M & L Plain cement concrete 1:3:6 type C-2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in post holes complete all as specified and directed.

S & F Mild; posts and struts in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire, etc.; flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh etc.) including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting, etc., and similar work conforming to Fe 290 Gde E-165 complete all as specified and directed.

S & F Mild steel screw bolts (machine made) with hexagonal or square heads at one end and screwed the other, or screwed both ends, each screwed end to be fitted with washers and one hexagonal or square nut, but lenth of bolt n exc 5cm long and diameter of neck 10mm complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only Chain link Fencing MS galvanised fencing, any size or type complete all as specified and directed

Fixing only chain link fencing including line wires, any mesh, size and type to any type of standards, rails, straining bolts, etc. including provision of binding wire complete all as specified and directed.

M & L Framed work such as grills, gratings etc, with ends of bars shouldered and/or riveted, or forget into spikes; framed guard bars; barred iron doors; ladders; framed balusters; walk ways; railings; framework of water tanks and similar work conforming to Fe 290 grade-165. including pintle hinges, stops, hand-made sliding bolts, etc. complete all as specified as directed.

M & L two coats of Synthetic enamel paints on new steel Surfaces exc 10cm girth over a coat of zicn chrome red oxide complete all as specified and directed.

M & L Mild steel round bar bars 10mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips conforming Fe 290 (Gde - E-165) complete all as specified and directed

M & L Two coats of Synthetic enamel paints on new steel surfaces Surfaces of any description, n.exc 10cm in width or girth over a coat of red oxide primer when unconnected with other painting or when painted in a different tint complete all as specified and directed

Excavating in trenches, n exc 1.5 m wide and n exc 1.5 m in depth; for foundation, etc. or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes, etc. n exc 10 Sq m on plan and n exc 1.5 m in depth and getting out soft disintigrated rock complete all as specified and directed

M & L Plain cement concrete type D-2, 1:4:8 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) in foundations, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed

M & L Pre-cast cement concrete Type C-1, 1:3:6 (20mm graded aggregate) block masonry with solid blocks, exc. 10 cm in width and setting in mortar 1:6, complete all as specified as directed.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm. complete all as specified and directed

Removing excavated soil not exceeding 50m and depositing where directed to a level n exc 1.50M above the starting point in rocks complete all as specified and directed

M & L Cement plaster 15mm thick on other than fair faces of brick work with Cement mortar 1:4 or concrete surfaces finished even and smooth (without using extra lime or cement) complete all as specified and directed.

M & L Hardcore of guage n exc 63mm deposited spread and levelled in layers n exc 15cm thick, watered and rammed to a true surface broken stone or boulders complete all as specified and directed.

M & L 100mm thick Plain cement concrete type D-2, 1:4:8 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in sub base complete all as specified as directed.

M & L Providing and laying 60mm thick factory made chamfered edge cement concrete paver block of M-35 grade with approved colour, design & pattern as in footparth, parks, lawns, drive ways or light traffic parking etc.of required strength, thickness & size/ shape, made by table vibratory method using PU mould, laid in required colour & pattern over and including 50mm thick compacted bed of fine sand, compacting and proper embedding/ laying of inter locking paver blocks into the sand bedding layer through vibratory compaction by using plate vibrator, filling the joints with sand and cutting of paver blocks as per required size and pattern, finishing and sweeping extra sand; all as specified as directed.

M & L Providing and laying at or near ground level factory made kerb stone of M-25 grade cement concrete in position to the required line, level and curvature, jointed with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement: 3 coarse sand), including making joints with or without grooves (thickness of joints except at sharp curve shall not to more than 5 mm), including making drainage opening wherever required complete all as specified and directed.

S & F 110mm dia PVC (SWR) pipes single socketed in any length with rubber ring joints, laid in trenches or in floors complete all as specified and directed

M & L two coats of Synthetic enamel paints on new concrete Surfaces of any description, exc 10cm in width or girth over a coat of primer complete all as specified and directed.

M & L Cement concrete M-20 Nominal mix 1:1.5:3, (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) complete all as specified and directed.
