Taking down carefully aluminium point wiring on wooden battens/through conduit (light fan, socket or power) complete with fittings such as switches, wooden batten, ceiling roses, pendants, regulators, box type tube light fittings, removing the materials from site except fittings etc which shall be reused in the work and making good the disturbed surfaces of walls/ceiling/ floors etc complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge

M&L for point wiring for controlled by one switch with PVC insulated but unsheathed single core FRLS multistranded copper conductor cable IS-694 marked of size 1.5 Sqmm (nominal area) in and including non metallic rigid PVC conduit 20 mm dia by cutting chases in walls by cutter and making good the surface in CM 1:3 and to the original specification and PVC conduit on ceiling for steel structure/surface conduit with clamps, gutties etc for RCC ceiling with including cast iron/pressed steel terminal boxes including providing new 3 mm thick plastic laminated sheet cover (Hylem) including one run of PVC insulated FRLS copper conductor cable of 1.5 Sqmm with green insulation as earth wire and connected to earth dolly complete all as specified and directed.

Note : Four run of 10 Sqmm cable and one run of 10 Sqmm cable as earth continuity conductor shall be measured & paid as one unit.

Taking down old unserviceable sub main wiring and M&L for submain wiring with 2 single core PVC insulated unsheathed multi stranded copper conductor FRLS wire 6.00 Sq mm 1100 volts grade including and 6.00 Sq mm PVC insulated, multi stranded, unsheathed copper wire green in colour as earthing lead drawn through in existing PVC/steel rigid conduit incl. Note : Two run of 6.0 Sqmm cable and one run of 6.0 Sqmm cable as earth continuity conductor shall be measured & paid as one unit.

Taking down old unserviceable sub main wiring and M&L for submain wiring with 2 single core PVC insulated unsheathed multi stranded copper conductor FRLS wire 4.00 Sq mm 1100 volts grade including and 4 Sq mm PVC insulated, multi stranded, unsheathed copper wire green in colour as earthing lead drawn through in PVC conduit incl. Note : Two run of 4.00 Sqmm cable and one run of 4 Sqmm cable as earth continuity conductor and 25 mm PVC conduit shall be measured & paid as one unit.

Taking down old unserviceable Distribution board any type.

Supply & fix Prewired Distribution Board factory made sheet metal enclosure double door distribution board class IP-43 IK 09 with 200 Amp rated copper bus bar 240 Volts 8 way (2 + 6 way) single pole and neutral link of Make - STANDARD equivalent in Legrand/Indoasian/Siemens/Schneider complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply & fix factory made sheet metal enclosure double door distribution board class IP-43 IK-09 with 200Amp rated copper bus bar 240 Volts 8 + 12 module 4 way in concealed cat part No 607715 of Make - Legrand/Siemens/Schneider in complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. M&L for Earthing complete with galvanized steel earth plate electrode 60 cm x 60 cm x 6 mm thick surrounded with charcoal and salt, buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 metre deep below ground level) with top edge of plate not less than 1.5 metre below normal ground level connected to galvanized earth lead wire 4 mm dia by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanized iron or steel all as shown in electrical Plate No 3 of MES SSR Part-I connected to main switch board or main control board all as specified and testing on completion including provision of earth wire protected by galvanized iron 15 mm dia light grade pipe and watering pipe shall be 20 mm bore light grade including all excavation and earth work in any type of soil, PCC pit with pre-cast RCC cover, charcoal/salt, funnel etc complete all as directed.
