Supplying and injecting with approved quality chemical emulsion at the rates and concentrations as per IS 6313 for post Anti-termite treatment to existing buildings as per manufacturers specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge. Work to be executed by M/s Pest Control (India) or any other approved agency and specified guarantee for 7 (seven ) year shall be furnished by the tenderer . Payment will be cleared only after submission of Guarantee. (Over all plinth area shall be measured and paid for).

Dismantling tile work ( thickness of tile up to 25mm) in floor and roofs laid in cement mortar at all levels including stacking material within 50 metres lead complete all as per specifications and directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Dismantling brick work in cement mortar at all levels by manually / by mechanical means, carefully without damaging adjacent structure including stacking of serviceable materials and disposal of unserviceable materials within 50 lead all as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Dismantling of RCC works at all levels by manually / by mechanical means, including cutting and stacking of steel reinforcement bars without damaging adjacent structure and disposal of unserviceable materials within 50m lead all as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Conveying the surplus excavated earth & concrete debris boulders and spoil by mechanical means lead charges for lead Exceeding 50m but not exceeding 3Kilometer and depositing at place inside DAE installation identified as dumping yard as per requirement with a lead specified below including loading, unloading, breaking clods, levelling all complete as per specification and as directed by the Engineering-in-charge. Note: 1) The rates in respect of this item are applicable for the NET quantities arrived at after making deductions for voids @20% in respect of soil and 50% in respect of Rock from the corresponding stack / truck measurements 2) The earth shall be dammed well inside the damping yard not over approach pathway road.

Providing and fixing double tubular scaffolding system using H-Frames / APS system or (cup lock type) on the exterior side upto seven story height made with 40mm dia M.S tube 1.5m center to center horizontal and vertical tubes joining with cup and lock system with M.S tubes, M.S tube challies, M.S clamps and M.S staircase system in the scaffolding for working platform etc. and maintaining it in a serviceable condition for the required duration as approved and removing it thereafter. The scaffolding system shall be stiffened with bracings, runners, connection with building etc. wherever required for inspection of work at required locations with essential safety features for the workmen etc. complete as per directions and as approved by Engineer-in-charge. The elevation area of the scaffolding shall be measured for payment purposes. The payment shall be made once irrespective of duration of scaffolding.

Supplying, fabricating, erecting and fixing in position at all levels, centering and shuttering to correct line and levels including strutting, propping, etc., with necessary bracings in all axes to give a stable assembly with provision for making the joints in the shuttering fully leak proof and with provision for fixing coil nuts with tie rods along with suitable channel for lateral supports and for inserts, projecting dowels, anchor bolts or any other fixture, including staging access and working platforms etc., all complete as specified and dirctored including dismantling and removing the aforesaid assembly after the concrete attains the sufficient strength to self-support itself without cracking and distortion all as per specification, including all materials and labour complete in all respects at all lifts. The measurement for the form work will be the actual area of forms in contact with concrete surfaces. Shuttering with plywood panels alone will be permitted.

Providing straightening, decoiling wherever necessary bending, cutting, binding and fixing in position steel reinforcement TMT bars of Fe500D grade steel confirming to IS:1786 'SAIL or VIZAG or approved equivalent make ' and tying with approved annealed binding wire of 1.6mm dia in all reinforced cement concrete work at all lifts, including cost of supplying fixing the spacer/cover blocks in cement mortar 1:2 and binding wire complete all as per specification and as directed by Engineer-in-charge at all lifts .

Providing and laying cast -insitu controlled reinforced cement concrete of M20 grade with 320 kg. of cement per cu.m. of concrete at all levels and lifts using 20mm maximum of size hard granite machine crushed graded stone aggregates including weigh batching, charges for mixing and cost admixture, mechanical mixing, transporting and placing at all lifts, vibrating, consolidating, curing and finishing smooth of all exposed faces complete for column footing, column, lintels, sunshades, gutter slab, beams, slabs, water tank, machine foundation and all other structural elements including dewatering wherever necessary (Formwork and reinforcement will be paid for separately ) all as per specification and all as shown in drawings and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge for all insitu item. Note:1. The rate of concrete shall include all labour, equipment, charges for mixing and cost of admixture. Chemical admixture confirming to IS 9103 shall be mixed in fresh concrete and prior permission from Engineer-in-charge shall be obtain for dosage and compatibility. 2.Test certificate of cement procured from dealer/company to be submitted for all cement related work by the Contractor. 3.The rate shall be quoted on the bases of using minimum cement per Cu.m. of concrete mention below for relevant grade of concrete any upward/downward variation required to obtain the specified strength will be paid for or deducted at the rate of the cement specified in Schedule F.

