatment over roofs comprising of the following complete all as specified and as directed:-

Applying oil bound bituminous primer at the rate of 0.30 Ltrs/Sqm as per IS 3384-1986 on prepared surfaces. Surface shall be kept free till the moment, the primer is impregnated and the solvent oil in primer is evaporated.

Applying one coat of hot blown bitumen of grade 85/25 @ 1.20kg/Sqm.

Laying 3mm thick APP polymeric water proofing membrane of weighing not less than 3.6 Kg/Sqm, black finish reinforced with non woven polyster matt, (weight not less than 160 gm/Sqm) with a thermo fusible finish, torching overlaps with a propane or a butane gas torch, with a overlap of 75mm at sides and 100mm at the ends and sealing including applying a coat of cold emulsion bituminous primer all as per manufacturer's instruction including preparation of surface.

Preparation of new surface of APP membrane sheet and applying two coats of aluminium paint over a coat of primer.

Note:- The water proofing treatment shall be got carried out by the manufacturer or by their authorised applicators. The contractor shall give 10 years guarantee for effectiveness of water proofing treatment and 2.5% of work done amount for srl item Nos 3 to 6 or Rs 5000/- which is more shall be retained from contractors payment for a period of 10 years reckoned from date of physical completion of this work or in lieu, contractor may deposit FDR issued from bank for the said amount for 10 years, which shall be released by GE on expiry of satisfactory completion of 10 years period.

Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) in any description and in any position not otherwise specially provided for complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Providing cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate in roof kerbs or mud stops, rounded or chamfered and hold fast on edge including necessary form workcomplete all as specified and as directed.

Supply only water proofing compound as per relevant IS complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking up or down steel tubing 20 mm bore and connection including cleaning for refixing, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 20 mm bore GI tubes, medium grade galvanised, with all fittings and fixed complete to walls and ceilings or laid in floors or concealed, complete all as specified and directed.

Refixing of old steel tubing and connection in new or old position (Wall/Ceiling etc) incl cleaning for refixing, bore of pipe 20 mm dia complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F in replacement 500 ltr capacity triple layer, rotational moulded polyethylene water storage tanks (cylindrical vertical with closed top) hoisted and fixed in position complete all as specified in SSR Part II complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F Gun metal globe or gate valves, with iron wheel head, screwed both ends for iron pipe 20 mm bore complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for rendering 15 mm thick i.e. under layer 10mm thick in cement mortar 1: 6 and top layer 5 mm thick in cement mortar 1: 4 mixing water proofing compound on faces of brick work or concrete surfaces, finished fair and even complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for applying two coats on new surfaces wall/ceiling with Graco-490 spray machine, of GreenPro certified water-based, modified acrylic, exterior Apex Suprema Emulsion or equivalent as per required shade (Company depot tinted) with silicon additives, heat reflectant property, VOC less than 2% by mass, Class A IS-15489 and IS-101 @5-6sqm/ltr over a coat of primer after cleaning and removing dirt dust oil grease smog efflorescence stain, thoroughly brushing the surface and removal of existing paint flakes, necessary tools and machinery to give an even shade. Application to be done only by applicator authorised by manufacturer, also shall be approved by GE before starting of work complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for complete removal of existing loose treatment by scraping with mechanical wall/ceiling by vacuum based sanding machine (wall sanding machine with internal dust extraction system & having mechanical vacuum mechanism) having RPM not less than 1500, sanding pad of 80 grit having dia of 7 ich/ 9 inches to make the surfaces free from dust, loose paint etc by using smart periodical methodology/auto roller complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for applying two coats of wall care putty upto 2-3 mm to get even or smooth surface complete all as specified and as directed.
