Supply and Laying, jointing and testing XLPE insulated armoured heavy duty electric cable with aluminium conductor ,1100 volts grade, cross section area 10 Sqmm 2 core complete laid in trenches, ducts or fix to pipe, on walls, poles complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and Laying, jointing and testing XLPE insulated armoured heavy duty electric cable with aluminium conductor ,1100 volts grade, cross section area 16 Sqmm 2 core complete laid in trenches, ducts or fix to pipe, on walls, poles complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and laying dry river sand for cable cushioning in trenches to required width at bottom and top of cable including spreading levelling watering and consolidation complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge. Note:-Punned thickness only shall be measured and paid.

Supply and laying old size brick covering with width equal to length of brick as the mechanical protection to cable with well burnt sub class 'B' laid in trenches flat complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supply and fixing steel tubes, light grade, galvanised 40 mm dia with all fittings laid in trenches complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing street light Engineering plastic one piece moulding control box with locking arrangement made out of HDPE and FI clamp 25 x 3mm complete of dimensions in CM +/-10%(34x28x13) including MCB SP 6 Amp 240 Volts complete with 02 Nos aluminium busbar or terminal two Nos (2P-R/Y/B and N) of rating 63 amps for single phase and neutral on porcelain based insulators complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, erecting and fixing the true vertical position, steel tubular swaged pole(410 SP-31),09 mtr long, complete with cast iron base plate, pole cap/final taper plug ,bolts, nuts and washers, welded reduced section and longitudinal weld throughout entire length of pole ,including two coats of black bituminous paint externally upto planting depth and remaining exterior portion of pole shall be provided with one coat of red oxide primer and two coats of aluminium paint complete all as specified and directed.(Numbering of the poles shall be done with synthetic enamelled painted letter of shape & size as directed. Note:-(a) Cost of numbering of pole shall be deemed to included in unit rate.(b) Excavation, Earth work and PCC foundation will be measured and paid for separately.

S & F GI bracket made out of GI pipe light grade of size 50/40/32 mm 1.2 m long cut to length bend to the required shape and 02 Nos mounting flat iron clamps size 40mm x 6mm, 04 Nos hexagonal bolts 10mm dia 100mm long with nuts and washers complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for plain cement concrete 1:4:8 type D-2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) in foundation of PCC poles/struts as specified including necessary form work complete all as specified & directed.

Supply, installing, testing and commissioning, factory made and tested (prototype having been CPRI type test certified), LT Panel/Bus Bar, platform mounted, suitable for 415 volts 3 phase 4 wire, 50 Hz AC supply system, having bus bar chamber with insulated aluminium busbar of Amps rating installed on porcelain insulators. The scope of work includes the following:-

(e) RYB neon indicating lamp set of three- 01

Notes: (i) Rates are deemed to be inclusive of PCC platform of suitable size and 45cm height and 4 Nos legs of 40mmx40mmx6mm and 60 cm in height for fixing the panel (ii) Danger Notice board in Hindi and English of size 20cmx 15cm shall be fixed on the panel (iii) Contractor provided powder coated finish paint on panel and test certificate.

Note :- The rate also include charcoal and salt in alternate layers, 20mm bore GI Pipe (light grade) for watering, protection pipe funnel, wire mesh, PCC 1:2:4 type B1 chamber in cement concrete 50mm thick precast RCC cover duly reinforced with XPM (weight not less than 3kg/sqm) and CI frame etc and including provision of test point, connecting to test point and testing on completion etc complete.

Note :- The unit rate includes the cost of excavation & earth work in any type of soil, charcoal and salt in alternate layers, 20mm bore GI Pipe (med grade) for watering 40mm GI protection pipe (light grade) funnel, wire mesh, lugs, PCC 1:2:4 type B1 chamber in cement concrete 50mm thick precast RCC M-25 (design mix) cover duly reinforced with XPM (weight not less than 3kg/sqm) and CI frame etc and including provision of test point, connecting to test point and testing on completion etc complete all as specified. The unit rate also include earthing lead and protection pipe upto 7.5mtr from top of earth plate.

Supply and fixing of on load changeover switch 415 volt in sheet metal enclosure 4 pole of capacity 100,160& 250 Amp (as required) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Painting to LT poles, 9 mtr with cross arms, bracing and clamps with one coat of synthetic enamel paint over one coat of red oxide primer including scrapping the old paint carefully to make smoothen complete and painting strips of red and black from foot of pole upto 5 feet each strip of 30 cm height all as specified and directed.

Supply, fabricate , fixing structural mild steel RS joist , channel angle iron, flat iron and brackets etc for fabrication of cross arms, bracing supports clamps including D clamps, eye hook and back plate etc fabricated from structural steel section including nuts , bolts, washers, welding (cold and hot ) drilling holes for bolts, bend to any shape or size as indicated and directed , inclusive of one primer coat and two coats of aluminium paint after preparation of surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

M&L in replacement of Shackle type, porcelain, vitreous, white, brown or green insulators for working pressure 1100 volts grade, 90 mm dia 75 mm height including galvanized mild steel straps of 31 x 3 mm size, 12 mm dia insulator bolts, washers and nuts complete all as specified and directed.

M&L in replacement of Pin type porcelain vitreous white brown or green insulator including one galvanized mild steel spindle, two galvanized iron, washers and one galvanized iron nut, 100 mm height, 65 mm dia for 1100-volt grade all as specified.

M&L in replacement of ACSR conductor of any size and any type including stretching, fixing and binding to insulator on OH LT line service feeders all as specified including aluminium binding wire or aluminium tapes complete all as specified. This item includes all consumables (such as binding wire and replacement insulators and cross arms, etc., for replacement of damaged ones found after/ during replacement process).

Re stretching of LT /HT ACSR conductor and GI wire of any size and on any type of poles carrying upto six conductors in a span including disconnecting from insulator and rewinding to insulator after stretching with and including aluminium wire including re-fixing/re-adjusting line spans, line separators, cross arms on poles complete all as specified and directed.