Proving and construction brick masonry at all lifts using well burnt stock bricks in cement mortar 1:6 including scaffolding, raking out joints, curing complete as per specification and drawings for foundation, superstructure, etc for basement and Ground Floor

Providing plastering to the external surface of brickwork/concrete at all elevation in cement mortar 1:5, 12mm thick including hacking of concrete surface with pointed tool, scaffloding, finishing, curing,forming grooves where ever necessary ,all as per specifications.

Providing plastering to the internal surface of brickwork/concrete at all elevation in cement mortar 1:5, 12mm thick finished with a floating coat of neat cement including hacking of concrete surface with pointed tool, scaffolding, finishing, curing, forming grooves where ever necessary, all as per specifications.

Providing 40mm thick concrete flooring with metallic concrete hardner topping at all levels and floors consisting of underlayers of 28mm thick cement concrete 1:1:2 using crushed stone sand (1 part cement :1 part Fine aggregate: 2 part coarse aggregates of 12.5mm and below size) by volume, top layer of 12mm thick 1:2 mix (1 part cement with metallic hardener of Hardonate/ Ironite or approved equivalent: 2 part of stone aggregate of 6mm nomial size by volume)(metallic hardener and cement mixed ratio is 1:4) prepared as per manufacturer's instructions including chipping the concrete surface, finishing,curing, providing aluminium dividing strips, cleaning the surface neatly at the time of handing over the area etc. complete all as per specifications and drawings.

Supplying and fixing Rolling shutters of approved make as per ISI standards made out of required size of MS Laths interlocked together throughout entire length and jointed together at the end by end locks mounted on specially designed pipes shaft with brackets, side guides and arrangements for inside & outside locking with Push and Pull operation complete including the cost of providing and fixing necessary 27.5cm long wire springs grade No.2 and M.S. Top cover of required thickness for rolling shutters. ( Rolling shutters PULL and PUSh type including top hood 1.25mm thick )

Extra over the cost of rolling shutters for providing and fixing motorized arrangements including designing, providing spring less motor, control panels, limit switches, etc. of "Swastik" or "Windoors" make or equivalent approved make of area up to 16.8 Sq.m all as per specification and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and applying painting Two coats at all levels with premium plastic emulsion paint (Asian or Equivalent approved brand, colour and manufactures) to given an even shade including one under coat of cement primer, applying putty, preparation of the surfaces, scaffolding complete all as per specifications and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and applying painting Two coats on wood work and other requried internal surface at all levels with synthetic enamel paint (Asian or approved brand, colour and manufacturer) to give an even shade including one under coat of suitable primer, preparation of the surfaces, scaffloding complete all as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer -In-charge.

Providing and painting with Epoxy paint ( two or more coats) using APCODUR-CF-641 finishing coat at all location prepared and applied as per manufacturer specifications including a priming coat if specified by the manufacturer, preparation of surface an etching with 10 % commercial Hydrochloric acid wherever necessary and neutralizing the acid etched areas by washing with 5% solution of soda ash neatly and washing with sufficient water, after first coat Epoxy based trowelling compound if requried, including preparation of the surface by scrapping, applying sand paper, filling the holes, joints cracks if any, etc. complete all as per manufacturers Technical Data and as directed at site to achieve 200 micron Dry film thickness (50 Micron Primer coat and 150 micron finishing coat). (Contractor has to provide Elcometer sampling sheets etc. at his cost for testing film thickness).

Providing and fixing PVC rain water downtake SWR pipes 160mm outer dia conforming to IS:13592 Type A and PVC SWR Fitting & specials confriming to IS:14735 . 'Finolex' or other approved equivalent make of pipes, fitting & specials including jointing with seal ring / with PVC solvent adhesive including fixing in walls /cloumns using clamps, anchor fasteners, bolts and teakwood packing pieces, anchor fasteners, bolts and teakwood packing pieces, joints testing etc. complete all as per drawings specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing Heavy Quality 'C' Class G.I pipe sleeves 150mm n/b, 600mm long, with Puddle Flange of 250x250mm, 6mm thick for rain water down takes (of 160mm dia) to be embedded in RCC slabs/ RCC roof Gutters to connect Rain water pipes by welding or with screwed sockets all as per the drawings and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. These sleeves to be fabricated and embedded at the time of concreting in true vertical.

Providing and applying a layer of APP membrane over the terrace slab and parapet walls using CERA WP shield Slated of CERA or equivalent 4mm thick over a coat of bituminous primer @0.3 Kg/Sq.m with sufficient overlaps of 150mm by torch on application when the primed surface is tacky including providing plastering in cement mortar 1:4, 20mm thick at all elevation with 2% of water proofing compound as per manufacturer's specification Impermo or approved equivalent make including hacking of concrete surfaces with pointed tool, scaffolding, finishing, curing all as directed by Engineer-in-charge over the RCC roof slab.
