Supply,Laying and Consolidation of 22.40-53 mm gauge stone Ballast

Providing and applying Primer coat with bitumen emulsion (SS) on prepared surface of granular base including cleaning of road surface and spraying primer @ 0.70 Kg/Sqm using mennual means.

Providing and applying tack coat on bituminious surface. @ 0.250 Kg/Sqm. bitumen of grade VG-10, Including heating the bitumen,spraying the bitumen with mechanical operated spray unit fitted on bitumen boiler, cleaning and preparing the the existing road surfce as per specifications

Providing and laying Dense Graded Bituminous Macadam using crushed stone aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder and filler, transporting the hot mix to work site by tippers, laying with paver finisher equiped with electronic sensor to the required grade, level and alignment and rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers as per specifications to achieve the desired compaction and density, complete as per specificatons and directions of Engineer-in-Charge.50 to 100 mm average compacted thickness with bitumen of grade VG-30 @ 5% (percentage by weight of total mix) and lime filler @ 2% (percentage by weight of Aggregate) prepared in Drum Type Hot Mix Plant of 60-90 TPH capacity.

Road Marking with Hot Applied Thermoplastic Compound with Reflectorising Glass Beads on Bituminous Surface. Providing and laying of hot applied thermoplastic compound 2.5 mm thick including reflectorising glass beads @ 250 gms per sqm area, thickness of 2.5 mm is exclusive of surface applied glass beads as per IRC:35-2015 The finished surface to be level, uniform and free from streaks and holes.
