Taking down chowkhats or frames with shutters (without taking off shutters) not exceeding 1.5 sq.m each of any description incl making good the disturbed surfaces complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F Flush shutters 30 to 35mm thick for door shutter, solid core construction, with block board core and plywood face panels, commercial type on both side.

S&F 2nd class hard wood 35mm thick made glazed and skeleton shutters open rebated and prepared to receive glass, gauze,etc. (with sash bars), edges of framing plain, chamfered or rounded, fitted with cut and mitred beads for securing glass,etc, size of members of door shutters as spfd in SSR Part-1, Section 8, clause 8.24 (a) complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 2nd class hard wood 30mm thick made glazed and skeleton shutters open rebated and prepared to receive glass, gauze,etc. (without sash bars), edges of framing plain, chamfered or rounded, fitted with cut and mitred beads for securing glass,etc, size of members of window shutters as specified in SSR Part-1, complete all as specified and directed. .

S & F factory made Solid PVC door frame of size 50 mmx 47 mm made out of 5mm wood grain printed PVC sheet reinforce with M.S square tube as per specification complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

S&F factroy made solid panel PVC door shutter 30mm thick (style) consisting of frame made out of MS tube for top and bottom rails MS frame shall be covered with neat moulded plain colour PVC channel having a PVC sheet strip of 20mm width stuct inside the solvent cement for styleand plain coloured PVC sheet for top rails, lock rails and bottom rails on either side and as gap insert for top rails and bottom rail panelling of plaincolour PVC sheet to be fitted in the MS frame welded to the style and rails with suitable PVC sheet beading and jointed together with solvetn cement supplying and fixing in the frame at site as per specification and as per drawing complete all as specified

S&F Factory made box type steel window with side hung shutters (glazing) with pintle hinges & 2 Nos 150mm mild steel tower bolts to each shutter, steel handle and with glazing bars, including flat iron 50 x 6 mm for cover gaps and flat iron 12 x 3 mm for securing wire mesh, dovetailed or welded and with one shop coat of zinc chromate primer complete all as specified. Note : Glass/Wire mesh required for fixing in window will be measured and paid for separately.

-Ditto-as item no 14.00 but Gauged shutter without glazing bars.

S&F Factory made box type steel section ventilator with top/centre hung shutter double leaf shutter for glazing and wire gauze with pintle hinges & 01 No 150mm mild steel tower bolt, hinges, steel peg stay, steel handle to each shutter, steel handle dovetailed or welded and with one shop coat of zinc chromate primer complete all as specified. Note : Glass/Wire mesh required for fixing in ventilator will be measured and paid for separately.

S&F Powder coated (Colour & Texture as directed) aluminium (minimum thickness of powder coating 50 micron) work for doors, windows, ventilators and partitions (Fixed portions) frames with extruded built up standard tubular sections/ appropriate Z sections and other sections (Size as directed) of approved make conforming to IS: 733 and IS:1285, all complete as per architectural drawings and the directions of Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F Powder coated (Colour & Texture as directed) aluminium (minimum thickness of powder coating 50 micron) for shutters of doors, windows & ventilators (of any type i.e. side hung, top hung, slidling & fixed type etc.) of approved make conforming to IS: 733 and IS:1285 all complete as per architectural drawings and the directions of Engineer-in-charge. Noted: For above items 17.00 and 18.00 includes the providing and fixing necessary stainless steel hinges/ Al. hangles/ Al. Tower bolts/ spivots/ fasteners/ stays/ rollers with its channels and making provision for fixing of fittings wherever required including the cost of EPDM rubber/neoprene gasket required with extruded built up standard tubular sections/ appropriate Z sections and other sections of approved make conforming to IS: 733 and IS:1285 all complete as per architectural drawings and the directions of Engineer-in-charge. Note: Prelaminated board, wire mesh and glass to be measured & paid separately.

S&F Anodised aluminium grill (anodised transparent or dyed to required shade according to IS: 1868 with minimum anodic coating of grade AC 15) of approved design/pattern, with approved standard section, all complete as per requirement and direction of Engineerin- charge.Note: for above item include the Aluminium Grill be fixed to the existing window frame with C.P. brass/ stainless steel screws @ 200 mm centre to centre, including cutting the grill to proper opening size for fixing and operation of handles and fixing approved anodised aluminium standard section around the opening complete.

S&F for brass mortice lock, vertical type,4 levers, size 100 mm, as in repairs, all as specified and directed

S&F for 9 mm thick Pre laminated interior grade both side laminated board in repairs, complete all as specified

Material & Labour for Plain Cement concrete type B-1 (1:2:4) using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in seismic and other similar bands, shelves, copings, bed plates, hold fasts, plinth courses, filling in presserd steel frame and the like finished fair and even incl necessary form work complete all as specified & directed.

