Safe loading at ESC Daliganj, carriage upto JE dump store/site of work, its unloading and proper stacking of following materials

a) 11 KV 3X120Sqmm XLPE Cable

b) C/J/KIT O/D 3x70 mm²

c) 11 KV RMU

d) 11 KV pole mounted metering unit

e) 11 Kv Pilfer Resistant MC with Cable

f) 11 KV TVM Meter

Laying of Single circuit 11 kV 3x120 Sq. mm in normal soil by digging of trench of size 900 mm deep 500 mm wide. The cable will be laid in between two rows of first class bricks after spreading 3" local sand at the bottom of the trench and packing of cable with local sand from each side and covered with bricks (Only cable will be provided by the department All other materials and T&P will be provided by the contractor as per estimate/package or requirement of site.)

Construction of masonry type RMU plinth of size 2x2x1.5 M with brick, cement, coarse sand, sand & brick ballast, filling of sand in the hollow space, plastering outer surface in ratio 1:4:6 top of the plinth 4" thickness grouting of 2 nos. MS Channel of size 100x50x2000 mm on the top of the plinth for placement of transformer. (All the material , labour and T&P will be arranged by the contractor)

Hosting of 11 KV 3x120 mm², XLPE cable with pole, proper clamping and jumphering. The cable will be passed through MS pipe of size 150 mm dia3 Mtr long( All the materials and T&P arranged by the contractor)

High pressure testing of 11 KV 3x120 mm² XLPE cable with DC voltage at 18 KV with hold up to 5 minutes ( All the material will be provided by contractor)

Installing, commissioning of 11 KV Pilfer Resistant MC with Cable termination Kit CTR 10/5A-50/5A ( All the materials except Pilfer will be arranged by the contractor)

Boring type earthling of Pilfer by boring and lowering of 20 M deep or upto water level 1.5" dia B Class Jindal make GI Pipe its connection in between transformer and boring with G.I. Strip of size 50x6 mm (All the material, labour and T&P will be arranged by the contractor)

Installation, commissioning of 11 KV RMU including its connection in between 11 kV line and LT line. (All the material except transformer and cables will be arranged by the contractor)

Installing, commissioning of 11 KV Pole mounted unit ( All the materials except Pilfer will be arranged by the contractor)
