Earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode of size 600 x 600 x 6 mm thick burried directly in ground vertically to a depth not less than 2.25 mtr below ground level with top edge of plate not less than 1.5 m below ground level connected to and including galvanised earth strip of size 25x4 mm (up or 7.5 mtr length) and GI pipe 40 mm light grade for protection of GI earth strip by means of bolts, nuts, checknuts and washers made out of galvanised iron and connected to earth test point as shown in electrical plate No. 3 of SSR Part-1-2009 and as specified or indicated and testing on completion including excavation and earth work any in type of strata available at site, PCC (1:3:6) type C-1 for earth chamber, precast RCC slab 50mm thick in cement concrete (1:2:4) type B-1 reinforced with welded steel wire fabric (xpm) weight not less the (4kg/sqm) funnel with GI watering pipe of 20mm bore medium grade, wire nuts and lugs including taking down old u/s one complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing in replacement of galvanised iron strip of size 32x6mm burried in ground or fixed on wall with suitable epoxy base insulator on wall/floors and connected to test point including bending, jointing at test points with 2 Nos GI nuts, bolts, with lead washers, jointing strips at all joints complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing in replacement of aluminium strip 25x3mm fixed with epoxy based insulator for down conductor air terminal network including drilling two Nos holes at each joint, one set of lead washers between strips, two sets GI nut and bolt, gutties, screws etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing in replacement earth continiuty conductor or main earthing lead fixed on wall on batten or recess or chases or buired in ground or drawn in conduit / pipe or fixed to pole or any other indicated suituation for loop earthing etc, as required for copper strip 32 mm x 6 mm with proper saddles/spacer, screw etc., complete all as specified and as directed. Note : All joints of copper shall be of brazing only

Material & Labour for New Maintenance free Earthing with minimum Four Nos single earth rods each pit consisting of copper coated steel rod of size 17.2mm dia 3 mtrs long 250 Microns molecularly bonded, joined with connecting clamps filled with maintenance free earth enhancing compounds Curec+ 6 kgs & Curecon 10 kgs, compounds strictly be a Eco friendly and must comply to IEEE 80:2000 clause 14.5 (d), IEEE 80:2000 clause 14.5 (b) and this compound should be Electrically & Thermally conductive, must be tested for Long term in CPRI for at least 2 year to display its stability & compound must be ISO certified, interconnecting the pit with 25mm x 3mm copper strip with exothermic welding and connecting up to the ring to achieve the earth resistance value below 1 ohm connected with 25x3mm Copper strip duly fixed with spacer and saddles and all connected accessories including up to 7.5 mtrs copper strip up to equipment room and terminating the wire with 25mm x 6mm 300 mm long copper bus bar insert in the water proof suitable box fixed on wall with insulator support. NOTE: I. Soil Resistivity must be checked before designing the Quantity of earth pits, accordingly design should be submitted II. The ring main earth resistance shall be below 1 ohms. III.