S&F in repairs Galvanised mild steel wire cloth, 0.63mm nominal dia of wire and average width of aperture 1.40mm and fixed with tinned tacks, or galvanised wire staples complete all as specified and as dircted by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F galvanised mild steel wire cloth 0.56mm nominal dia of wire and width of aperture 1.18mm & fixed with tinned tacks or galvanised wire staples complete all as specified and as directed.

Hacking out old broken glass (any thickness, size, quality or description) from wooden frames or stone, concrete or brick surrounds, glazed with putty or fixed with beads exc 1.50 sqm complete all as specified and as dircted by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F 4mm thick sheet glass ordinary quality any size and in any type of frame and glazing with oil puty (or beading, any type) in squares n.exc. 0.5 sqm in each pane complete all as specified and dircted by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for external teak wood lipping (decorative), 6mm thick of block board or veneered particle board/MDF fixed with nails.

Material & labour piano hings, mild steel bright finish width of flap 30mm fixed in repair including taking out the existing complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F magnetic catches 75mm brass body for use in cup boards of kitchen, ward robes etc. fixed as in repairs complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F 40mm dia cupboard knob of brass, polished, fixed with nut screw and washer, fixed as in repairs complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for framed work such as grills, gratings, etc with ends of bars sholderedcand /or riveted or forged into spikes, framed guard bars,barred iron dooes,ladders, framed balustereds, walk ways railing frameworks of water tank and similar works and incl dismantling old iron/mild steel work, all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Mild steel work in tubular trusses/frames ,including special shaped washer etc., as like purlins, rafters, iron doors, ladders, framed balustereds, walk ways railing, frameworks of water tank and similar workscomplete using ERW or induction butt welded type conforming to IS 1161-1979 grade st. 240 and incl dismantling old iron/mild steel work complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for first quality joint free Non Skid glazed ceramic tiles (coloured) 400x400x 7 to 8mm thick (square/rectangular) as in floors set and jointed in cement slurry and pointed in coloured cement including provision of screed bed 15mm thick in CM (1:4) and incl dismantling old floor tiles with bed, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-In- Charge.

M&L for 1st quality, joint free glazed ceramic coloured tiles 300mm x 450mm x 7mm thick on vertical surface of walls set and jointed with neat cement slurry @ 3.00 Kg / Sqm and pointed in white cement with pigment to match the shade of tiles, over 10mm thick rendering in CM 1:4 and incl dismantling old wall tiles with bed, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-In- Charge.

M&L Vitrified Ceramic tiles 8-10 mm thick (square/ rectangular) polished ceramic tiles (coloured/dark shade /double charged/ultrachaged) (square/rectangular) area of each tile exc. 0.18 sqm but n. exc. 0.36 sqm as in floors set and jointed in cement slurry and pointed in coloured cement including provision of screed bed 15mm thick in CM (1:6) and incl dismantling old floor tiles with bed, complete all as spd & as directed.

M&L machine cut Granite slab 15 mm thick as in steps, pillars, window cills, cooking plateforms and like and incl 10mm thick (avg thickness) cement mortar 1:4 screeding and setting coat in cement morter 1:2, 3mm thick, set and jointed with white cement sturry mixed with pigment to match the shade of slab incl cutting, waste, rubbing, polshing and dismantling old granite with bed, complete all as spd.

M&L for Rounding to edges of stone slabs any thick as in in steps, jambs, pillars, cokking plateforms and likes complete all as specified

M&L for Machine cut kota stone slab flooring 20-25 mm thick over cement screed base laid and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing and polishing and Screed bed or beding layer of morter 20mm thick in cement morter 1:4 for laying floor finishes to receiving the kota stone and dismantling old granite with bed, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 20 mm black/white marble stone, laid over cement screed bed 20 mm thick as like over shelves, floors etc and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing and polishing over and including 15mm thick cement screed bed in CM(1:6) incl cutting, waste, rubbing, mirror polshing and dismantling old marble with bed etc complete all as spd complete all as specified.

M&L for Mirror/diamond polishing with rubbing on old marble/ granite/ Kota stone/ stone work where ever required to give high gloss finish complete. Note:- for above items Granite, Kota stone & Marble (i) The rate of stone shall be deemed to incl for full rounded off corner/edges incl all cutting to make it square or rectangular. (ii) The rate shall also be deemed to incl for cutting and polishing machine and stone polishing to achieve the desired stone finish all as spfd.

