Dismantling of ceramic tiles or vitrified and plaster to making surface clean for refixing the glazed tiles including removal of malba complete in all respect and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer in charge.

Dismantling of green marble/ kota/ terrazo chips from dado or flooring including removing of malba to 50 meters complete in all respect and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer in charge.

Providing and laying Vitrified floor tiles of size 600 x 600 mm single charge (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer) with water absorption less than 0.08% and conforming to IS:15622, of approved brand & manufacturer, in all colours and shade. The tiles are to be fixed with 3mm grove using spacers. The tiles are to be laid on 20 mm thick cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement: 4 coarse sand), joining with grey cement slurry @3.3 kg kg/sqm. The groves are to be filled with cementitious grout mix with proportion of 0.90 kg grout and 0.10 kg of hardener for each kg of filling material. Single charge vitrified tile of size 600 x 600 mm

Providing and laying Vitrified floor tiles in different sizes (thickness to be specified by manufacturer) of 1st quality with water absorption less than 0.08% and conforming to IS 15622 of approved make, in all colours and shades, in skirting. The tiles are to be fixed with 3mm grove using spacers. The tiles are to be laid on 12 mm thick bed of cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement: 3 coarse sand), joining with grey cement slurry @3.3 kg kg/sqm. The groves are to be filled with cementitious grout mix with proportion of 0.90 kg grout and 0.10 kg of hardener for each kg of filling material. Single charge vitrified tile of size 600 x 600 mm

Providing and fixing 0.5mm thick aluminium sheet at the bottom of washroom door complete in all respect and to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing 15 to 18 mm thick gang saw cut, mirror polished, premoulded and prepolished, machine cut for kitchen platforms, vanity counters, window sills, facias and similar locations of required size, approved shade, colour and texture laid over 20 mm thick base cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand), joints treated with white cement, mixed with matching pigment, epoxy touch ups, including rubbing, curing, moulding and polishing to edges to give high gloss finish etc. complete at all levels. Providing and laying 1st quality ceramic glazed wall tiles of size 300x450 mm conforming to IS : 15622 (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer) of approved make, in all colours, shades as approved by Engineer-in-Charge,in skirting, risers of steps and dados, over 12 mm thick bed of cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand). The tiles are to be fixed by provding 2 mm thick spacer. The area of spacer is to be filled by using cement based grout of approved shade. The grooves are to be filled with cemenitious grout mix with proportion of 0.90 kg grout and 0.10 kg of hardener for each kg of filling material complete in all respect and to entire statisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and laying antiskid ceramic floor tiles of specified size (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer) of 1st quality with water absorption less than 0.08% and conforming to IS : 15622, of approved make, in all colours and shades, laid on 20 mm thick cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand). The tiles are to be fixed by provding 2 mm thick spacer. The area of spacer is to be filled by using cement based grout of approved shade. The grooves are to be filled with cemenitious grout mix with proportion of 0.90 kg grout and 0.10 kg of hardener for each kg of filling material complete in all respect and to entire statisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.
