Fabrication, erection of double pole for end terminations/sectional double pole, 11 KV line on ST Pole with fixing of necessary clamps & other accessories like 1 nos top channel 100x50 mm 2.24 m. 1 No. Guarding Angle. Its grouting in ratio 1:4:8 plinthing 300 mm above ground level, earthing of support & one side cable expose.

Grouting & Nuzzling of 11 KV stay set complete including fixing of necessary clamps. Accessories required including its grouting by civil material (Sand, Brick blast & cement). All material except stay set and stay wire shall be supplied by the contractor.

Digging of pit suitable for 3.5x240 sq.mm LT XLPE cable laying Double Circit. After LT XLPE cable laying refilling by Bricks & sand as Per RESPO Norms. Only LT XLPE cable supplied by Department. Total length 160 Mtr.

Laying of 3x185 sq.mm 11 KV XLPE cable by drill method double circit as per RESPO Norms. Only 11 KV XLPE cable supplied by Department. (Total Length 780 Mtr.)

Cable Hosting of 11 KV 3x185 sq. mm XLPE Cable at the following including jumpering etc complete with help of GI Pipe as Per RESPO Norms. GI pipe and other required material shall be supplied by contractor.

High pressure testing of 11 KV 3x185 XLPE cable along with arrangement of High Pressure equipment.

Making of Heat & shrinkables joints of following sizes and types in 11 KV XLPE cable(Jointing kit will be provided by deptt.)

(i) Outdoor end termination kit for 11 KV 3x185 sqmm XLPE cable

(ii) Straight through jointing kit for 11 KV 3x185 sqmm

Painting of new erected ST pole with two coat of Red oxide paint, PO red paint at top of pole 2 mtr and balance by two coats of best quality aluminium paint ISI of Berger/Nerolac/Asian paints as per norms.
