Brick work in CM 1:5 mix using fly ash bricks size of 9'' X 43/8'' x 23/4" including all cost and conveyance of labour charges etc.,Complte.

Supplying and erecting CENTERING for sides and soffits including supports and strutting upto 3.29 m high for plane surfaces such as RCC SLABS, RECTANGULAR BEAMS, TEE or ELL BEAMS, LINTELS, BED BLOSKS. STAIRCASE WAIST and landing slabs, landing beams, canopy etc., in all floors with all cross bracings using mild steel sheets of size 90cm * 60cm and BG 10 stiffened with welded mild steel angles of size 25mm * 25mm * 3mm for boarding laid over countrywood joists of size 10cm * 6.50cm spaced at about 90cm centre to centre and supported by Casuarian props of 10cm to 13cm dia spaced at 75cm centre to centre etc., complete and as directed.

Supplying and Fabrication of steel for RCC works including all cost of cutting bending and tying of steels and kept ready for concrete in position etc.,

R C C 1:11/2:3 mix usinig 20mm ISS HBG metal including all cost and conveyance of labour charges etc., Complete.,

PLASTERING with cement mortar 1:5 (one cement and five sand)12mm thick in all floors complying with standard specifications.

CEILING PLASTERING and finishing all the RCC exposed surfaces such as RCC slabs, sunshades, canopies, staircase steps, landing slabs, etc. with cement mortar 1:3 (one cement and three sand) 10mm thick and including hacking the surfaces and providing necessary cem,ent mortar nosing beading as per size, specification wherever necessary using the same mix as directed by the departmental officers etc.,complete complying with standard specification.

Towards cost & Supplying and Fabrication of Structural steel . works including all cost of cutting bending and tying of steels and kept ready for concrete in position etc.,

Towards the cost for supply of Rolling Shutter including all cost and conveyance etc.,

Towards the cost for supply of Ventilators including all cost and conveyance etc.,

Towards the cost for supply and fixing of Galvanised iron Sheet of Shed for Roof Covering sheet including Cost Of GI Sheet and Necessary Bolts nuts and Other Welding Charges etc..,

Providing granolithic floor finish of the following thickness with plain cement concrete 1:2:4 (One Cement, Two crushed stone M.Sand and Four aggregate) using 10 to 12mm gauge hard broken stone jelly including laying, finishing and the top rubbed smooth with power trawl, thread lining, curing etc. complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers. (The rate is inclusive of necessary planking for panelling wherever necessary and as directed by the departmental officers)

Exterior Emulsion paint using best quality and approved cemet paint over the one coat cement priemer including all cost

Painting with approved colour including all cost and conveyance of labour charges etc.,