Demolition of cement concrete in ground floors and pavings n exc 15cm thick ( below or above GL) complete all as specified and directed.

Material & Labour for 50mm thick plain cement concrete C-1, 1:3:6 (using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in plinth protection finished fair and even without using extra cement complete all as spd & directed. Note:- The plinth protection shall be laid in pannels.

Material and labour for 25mm thick plain cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-0 (using 12.5mm graded stone aggregate) as in levelling courses laid and compacted in slope in floor complete all as specified and as directed.

Material & Labour brick work with sub class 'B' bricks of class designation 10 all as per IS-1077-1992 (minimum compressive strength of brick 100 kg/Sqcm) old size bricks, straight or curved on plan exceeding 6 mtr mean radius built in CM 1:6 and incl dismantling of old brick work, complete all as specified & directed.

Same as item No 69.00 above but except bricks all as specified.

M&L for Rendering 15mm thick on fair faces of newly brick work or concrete surfaces in CM 1:4 finished even and smooth without using extra cement, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-In- Charge.

M&L for Rendering 15mm thick on fair faces of old brick work or concrete surfaces at any height incl walls, cornices, chajjas, sun shades etc. in CM 1:4 finished even and smooth without using extra cement and with or without water proofing compound (2% 0f cement content) (External surface) incl necessary using scafolding or shuttering and taking down old plaster, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-In- Charge. Note: If WPC used, then it will paid separately.

Supply only Integral waterproofing compound all as specified as per manufacture instruction complete all as specified and directed by Engr-In- Charge.

M&L for preparation of new plastered or unplastered surfaces of walls incl cornices, chajjas, sun shades etc. and applying two coat of cement base paint, complete all as specified.

M&L for Rendering 10mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in CM 1:6 finished even and smooth with out using extra cement (Internal surfaces) and taking down old plaster, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-In- Charge.

M&L for for applying 3 mm thick (achieved in two coats) wall care putty of new undecorated plastered surfaces of wall complete all as specified and directed

M&L preparatin of new / previously untreated surface & applying two coats of oil bound distemper (OBD) on wall surfaces over a coat of primer complete all as specified and directed by Engr-In- Charge.

M&L for Rendering 5mm thick on ceiling surface in CM 1:3 finished even and smooth and taking down old plaster, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-In- Charge.

M&L for preparation of plastered or unplastered new decorated surfaces of ceiling etc.applying three coat of white lime wash complete all as specified and directed by Engr-In- Charge.

M&L RCC 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in shelves / slabs and like with and incl use and waste of necessary form work and demolition of RCC as in chajja/shelves, RCC Tank, kitchen chimney etc., including removal complete all as specified.

M&L MS TMT Bars 8mm/10mm dia and over cut to length, bend to shape required, incl cranking, bending, for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and incl MS wire (Annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified.

S&F sheet glass 5.5 mm thick tinted glass in square exc 0.5 sqm in each pain complete all as specified and directed by Engr-In- Charge.

Material and labour for water proofing treatment of sunken floor of WCs, bathroom etc. by applying of the std specifications process, complete all as directed by Engr-in-chrge. Note: For above item Std Specification process for Sunken Treatment. (i) Cleaning of sunken floor surface with mechanical means i.e. wire brush/air blower etc. and remove all loose/unsound material, dirt, dust, etc. (ii) Applying cement slurry mixed with acrylic based polymer modified cementitious composite compound coating Hydroproof Xtra of FOSROC/Equivalent of Dr Fixit of Pidilite Industries Ltd in the ratio of 1:2:4 (One part of acrylic polymer : Two part of water and four part of cement). (iii) First layer of cement slurry @ 0.444 Kg/Sqm mixed with acrylic based modified cementious composite compound @ 0.222 Litre/Sqm and allow it to air dry for 04 hours. (iv) Second layer of cement slurry @ 0.222 Kg/Sqm mixed with acrylic based polymer modified cementitious composite compound @ 0.111 Litre/Sqm and allow it to air dry for 04 hours followed with water curing for 48 hours. (v) 200 micron thick polythene film shall be pasted with help of adhesives over treatment. Note :- Joints of WC/Trap/Soil waste shall be properly sealed with sealing compound. Testing of all traps and joint and sunken slab shall be done as per IS-1742 before filling and tiling work.

Material and labour for 25mm thick plain cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-0 (using 12.5mm graded stone aggregate) as in levelling courses laid and compacted in slope in floor complete all as specified and as directed.

Amount of credit of Rs. 119100.50 for retrived old material as mentioned in Schedule 'A' section-II of tender document in pdf form, will be deducted offline while acceptence of tender.
