   Bulk or full order will be placed on manufacturers or their authorized agents who have successfully supplied the tendered item or its variants (Items with the same basic/generic description as the tender, but with a different size, specification revision, or drawing alteration) in any quantity to Zonal Railways, PUs, CORE, PSUs, Central Govt. Departments, or Metro Railways during the last three financial years and the current financial year up to the tender opening date.

   The Tenderer must upload documents pertaining to this successful supply such as copies of Receipt Notes, CRN/CRAC, inspection certificates, or invoices with acceptance particulars along with their offer. Onus of submission of these documents lies completely with the tenderer only though the purchaser may utilize the Performance Records, if readily available with it for which no claim/dispute, whatsoever, can be raised against the purchaser.

   I/We agree to supply the tendered stores at the rates quoted by me/us in accordance with the IRS Conditions of Contract and (or) Special and (or) other conditions specified/attached with the tender. I/We also confirm that rates and other financial terms quoted in relevant columns of financial bid will only be ruling terms for acceptance. Such terms quoted anywhere else should be ignored. Commercial-Compliance

   Please enter the percentage of local content in the material being offered. Please enter 0 for fully imported items, and 100 for fully indigenous items. The definition and calculation of local content shall be in accordance with the Make in India policy as incorporated in the tender conditions.
