Demolition of cement concrete(reinforced) of any description ,including unserviceable RCC tanks etc and in any position , (up to 4th storey) not otherwise specifically provided for complete,removed out of MOD land complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantlling of brick tiles or terracing tiles (up to 4th storey) single layer on roof etc ,removed out of MOD land.

Dismantling Flat iron wind tie , any description , size and shape and removal from site complete all as directed.

Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) of any description (up to 4th storey) and in any position,removed out of MOD land all as directed .

Dismantling of plain or corrugated steel sheeting etc including ridge in roof covering complete and set a side all as directed.

Dismantling of asbestos cement (corrugated or semi-corrugated) sheet in roof covering all as specified.

Preparation surfaces of old concrete floor by picking, scrubbing down with steel brushes, sweeping clean and washing down with water to remove dust etc and PCC 1:2:4 type B-0 (using 12.5 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) with average thickness 50 mm laid in two layers of 25 mm thickness each with wire netting of 0.60 mm dia and size of mesh 12 mm x 12 mm laid between the two layers finished even and smoothes in roof padding ( upto 2nd storey building)all as specified and as directed Note:- The wire mesh shall be measured and paid separately under the respective item .

M&L for 40 mm thick bricks tiles laid on roof in 15mm thick CM 1:6 and joint grouted in cement mortar (1:3) mixed with 5% crude oil by weight of cement complete all as spd

Complete removal of existing water proofing treatment of any description incl under layer, taking down of cement plaster / demolition of cement concrete any thickness and removal of debris off the premises including grubbing up of trees and preparation of concrete surfaces by scrubbing down with steel brushes and cleaning with water to remove toremove all loose dirt/dust and applying roof treatment as below:-- (i) Applying a coat of bitumen primer membrane 0.4ltr/sqm by the same membrane manufacturer of density at 25 degree C’ 0.87-0.89Kg/Litre and viscosity 70-160 CPS till the surface properly impregnates and insolvent oil primer evaporates completely and applying a coat of blown 85/25 graded bitumen confirming to IS 702 @ 1.2 Kg/sqm. (ii) Applying Polymeric Polypropylene polymer membrane “APP” (Atactic poly propylene polymer ) modified prefabricated five layer 3mm thick not less than 3.6 Kg/Sqm with 160 grams/sqm non woven polyster made at centre core reinforced laid with 75 mm side overlap and 100 overlap in length using butane torch with 10cm over laps which shall be thermo fused by flame (iii) Applying course of two coats of aluminium paint over the APP membrane all as specified. All joints and change in direction shall be covered with cement mortar 1:3 mixed with SBR latex @ 200 ml/bag of cement and curved before laying membrane MAKE-IWL/Pidilite

M&L for Cutting out cracks to V-section in existing roofs or terracing etc cleaning out, wetting, grouting with cement and sand slurry 1:3 complete all as specified.

Taking down cement plaster and decayed concrete of any description from roof projection, repair with 15mm thick rendering on fair face of concrete surfaces in CM 1:4 with water proofing compound ( As per manufacturer detail ) including junction portion, making proper slope towards out side, finished even and smooth with PCC 1:2:4 type B-0 (using 12.5mm graded stone aggregate) and provision of two coats of cement based paint and including all necessary scaffolding / safety arrangement for carrying out work on outer side of Double Storey Building complete all as specified and directed. (Note: Water proofing admixture measured and paid seprately)

Supply only Integral water proofing compound liquid

M&L rendering 12 mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in cm 1:6 finished even and smooth (with out using extra cement) incl taking down cement plaster on brick wall etc. and racking out joints hacking for key

M&L rendering 15 mm thick on other then fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in cm 1:4 with water proofing admixture finished even and smooth (with out using extra cement) upto 4th storey with necessary scaffolding incl taking down cement plaster on brick wall etc. and racking out joints hacking for key (Note: Water proofing admixture measured and paid seprately)

M&L Rendering 10 mm thick on concrete surfaces in CM 1:3 finished on even and smooth without using extra cement as in ceiling, Chajja etc.incl taking down cement plaster on RCC Slab etc. and racking out joints hacking for key

M & L Dubbing out average 20 mm thick in CM 1:4 on irregular face of Ceiling all as specified and as directed.

S&F in repair White rotational moulded polyethylene water storage tanks (white colour) with float valve, plastic lid cover, triple layered, cylindrical vertical with closed top hoisted and fixed in position up to 4th storey of capacity 500 ltr incl making connection completed all as specified.

Disconnecting of water tank of 500 ltr capacity ( Upto 4th Storey of Building ) setting aside (or lowering if required) cleaning and removing all scale and dirt etc etc from tanks and from mouths of pipes etc. scrapping silt, scale, fungus with wire brush from water tanks and removing all scale and dirt etc from water tanks and removing water to a distance 50 meters from the building, cleaning the tank with fresh water, cleaning the mouth oh pipe, refixing all G.I fittings and float valve, making functional all out going G.I connections from tanks and float valves and marking the date of cleaning with white paint on tanks for, cleaning and hoisting if required reconnecting and re-fixing in position complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F in repair 20mm stop cock cast cooper alloy of screwed down high pressure with crutch or butter fly handle , screwed with ends for iron pipe or unions. Make ISI marked

Preparation of old ,plastered or unplastered surfaces including brooming down or steel wire brushing,scrapping down smokesoot,moulds,moss and efflorescent salts and trading oil greasy spots, and applying one coats of cement base paint on walls

Preparation of new plastered or unplastered surfaces of walls to achieve smooth and even surface and applying two coats of distemper oil emulsion over and including two coats of wall care putty 1 to 2 mm thick on plastered surfaces,preparatory to distempering complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

Preparation of old plastered surface of ceiling and applying two coat of white wash .

Preparation of new plastered surface of ceiling and applying two coat of white wash .

Preparing surfaces of wood and wood based materials, new or old, of any description and girth, not otherwise described and treated one coat with creosote , complete allas specified and as directed.

Material and labour for preparation of new plastered/concreat surface of wall, chajja, facia, face of columns, beam etc by booming down with steel wire brushing, scrapping down smoke soot, moulds, moss and efflorescent salts and trading oil and greasy spots & rubbing with sand paper and applying two coats of weather proof exterior emulsion with necessary scaffoding up to 4th storey, including necessary filling of wall care putty on uneven surface as and where required all as specified.
