Errection of the following line material at Newly Constructed Switchyard inside Jail Road, Prayagraj. (Clamps, Lugs, Grouting materials connectors/P.G. Clamps, Structure will be arranged by the Contractor. Only 5 Mva T/F, L.A., Isolator, V.C.B. with C.T. and Post Insulator will be provided by the department.)

Construction of T/F plinth of size 3x3x1 mtr on a padding 0.75 deep in the ground in the ratio 1:2:3 cement, sand and brick ballast on the top of padding brick work of Ist class bricks of 0.95m height and 0.35 meter thick wall will be constructed. Rest wall should be 0.23 mtr thickness, brick work will be in ratio 1:4 cement and sand. In the hollow portion the sand should be filled from ground level upto 15 cm below from the top of plinth, cement, sand and ballast should be placed in ration 1:24 and 2 No. Rail Pole Pices of size 50x100x1500 mm be grouted in the concrete. The T/F plinth should be plastered on all sides by 12 mm thick in 1:6 cement and mortar. (All materials will be arranged by the contractor Including Rail Pole Pices)

Errection and grouting of 11kv cable support gentry with fabrication of ms channel . (Grouting, plinthing & required materials like Clamps, , nut & bolt, M.S. Channel, M.S. Angle etc. as per site requirement will be arranged by the contractor.

Errection and grouting of 33kv cable support gentry with fabrication of ms channel . (Grouting, plinthing & required materials like Clamps, , nut & bolt, M.S. Channel, M.S. Angle etc. as per site requirement will be arranged by the contractor.

Errection and grouting of netural support gentry with fabrication of ms channel.(Grouting, plinthing & required materials like Clamps, , nut & bolt, M.S. Angle etc. as per site requirement will be arranged by the contractor.

Special earthing of 5 mva power transformer neutral/body by 03 no g.i pipe and 20 feet deep to make delta point and connect with 50x8 mm GI strip.( required materials like gi pipe, Clamps, , nut & bolt, Gi strip as per site requirement will be arranged by the contractor).

Special earthing of LA. 03 no g.i pipe and 20 feet Long to make erthing and connect with 50x8 mm GI strip. (required materials like gi pipe, Clamps, , nut & bolt, Gi strip as per site requirement will be arranged by the contractor).

Making Proper connection through control cable from transformer, 33kv VCB, 33kv CT to 33 kv double T/f control panel and all 11 KV VCB Switchgear. (Control Cable, Battery, Battery Charger, Lugs and all required materials will be arranged by the Contractor.)

Erection, grouting, plinthing & earthing of 11 Mtr. long STP Double pole including fixing of all necessary clamps, other accessories like Top channel, disc insulator with fitting, Pin insulator etc. grouting in ratio 1:4:8, cement, stone grit & coarse sand, plinthing of support of size 0.4x0.45x0.3 Mtr. with cement, coarse sand & brick blast in ratio 1:4:8 and 12 mm thick plastring around the plinth in ratio 1:2:4 with 12 mm thickness curing of plinth should be done properly for 11 KV line (Grouting, plinthing & required materials like Clamps, Stone pad, nut & bolt, M.S. Channel, M.S. Angle etc. as per site requirement will be arranged by the contractor and STP, Earthing Rod with G.I. wire, disc insulator with fitting, Pin insulator with pin will be provided by the department .)

Erection, grouting, plinthing & earthing of 11 Mtr. long STP Double pole with all fitting for CVT.

Laying of 33 KV, 3x300 sq mm XLPE cable in Pakka soil by digging of trench 1050 mm deep, 800 mm wide including required material like first class brick, stone pad and sand etc. The enter axial spacing between two cable( in case of any other cable is also running in parallel) should be in between 0.25 mtr. to 0.40 mtr. The cable shall be laid between two continuous rows of bricks, river sand packing on all side of cable shall be done. After laying down of the cable the stone slab shall be laid in such a manner so that cable channel is completely covered from top. (All material required for laying will be arranged by the contractor except 33 kv cable)

Laying of 11 KV, 3x185/300 sq mm XLPE single ckt cable in Pakka by digging of trench 900mm deep, 600 mm wide including required material like first class brick, stone pad and sand etc. The enter axial spacing between two cable( in case of any other cable is also running in parallel) should be in between 0.25 mtr. to 0.40 mtr. The cable shall be laid between two continuous rows of bricks, river sand packing on all side of cable shall be done. After laying down of the cable the stone slab shall be laid in such a manner so that cable channel is completely covered from top. (All material required for laying will be arranged by the contractor except 11 KV cable).

Laying of Double Circuit 11 KV 3x185 sq mm XLPE cable by Machine Drill method after braking of footpath/road. The cable shall be laid below the depth of 1050 mm from the surface of road (Only XLPE Cable will be provided by the department).

Fixing of 33 KV Heat Shrinkable Outdoor/Indoor Type Cable Jointing Kit conforming to VDE-0278/1EEE-48-1975/IS – 13573-1992 and ESI STD. 09-13 all other relevant Standards complete with all accessories for 33 KV, 3x300 sq mm XLPE cable (Jointing kit will be arranged by the contractor).

Fixing of following 11 KV Heat Shrinkable Type Cable Termination kits conforming to VDE-0278/1EEE-48-1975/IS – 13573-1992 and ESI STD. 09-13 all other relevant Standards complete with all accessories for 11 KV, 3x300 sq mm XLPE cable (Jointing kit will be arranged by the contractor).

Structure for hoisting 33 KV XLPE cable to joint bus bar (2 mtr height & 1 mtr width using ms chanel 100x50 mm)

Painting of D/P with two coat of Red Oxide and two coat of Allu. Paint (Required Allu. Paint & Red oxide etc. will be arranged by the contractor).

Construction of fire wall at switchyard

Mat Earthing of newly constructed switchyard at JailRaod Sub station. (Earthing Rod, Copper Strip, Lugs and all required materials will be arranged by the Contractor.)

Earthing of all structure in switchyard with the earth mat complete. (Copper Strip, Lugs and all required materials will be arranged by the Contractor.)

Testing of 5 MVA Transform, 33 kv VCB, 33 kv CT after Completion of the work. (All arrangements for testing will be arranged by the Contractor.)
