Note :- These items are to be executed in galleries of jetty (Restricted Work Environment arise during High tide ). The Rate quoted shall be accordingly considered for deemed to be include scaffolding , mobilization equipment and other safety equipment as work will be carried out in sea area along the Jetty. Nothing will be paid extra on account of Working in difficult area.

Chipping , removing carefully concrete work by low impact hammer, breaker without damaging the structure and cleaning and disposal of debris outside the premises etc, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Hard concrete should not be removed by force.

Material and Labour for Clean existing reinforcement with wire/ rotary wire brush, making the surfaces free from loose material dirt etc. complete and applying two coats of alkaline rust converting primer on the rebars, including cleaning the reinforcement, wire brushing to remove loose rust spalls, wash the rebars with clean water within 3 minutes and wipe it dry, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge

Material and Labour for applying two coats of Epoxy based Zinc primer in a span of four hours over the treated rebars and allow to dry for six hours, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. The application shall be by brush.

Material and Labour for cleaning all loose laitance on the concrete substrate and applying one coat of epoxy bonding agent on exposed concrete surface to ensure bond between old concrete and new concrete by brush application, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Material and Labour for ready to mix polymer cement plaster with high quality polymer additives (Polymer plaster) with 4 MPa compressive strength of required thickness over the entire cleaned surfaces including all tools and tackles, etc in damaged areas in 40 to 50 mm thickness including levelling profiling etc, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Material and Labour for applying concrete protection coating on finished structural members exposed to atmosphere, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Material and Labour for Drilling and fixing Rohibb Teflon nozzles in RCC members, including drilling holes of 12mm dia, 50 to 100mm deep holes, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Works shall be carried out as under :- (i) Cleaning of holes. Clean the holes by air blower prior to fixing nozzles. (ii) Fixing of nozzles. Insert 12mm dia Rohibb Teflon nozzles in cleaned holes. External end of nozzles to be machine to receive outlet of grouting gun. Fix it inside the holes by applying thixotropic epoxy putty to ensure complete sealing. Cure the system for minimum 12 hours. (iii) Cutting of nozzles. Cut the nozzles by chiesel after completion of grouting without damaging structural elements. (iv) In case crack upto 2 mm wide, fix the injection nozzles directly over the cracks, at intervals of 6 to 9 inches, using a drilling machine. Fix PVC/MS nozzles in these holes with fast-setting epoxy putty and let it dry for 2 to 3 days. Also, seal the crack between the ports with epoxy putty. (v) In case where the crack is wider than 2 mm upto 4 to 5 mm, drill holes at the sides of the crack in a staggered fashion, at intervals of 6 inches and affix them with epoxy putty as mentioned above. (vi) Also, seal the face of the crack with a liberal application of the epoxy putty.

Material and Labour for Injecting of site mixed cement slurry grout, mixed in specified proportion containing cement, sand water with addition of plasticizers (approved make) & migratory corrosion inhibitors, water cement ratio shall be varied between 0.5 to 1.0 for each hole, shrinkage compensating cement slurry mixed to a lump free fresh creamy consistency, Mixing shall be done by mechanical mixer continuously stirring mechanically to keep cement particles in suspension. Injection of approved/specified grout by means of pump at a pressure of 3-5 Kg/cm2 etc complete till the grout mix flows out from the nozzle indicating complete filling of grout in the holes drilled, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Material and Labour for Injecting low viscosity (3-5 cps) high molecular weight monomer by pressure and using mechanized injector gun with accessories till nozzles refuses to accept the grout, including Mixing of materials : Mixing of material components (part a&b) in the required quantities as per manufacturer's instruction by weigh batching. Grouting : Fill the grouting gun with concrete penetrating corrosion inhibitor. Maintain desired pressure in the gun by air compressor; maintain the pressure at exit (2 to 3kg/cm2) by monitoring pressure gauge at exit. Grout the material through prefixed nozzles in the structural elements @ 100ml per nozzle. Repeat the process for all the nozzles, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Material and Labour for Providing and applying jacketing around columns with Micro concrete (Molith-MC) M40 including all lifts, shuttering, drilling holes and fixing shear anchor as per specification, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note:- Reinforcement and Formwork shall be measured and paid separately under relevant item. (Rates are including jacketing and micro concrete)

