Patch repair work of Bituminous Road at different stretches from RLS to ETP via CHP under Bharatpur OCP.

Excavation in Soil using Hydraulic Excavator and Tippers with disposal upto 1000 metres. (Excavation for roadwork in soil with hydraulic excavator including cutting and loading in tippers, trimming bottom and side slopes, in accordance with requirements of lines, grades and cross sections, and transporting to the embankment location with all lifts and lead upto 1000m as per relevant clauses of section - 300 of specifications)

Scarifying existing bituminous surface to a depth of 50 mm by mechanical means (Scarifying the existing bituminous road surface to a depth of 50 mm and disposal of scarified material with all lifts and lead upto 1000 metres.)

Construction of granular sub-base by providing well graded material like natural sand crushed gravel or crushed stone having CBR >30, spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface, mixing by plant mix method at OMC, and compacting with vibratory rollers of 80 to 100 kN static weight to achieve the desired density, complete as per Clause 401 of Specification.for grading- I Material

Water Bound Macadam Providing, laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregates of specific sizes to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing, rolling with vibratory roller 8-10 tonnes in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming requisite type of screening/ binding Materials to fill up the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density as per clause 404 of specification.By Mechanical Means:Grading- I (63 to 45 mm)Using Screening Type-A (13.2mm Agg.)

Bituminous Macadam Providing and laying bituminous macadam using crushed aggregates of specified grading premixed with bituminous binder, transported to site, laid over a previously prepared surface with paver finisher to the required grade, level and alignment and rolled as per clauses 501.6 and 501.7 to achieve the desired compaction and as per clause 504 of specifications. Using Batch Mix Plant of appropriate capacity and Paver finisher.for Grading II (19 mm nominal size) bitumen content 3.4%

Providing, laying and rolling of 20mm thick Mix Seal Srufacing Type -A composed of crusher broken hard granite stone chips of sizes 11.2mm to 0.09 mm @ 0.27 cum and specified grade bitumen (VG-30) @ 22 Kg per 10 sqm of road surface laid to the required line, grade and level to serve as wearing course on a previously prepared base, including mixing in hot mix plant, laying by paver finisher and rolling with smooth wheeled roller 8-10 tonne capacity as per MoRT&H specifications clause 512 in all respects.

Providing and applying tack coat with bitumen emulsion using emulsion pressure distributor at the rate of 0.2kg per sqm on the prepared bituminous/granular surface cleaned with mechanical broom and as per relevant clauses of section-503 of specifications.

Total impact of GST plus Labour Cess [@ 1 % (BOCW Cess to be deducted from the RA bill as per the value of the work progress)] for the purpose of CTC
