Construction of Engineering Block (Aluminium Frame work for testing of HVAC system installed in the basement)

Providing & Fixing of powder coated aluminium frame work for doors, windows, ventilators & partitions, shutter frames with extruded built up standards tubular and other sections of approved make comprsing of IS 733 -and IS1285 powder coated dyed to required shade as per the the sample already used in the building according to IS1868 fixed with plugs and screws or with fixing clips or with expansion holdfasteners and necessary filling up of gaps at junctions, at top, bottom & sides with required PVC/ neoprene felt extra. Aluminium section should be smooth rust free straight, of required guage,including fricition stay 355mm abco or equivalent all fittings as per the drawings, cleats ,aluminium snap, including hinges for doors/ windows as required etc. complete in all respects (60 to 70 microns) excluding the cost of the glazing, wireguaze, hardware items Including carriage T&P complete job.

Providing and fixing of 12mm aluminium partition panels (both side decorative laminated) as approved by the consultant with EPDM rubber/ neoprene gasket etc including the cost of fittings and fixtures excluding the cost of the frames supporting the same but including carriage upto site complete

Providing and fixing of 5mm sheet glass fixed on aluminium frame work with EPDM rubber/ neoprene gasket etc including the cost of fittings and fixtures approved specifications (5mm thick) Including carriage T&P complete job.

Providing and fixing window handles of reputed make including cost of screws or fittings complete job.

Providing and fixing of door locks (Mortice Locks) including cost of fittings fixtures all complete for doors.

Providing and fixing of 8 inch tower bolts including cost of fittings fixtures all complete for doors/windows.

Providing and fixing aluminum extruded section body tubular type universal hydraulic door closer,(having brand logo with IS: 3564, embossed on the body, door weight upto 36 kg to 80 kg and door width from 701 mm to 1000 mm), with double speed adjustment with necessary accessories and screws etc.complete job as per site requirement.

Cleaning and washing of the entire basement of Engineering block, including the removal and disposal of debris and waste material etc. already lying and accumulated during the execution of aforementioned work. The waste materials will be transported to the nearest dumping site for proper disposal. The entire process will be cleaned to the satisfaction of site engineer, ensuring a thorough and satisfactory cleanup.