Material and Labour for Providing reinforced cement concrete type B-1, 1:1:2 (12.5 mm graded aggregate) in railing/parapet /Drain wall /Concrete anchor for mooring system and other similar items for any size at any height including demolition complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Material and Labour for Pre-Cast Factory made RCC 1:1.5:3 (20mm Graded crushed stone aggregate) as in cover slab of manholes, septic tanks, drainage, flooring, bedded, and jointed in cement mortar 1:6 and pointed in cement mortar 1:3 with edges of slab covered with MS angle sections or similar articles with plain faces and set in Cement Mortar 1:4, including formwork & reinforced with 8mm dia TMT steel 100mm c/c both way, size and shape and pattern as approved by Engr-in-Charge/Garrison Engineer including demolition of existing, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Material and Labour for Mild steel bars 10mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips, all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note:- Replacement of steel reinforcement with TMT bars of appropriate size where 30% of cross section is reduced including dismantling of rusted steel complete all as specified and directed.

Providing and fixing additional main steel bars or stirrups of 5 mm dia and over and including 10 mm dia in various structural elements like column, beams and foundations including drilling, bending, welding and fixing the bars with epoxy putty etc (Steel provided on the basis of 1% of volume of concrete), complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Material and Labour for Formwork to sides of concrete foundations, footings, columns, bases of columns, raft and raft beams, sides and soffits (if any) of foundation and plinth beams; and similar work; vertical or to batter with rough finished surface complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Material and Labour for Formwork to sides of pillars, posts, struts, piers, columns and stanchions square or rectangular in plan to provide rough finished surface to concrete complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Material and Labour for formwork to edges of rough finished surfaces of concrete flats, treads, breaks in floors, window cills, concerte railings, opening in concrete walls, floors and roof not exc 20 cm wide and side of RCC /PCC bands in walls, horizontal or sloping and similar work exc 10 cm but not exc 20 cm wide, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing of fiber glass reinforced plastic cover Slabs 600x600x40mm made from a composite material of polyester resign and glass fibers with load carrying capacity of 2.5Tonnes. Cover slab shall be embossed MES on upper side, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Make :- Bharat FRP Pune / Nexgen or equivalent as approved by GE.

