Excavating in post holes in hard/ dense soil (or similar holes) each not exceeding 0.50 cum, getting out, returning, filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around in layers not exc 25cm all as specified and directed

Surface excavation n exc 30cm deep and averaging 15cm deep and getting out in soft/loose soil all as specified

Material and labour for PCC 1:3:6 type C2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in post holes all as specified.

S & F mild steel angle posts and struts in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire, etc.; flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh etc.) including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting, etc., and similar work conforming to Fe-290 Gde E165 all as specified

Supply and fix tie bars, plain, let in and fixed independently, support for securing wire mesh etc and similar articles conforming to Fe-290 Gde E-165 complete all as specified and directed.

S & F mild steel screw bolts (machine made) with hexagonal or square heads at one end and screwed the other end or screwed both ends, each screwed end to be fitted with washers and one hexagonal or square nut, length of bolt exc 5 cm but not exc 10 cm and dia of neck n.exc 12 mm all as specified.

Supply only Chain link MS galvanisd fencing, any size or type all as specified.

Fixing only chain link fencing including line wires, any mesh, size and type to any type of standards, rails, straining bolts, etc. including provission of binding wire all as specified and directed.

M& L for preparation of new or previously untreated steel surfaces of any description, over 10cm width or girth, not otherwise described and applying two coats of aluminium paint over a coat of aluminium red oxide primer all as specified.

All as per Item No 9 above herein before but not exc 10cm width or girth

M& L for two coats of treating ends of posts, backs of chowkats, etc., area tarred exc 0.1 sq. m but n exc 0.5 sq. m each all as specified

M&L for Galvanised. 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24mm dia barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm spacings and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails strain- ing bolts, including, securing or tying at crossings with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire, staples or steel pins, etc. as directed (each line wire to be measured)

Excavating in trenches, n.exc 1.5m wide & n.exc 1.5m in depth; for foundation, etc or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes, etc. nexc10 sq m on plan & n exc 1.5 m in depth & getting out in hard/ dense soil.

M&L for Cement concrete type D2 1:4:8 (40mm graded aggregate) in foundations, filling and mass concrete.

M&L for Formwork to sides of concrete foundations, footings, bases of columns, raft and raft beams sides and soffits (if any) of foundation and plinth beams and similar work vertical or to batter in flat with rough finished surfaces

M&L for Formwork to sides of pillars, posts struts, piers, columns and stanchions in circular on plan for fair finished surfaces

M& L for TMT Bars of 10mm dia and over cut to length bent to shape required including cranking bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and bindng with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securibg with clips

M&L for TMT Bars of 5mm dia and over upto and including 10mm in stirrups spacers and binding cut to length bent to shaps required,including cranking bending spirally for hooping for columns hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securibg with clips

M&L for RCC M-25 (20 mm graded aggregate) in foundations, including rafts, footings, foundation beams, plinth beams bases for columns, etc.; basement slabs under-reamed piles and mass concrete.

M&L for RCC M-25 (20mm graded aggregate) Coloumns pillars, piers, posts and struts.

M&L for Framed work for gates such as grills, gratings, etc., with ends of bar shoulder &/or riveted, or forged into spikes; framed guard bars; barred iron doors; ladders; framed balusters; walk ways; railings; frame work of water tanks & similar work conforming to Fe 290 GDE -E-165 and Extra only over for portion framed & hung as gates, including pintle hinges, stop, hand made sliding bolts, etc. including for ornamental & intricate design complete all as directed.

M&L for Preparation of new previously untreated surfaces and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer.

M/L 10mm thick plastering in CM 1:4 on fair faces of brick surface and finish the surface even and smooth w/o using extra cement

M/L preparing newly plasted surfaces of wall and applying two coats of cement based paint over a coat of white wash

Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm thick with hard/densisoil.

Removing excavated material material not exc 50 M and deposting where diected at a level n exc 1.5 mtr above the starting point

M&L for rendering 15mm thick on fare faces of brick work or concrete surfaces with cement mortar 1:6

M&L for rendering 15mm thick on external faces of brick work or concrete surfaces with cement mortar 1:4

M&L for two coat of OBD on new plastered surface of walls including preparing of surfaces with 1.5mm thick wall care putty Complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-In-Charge..

M&L for preparation of newly plastered surface and apply two coat cement base paint over a coat of cement primer.

M&L Moorum/red bajri filling in floors or pavings, laid in layers n exc. 15 cm thick spread, levelled and rammed including watering

M& L Hardcore of gauge exc 63 mm but n exc. 100 mm, deposited, spread and levelled in layers n exc. 15 cm thick, watered and rolled/rammed to a true surface all as specified and directed.

M & L for 75mm thick Cement Concrete type D2 (1:4:8) using 40 mm graded stone aggregate as in sub base of floor

M & L for 25mm thick Cement Concrete type B1 (1:2:4) using 20 mm graded stone aggregate as in sub base of floor

S&F steel work in tubular trusses, purlins, rafter, posts, gusset plates cleats, wind tie etc including special shape washers etc complete using ERW or induction butt welded tubes confirming to IS 116-1979 grade (medium grade)

M & L for pre-painted galvolume aluminum zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50 mm TCT thick of any colour approved by GE having tensile strength of 550Mpa as in roof covering / cladding to wall , fixed with self tapping screws on each sheet /each support rubber lining and filling of gap with cement mortar in CM 1:4 with wall and sheet complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

M & L for cement concrete type C2 (1:3:6) (40 mm graded broken stone aggregate) 75 mm thick as in plinth protection.

S&F 1.25mm thick Steel rolling shutters, with out ball bearing, as specified including top cover, anchoring rod, hasp and staple and one shop coat of primer; erected in position as indicated, but gear operated type with bevel gear box and crank handle complete all as specified and directed.
