Providing & applying primer coat with bitumen emulsion (SS-1) on prepared surface of granular base including cleaning of road surface and spraying at the rate of 0.60 kg/sqm using mechanical means as per Technical Specification Clause 502

Providing and applying tack coat with Bitumen VG-10 using Bitumen Pressure Sprayer at the rate of 0.30 kg per sqm on the prepared granular surfaces treated with primer or previously painted surface & cleaned with Hydraulic broom as per MORD Technical Specification Clause 503. and direction of Engineeer in Charge .

Providing, laying and rolling of open-graded premix carpet of 20 mm thick (compacted) composed of 13.2 mm to 5.6 mm aggregates of approved quarry using bitumen (VG-10) to required line, grade and level to serve as wearing course on a previously prepared base, including mixing in a suitable plant (Mixol), laying and rolling with a three wheel 80-100 kN static roller capacity, finished to required level and grades to be followed by seal coat Type C as per MORD Technical Specification Clause 508 and direction of Engineer-in-charge .

Providing and laying seal coat sealing the voids in a bituminous surface laid to the specified levels, grade and cross fall using Type C as per MORD Technical Specification Clause 510 and direction of Engineer-in-charge .

Providing & fixing of M.S. Sign Board as per approved Drawing of Mandi Parishad at road site including Painting with enamel paint and letter writing with road sign as per direction of E/I.

Earth in cutting or in embankment in ordinary soil , excavation to be done in form of regular pits not exceeding 1/2 M. in depth and work in embankment to be in 20 cm layers including ramming and dressing the surface to required level and slopes and also including 1.5 M. lift and 30 m lead . The earth from cutting to be used in making embankment or to be deposited as spoil banks within 30 m distance as directed by the Engineer in charge

Supply and laying and fixing of 350 mm dia NP-3 R.C.C. Hume pipe with required collors including loading, unloading, cartage upto site. Supply of all materials all labour. T&P etc. and also including all other taxes/charges for proper completion of work as per direction of the Engineer in charge. Jointing of pipes shall be with 1:2 cement and course sand mortar.

Brick edging on both sides of roads of 1st class brick 8cm (3") wide & 12cm (4.50") deep laid with mud mortor including labour & suplly of bricks finished to required templete and in proper alignment and also including dressing & ramming the excavated earth including all labor T&P sudries required for completion of work with material.