Material and Labour for Framed work such as grills, gratings, etc, with ends of bars shouldered and/or riveted, or forged into spikes; framed guard bars; barred iron doors; ladders; framed balusters; walk ways; railings; framework of water tanks and fencing angle similar work conforming to Fe-290 Gde E-165, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and Fix Rolled section Fe 410-W (Gde E-250 quality A) as in main and cross beams, hip and jack rafters; purlins, vertical post, plates, pipes where connected to common rafter and running rails and fixing with angle cleats or other connecting plates also fixing wind tie bars etc, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and Fix MS plate Fe 410-W (Gde E-250 quality A) (Plane/Chequered) 5 mm and over as open drain covers with 02 Nos of 150mm handle in each plate etc complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Material and Labour for providing and fixing stainless steel (Grade 304) railing made of hollow tubes, channels, plates etc., including welding, grinding, buffing, polishing and making curvature (where ever required) and fitting the same with necessary stainless steel nuts and bolts complete, including fixing the railing with necessary accessories & stainless steel dash fasteners, stainless steel bolts etc., of required size, on the top of floor or the side of waist slab with suitable arrangement, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and Fix in repair 12 mm thick Toughened glass as in hinged doors, partitions, automatic doors and similar work including cutting to shape, drilling holes as required , complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Material and Labour for preparation of new steel surfaces exceeding 10 cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Material and Labour for preparation of old steel surfaces exceeding 10 cm width or girth and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Material and Labour for Vitrified ceramic dark shade coloured tiles 8 to 10 mm thick (Square/Rectangular) polished, area of each tile not exceeding 0.36 Sqm, in floors, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match including Screed bed or bedding layer 20mm thick in CM 1:4 for laying floor finishes including dismantling of old tiles, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and Fix Vitrified ceramic coloured dark shade tiles 10mm thick in vertical surfaces such as skirting, dado on walls etc jointed in neat cement slurry over 10mm thick in cement mortar (1:4) pointed in white or coloured cement including dismantling of old tiles complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and Labour for glazed ceramic coloured 350x250x7 or 450x350x7mm size as in walls set and jointed in neat cement slurry over 10mm thick in cement mortar (1:4) and pointed in coloured cement to match for work on vertical surface such as skirting dado etc including dismantling of old tiles complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Material and Labour for non skid ceramic coloured tile 7 to 8mm thick (square/rectangular), area of each tile exceeding 0.11 sqm but not exceeding 0.18 sqm in floor over 20 mm thick screed bed in cement mortar 1:4, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured cement to match the tile including dismantling of old tiles complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and Fix for PVC False ceiling consisting of 600 mm x 600 mm, 8-10mm thick prelaminated self design including frame work made using aluminium T section of size (25mm x 25 mm, 19 gauge or 1mm thick) in square pattern of grid size of 600 x 600 mm. The aluminium frame work is supported from the ceiling with the help of 2 mm dia GI wire (upto 1200 mm length) adjusting and maintain for proper level to roof slabs by means of ceiling cleats made out of GI flat 40x3 mm size 60mm long and expansion hold fasteners 12.5mm dia 40mm long complete etc. The aluminium frame work is supported on side wall with the use of aluminium 25 mm x 25 mm angles including dismantling of old ceiling frame with ceiling board complete as per direction of Engr-in-charge, Manufacturer's specification & drawing. Note:- Items rate shall include upto 20.00 meter height of buildings for scaffolding as all arrangement all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and Fix in repairs, decorative Hollow PVC sheet 10 mm thick (fluted panel) having density not less than 4 Kg/Sqm fixed to wall panelling with self drilling screws including necessary frame of aluminium section 51x35x.55mm and 600 mm c/c 51x32x.55mm grid work and corner mouldings as required as per manufacturer's instruction including dismantling of old Wall panelling with frame, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Material and Labour for 18 to 20 mm thick granite (of any type) work (rough surface) in steps, jambs, pillars, window- cills, cooking platforms and like in 20 mm thick cement mortar (1:4) including pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade of granite in any position etc including dismantling of old Stone slab/tiles complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Material and Labour for 18 to 20 mm thick granite (of any type) work (table rubbed and polished) in steps, jambs, pillars, window- cills, cooking platforms and like in 20 mm thick cement mortar (1:4) including pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade of granite in any position etc including dismantling of old Stone slab/tiles all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and Fix green marble 18 to 20 mm thick machine cut, jointing and pointing with white cement slurry including 20mm thick screed bed or bedding layer of mortar in CM 1:4 including dismantling of old Stone slab/tiles, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Taking down chowkhat or frame with shutter (without taking off shutter from the frame) not exceeding 1.5 Square Metre each , removing from the site including cutting holes required for taking out existing hold fast etc complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and Fix Factory made single extruded WPC (Wood Polymer Composite) solid door/ window/ Ceosetory windows & other Frames/ Chowkhat of size 65 x 100 mm comprising of virgin PVC polymer of K value 58-60 (Suspension Grade), calcium carbonate and natural fibers (wood powder/ rice husk/ wheat husk) and non toxic additives (maximum toxicity index of 12 for 100 gms) fabricated with miter joints after applying PVC solvent cement and screwed with full body threaded star headed SS screws having minimum frame density of 750 kg/ cum, screw withdrawal strength of 2200 N (Face) & 1100 N (Edge), minimum compressive strength of 58 N/mm2, modules of elasticity 900 N/mm2 and resistance to spread of flame of Class A category with property of being termite/borer proof, water/ moisture proof and fire retardant and fixed in position with MS hold fast/ lugs/SS dash fasteners of required dia and length complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. (M.S. hold fast/ lugs or SS dash fasteners shall be paid for separately). Note: For WPC solid door/window frames, minus 5mm tolerance in dimension i.e. depth and width of profile shall be acceptable. Supply and Fix of Factory made single extruded WPC (Wood Polymer Composite) solid plain flush door shutter of 35mm size comprising of virgin polymer of K value 58-60 (Suspension Grade), calcium carbonate and natural fibers (wood powder/ rice husk/wheat husk) and non toxic additives (maximum toxicity index of 12 for 100 gms) having minimum density of 650 kg/cum and screw withdrawal strength of 1800 N (Face) & 900 N (Edge), minimum compressive strength 50 N/mm2, modulus of elasticity 850 N/mm2 and resistance to spread of flame of Class A category with property of being termite/borer proof, water/moisture proof and fire retardant and fixing with stainless steel butt hinges of required size with necessary full body threaded star headed counter sunk S.S screws, all as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. Note: stainless steel butt hinges and necessary S S screws shall be paid separately

