Widending and Strenghtning work of Arhera to Ral Via Bati (NH-2) road (ODR) in District Mathura

Amount

Excavation for roadwork in soil with hydraulic excavator of 0.9 cum bucket capacity including cutting and loading in tippers, trimming bottom and side slopes, in accordance with requirements of lines, grades and cross sections, and transporting to the embankment location within all lifts and lead upto 1000m. As per MORT&H Specification No. 301 (3.6).

Construction of embankment/Patri with approved material obtained from borrow pits with all lifts and leads, transporting to site, spreading, grading to required slope and compacting to meet requirement of table 300-2. as per MoRT&H clause 305 (3.16) & as directed by Engineer Incharge including all machinery charges & including all labour, T&P etc required for proper completion of the work. (Cartage Earth)

Construction of granular sub-base by providing granular material, spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface, mixing by mix in place method with front end loader at OMC, and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density, complete as per clause 401. As per MoRT&H clause 401(b).

Providing, laying, spreading and compacting graded stone aggregate to wet mix macadam (WMM) specification including premixing the Material with water at OMC in mechanical mix plant carriage of mixed Material by tipper to site, laying in uniform layers with paver in sub- base / base course on well prepared surface and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density. as per MoRT&H Specification 406.

Providing, laying, spreading and compacting graded stone aggregate to wet mix macadam (WMM) after mixing with water at OMC in mechanical mix plant carriage of mixed material by tipper to site, laying with 1% OPC cement and 3.50% emulsion in Uniform single layer on sub base/subgrade and compacting with the road roller to achieve th desire density.

Providing & applying Tack Coat with bitumen VG-10 using bitumen pressure distributor at the rate of 0.20Kg./Sqm. on the prepared primed granular/old painted surface, cleaned with air compressor, including all Taxes, Material, Labour, T&P etc required for proper completion of the work. (For Bitumenous Surface).

Providing and laying bituminous concrete with 100~120 TPH hot mix plant using crushed aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder VG-30 @ 5.40% of mix and filler, transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per MORTH specification clause No. 507 complete in all respects

Providing and laying cement concrete in 1:4:8 (1 Cement : 4 coarse sand : 8 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size) and curing complete, Including cost of form work. in Foundation and floors. As per S.I. No. 4.1.8

RCC work Providing and laying in position specified grade of reinforced cement concrete, including the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and excluding reinforcement - All work up to plinth level :1:1.5:3 (1 cement : 1.5 coarse sand : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) Ch-5 SI No- 5.1.2

Supplying, fitting and placing HYSD bar reinforcement in Foundation complete including Labour for straightening, cutting, bending, shifting to site, tying and placing in position as per drawing and technical specifications

Class-150 (Non Modular) brick work in 1:4 cement and Coarse sand mortar in foundation and plinth including supply of all materials, labour and T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work. As per S.I. No. 6.1.1

Flush Pointing on brick work or brick flooring with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand) :Raised and cut pointing. As per S.I. No 13.31.2

12mm Cement plaster with cement mortar in proportion of 1:4 cement & coarse sand of single coat for interior plastering upto floor two level including internal rounded angles chamfers, and rounded angles not exceeding 80mm. In girth and finished even and smooth. As per S.I. No. 13.4.1

Providing and laying cement concrete in 1:2:4 (1 Cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) and curing complete, Including cost of form work. In Foundation and floors. As per S.I. No. 4.1.3

Supply and laying & fixing of 350mm dia NP-3 Hume Pipe in proper alignment, joint filling and slopes etc. Complete as dwawing and technical specification.

Supply and laying & fixing of 600mm dia NP-3 Hume Pipe in proper alignment, joint filling and slopes etc. Complete as dwawing and technical specification.

Supply and laying & fixing of 1000mm dia NP-3 Hume Pipe in proper alignment, joint filling and slopes etc. Complete as dwawing and technical specification.

Coursed rubble masonry (first sort) with hard stone in foundation and Plinth Cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand). As per S.I. No 7.6.1

Maintainance Charge including @ Earth Work, repair of painted surface,(Bituminous) Earth Work on patri, Drain, Culvert etc as per Direction of E/I for the period of Five Year from the actual completion of work. including royalty on materials. GST shall be paid extra as applicable at the time of payment.
