M&L for providing and Laying Premium (1st) quality digitally printed straight edge, punched, glazed ceramic rectangle tile in approved shade and finish with flexural strength greater than 16 N/mm2, scratch hardness on Moh’s Scale minimum 3 and crazing resistance of 2 cycles in coloured tiles 450 X 300 mm and 8-9 mm thick, in any pattern of light & dark/highlighters tiles etc as approved, on vertical surfaces such as in skirting/dado etc, set and jointed in cement slurry over complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for single charge , ceramic, stain & scratch resistant, joint free, premium quality coloured tile 600x 600 mm and 8-10 mm thick , as in floors/skirting etc. In any pattern of light & dark tiles as approved , set and jointed adhesive of Sika (ceram Grey) @ 5 Kg/sqm and pointed in white or coloured cement to match , in floor etc complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete (un-reinforced) in any thickness (below or above ground level), complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for 15mm thick cement plastering in cement mortar 1:3 on brick work or concrete surfaces of sunken portion mixed with integral liquid water proofing compound complete all as specified and directed. (Water proofing compound shall be paid for separately against respective item of this Sch)

Material and labour for efflorescence treatement to wall surface comprising of the following specifications, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge :- (i) Cleaning of wall surface with mechanical means i.e. steel wire brush/air blower etc. and remove all loose /unsound material,dirt,dust etc and allow air dry for 48 hours. (ii) Washing of wall surface with HCL acid with dilution of water in ratio 1:50 till saturation point and allow air dry for 24 hours. (iii) Primer the wall surfaces with URP mixed in the proporation 1:1 (URP Cement) as bonding agent and cure the surface adequately for at least 48 hours. (iv) Prepare PMM consists of 1 part of cement +3 part sand + 15% URP+ 20% water (% by weight by cement) . After two days apply two coat URP mix with cement by the ratio 1 Kg URP : 1.5 Kg cement at the interval of 6 hour. (v) Apply two coat of Pidifin 2 kg( Two component ready to use pack) at the interval of 6 hours. After second coat of Pidifin 2K , sand shall sprinkle on the coated surface as sand plaster and allow air curing for 4 days. complete all as directed. Note -(i) Efflorescence treatemnt shall be got done from the agency approved by the GE. (ii) Contractor shall give written gurantee for five year against efflorescence treatement carried out. (iii) Gurantee Money @5% of efflorenscence treatment shall be kept reserve for a period of two years and shall be released on successful expiry of defect liability of effloresence treatment. This Guarantee money shall be in addition to performance security in terms of condition 19 of IAFW-2249.

M&L for Washed stone grit plaster on exterior walls in two layers, under layer 12mm cement plaster 1:4 (1 cement: 4 coarse sand ) furrowing the under layer with scratching tool, applying cement slurry on the under layer @ 3 Kg of cement per square metre, top layer 15mm cement plaster 1:1/2:2 (1 cement: 1/2 coarse sand : 2 stone chipping 10mm nominal size) in panels with groove all around as per approved pattern including scrubbing and washing, the top layer with brushes and water to expose the stone chippings .complete all as specified (Paymentfor providing grooves shall be made separately).

M&L Forming groove of uniform size 15mm wide and 15mm deep in the top layer of washed stone grit plaster as per approved pattern using wooden battens, nailed to the under layer including removal of wooden battens, repair to the edges of panels and finishing the groove complete as per specifications and direction of the Engineer-in-charge

M&L for preparing new wood & wood based surfaces of any description, not otherwise described over 10 cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of pink primer complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F in repair stainless steel tubing of 25 mm dia chromium plated min. 1.0 mm wall thickness as in curtain rod complete incl S&F 02 Nos stainless steel brackets/finials fency type, stops fixed with ss screws etc complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note : For the purpose of mesurement and payment running length of curtain rod only shall be considered.

Demolition of cement concrete un -reinforced in ground floors/FF and pavings n.exc 15cm thickness complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for providing and Laying Premium (1st) quality straight edge, ceramic tiles WA value between 3% to 6% , flexural strength greater than 22N/mm², scratch resistance on mohs scale greater than 4 and crazing resistance of 2 cycles in area of each tile exceeding 0.06 sqm but not exceeding 0.11 sqm in floor, 8 to 10 mm thick in floors etc. in any shade and design/pattern of light & dark tiles etc as approved matching with wall tiles, set & jointed in neat cement slurry & pointed in matching colored polymer cement based grout to match over complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F in repair PTMT Jet Spray with 1.5 metre long flexible tube including making connections and fixed in position complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F in repair PTMT 450mm long shelf for wash basin. Fixed in position complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F in repair ISI marked doubled layered rotational moulded polyethylene water storage tanks (cylindrical vertical with closed top / cover) 500 Ltrs capacity hoisted and fixed in position all as specified including 20 mm dia brass float valves, high pressure, with polythene float and fly nut complete screwed for 20mm bore iron pipe and including GI nipple/union of 20mm bore to connect GI tubing to PVC water tank complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for repair to RCC ceiling, sunshades, Chajjas, Balconies, Columns, bands, beams, roof slab and similar RCC work at any position/height by dismantling loose/disintegrated portion and dubbing out with Cement Concrete 1:1½:3, 15mm to 50mm thick using 6 to 12mm graded stone aggregate to make up and finished to required shape including provision of necessary supports if required and stitching of cracks with mild steel U clamps made out of 8mm dia @ 150mm c/c with inserting concrete block stretcher with cement mortar 1:3 mixed with adhesive chemical (Polymer based) and reinforced with PVC chicken mesh including form work where ever required and finished with10 mm thick plastering in CM 1:4 finished even and fair without using extra cement including preparation of surfaces to receive finishes complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note : The extra area of 300mm around the actual affected area will be checked and repaired and only repaired portion will be taken for measurement.

M&L PVC(HDPE) SWR , 40 mm bore, single socketed in any length with rubber ring joints using solvent cement as per maunfacture instruction,including all fitting elbow, tees, sockets, bends etc. laid in walls & floors for connecting bottle traps & nahani trap complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for cement concrete (1:3:6) type C-1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate as in plinth protection, 50 mm thick, surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement as in plinth protection including provision of construction joints and form work complete all as directed by Engr-in-Charge and complete as specified.

M&L for PCC 1:3:6 type C-2 using 40mm graded stone aggretgate, as in base for PVC tanks complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Demolition of reinforced cement concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F Framed work such as grills, cooler stands gratings, etc.. with ends of bars shouldered and/or riveted, or forged into spikes; framed guard bars; barred iron doors, framed balusters; walk ways; railings; framework of water tanks and similar work conforming to Fe.290.Gde-E-165 complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for preparing steel and iron surfaces of any description and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L 4 mm thick sheet glass ordinary quality and glazing with oil putty in spare not exceeding 0.5 sqm in each pane as in repair and complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.