Supply only water proofing compound ISI marked complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Material and Labour for applying three coats of white wash on newly plastered surfaces of ceilings including preparation of surface, complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Material and Labour for preparation of newly plastered surfaces of walls and applying two coats of acrylic antifungal paint exterior grade paint plain or camouflage pattern on one coat of primer complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Material and Labour for applying not less than 1mm thick wall care putty on newly plastered surface and prepare the smooth surface with sand paper and applying two coats of oil bound distemper on walls complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and Labour for preparation of old plastered surfaces of walls and applying one coat of acrylic antifungal paint exterior grade paint plain or camouflage pattern upto 4 storey including necessary scaffolding complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note:- Work shall be carried out on the pillar below the bridge in marine area. Unit rate shall also include the same as quoted by the contractor (non accessible roof/ceiling).

Complete removal of existing treatment from old decorated plastered surfaces of walls by Vacuum based sanding machine, removal of nails etc and filling cracks/hole with putty, applying wall care putty upto 2 mm thick (multipurpose mixer shall be used for uniform and proper mixing of putty) and applying two coats of oil emulsion distemper white or coloured over a coat of approved primer by auto roller complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note:- Allow 6-8 hrs to dry the surface for painting of subsequent coats, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Material and Labour for preparation of new or old external wall surface by wire brushing/grinding in order to remove dust, dirt, loose particles, laitance. Thereafter wash the surface with mechanical water nozzle with clean water & allow to dry. Fill visible cracks/ joints by crack seal compound and epoxy base joint filler including resin and hardener in proportion as per manufacturer's instruction & allow to dry for 24 hours. Apply one coat of water base primer (with mechanically airless paint sprayer machine) and allow to dry for 6 hours appx. Thereafter apply 02 coats of WB high build anti carbonating coating cum waterproofing (with mechanically airless paint sprayer machine) & match with brush at the interval of 08 hours between the coat and allow to dry to match the existing shade in camouflage pattern including for plain paint, necessary scaffolding, necessary security for the workers for any height, covering etc, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note:- External water proofing treatment on wall at any height of the building including acrylic paint shall be applied by mechanically Airless paint sprayer machine only.

Excavation in trenches not exc 1.5m wide not exc 1.5m depth and getting out in hard/dense soil/ road cutting including trimming bottom surface to required level and shape all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge for laying of pipes. Note:- Taking up pipe with fitting, special valves etc from trench shall be measured and paid separately.
