S&F for Pre-painted Galvalume sheet shall be 0.50mm thick corrugated steel sheet (total coated thickness), 550 Mpa minimum, yield strength. It shall be coated with hot dip alloy of 55% Aluminium 43.5% Zinc 1.5% Silicon and finished with resin coat on both surfaces @ 150 gm/sqm of coating (total both surfaces) having overall width and laid width as specified and shall be fixed using hot dip galvanized, self drilling and self tapping screws neoprene and EPDM washers. Penetrations and laps in sheet shall be sealed by using proper sealant profile. HDPE fillers shall be provided wherever required to close voids between sheets, sheet & fasteners etc.complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-In-charge.

(upto 1200mm length) adjusting level fixed to roof slabs by means of ceilling cleats made out of G.I. flat 40 x 3 mm size 60mm long and expansion hold fasteners 12.5mm dia. 40mm long complete all as specifiedall as specified as per manufacturere's instructions and all as directed.

S&F 4mm thick non asbestos fibre cement building boards of make 'E' board classic designer board (cascade or Occenic) of M/s Everest Industries Ltd of equivalent as approved fixed or laid/inserted to timber/GI/Aluminium frame work with complete all as specified and as directed

Demolition of brickwork or stone/boulder masonry, built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc, but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stonework and cast etc. complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in Charge The demolished material shall be removed away fro the premises
