Supply & Erection of 11 KV Section Double Pole Structure ( Riser) 11 Mtr. Long SP-72 Type S.T. Pole (Bottom Portion Galvanised) made of following types of supports duly grouted 1:4:8(1 cement, 4 coarse sand and 8 brick ballast 40 mm size) Plinthed, plastered and painted in the same manner as already specified for respective supports with Two nos. MS channels of size 125x65mm fixed with MS Clamp of size 75x10mm and 65x65x6 mm angle iron bracing fixed with MS Clamp of size 50x6mm & 3 no. Pin Insulator, etc. complete with all material and T&P etc. required for proper completion of work. (Only manufacturers whose GTP will be Approved in UP Power Corp.)

Supply, Installation, testing and commissioning of 630 KVA TRANSFORMERS, 3 phase, 50 Hz outdoor type copper wound, delta/star connected (vector group-DYn 11), oil immersed, naturally oil cooled (ONAN), core type Distribution transformer with no load voltage ratio of 11000/415 Volts. The transformer shall be suitable for operation at ambient temperature of 50 deg C and shall be supplied with suitable neutral ternimal on LT side and all accessories such as lifting lugs,breather, Buchholz's relay with alarm and trip contacts, magnetic oil guage, air release valve, oil conservator, dial type temperature indicator, earthing terminals, explosion vent, drain valve with plug inclusive of first filling of oil as per IS 335 (with latest amendents), diagram and rating plate & marshalling box. The transformer shall conform to IS 1180- of level-II in all respects like insulation levels, temperature rise, impedance voltage and losses.

Supply/laying of 185 Sqmm 3 core type high conductivity aluminum strand compacted circular conductor XLP (E) armoured 11KV cable neutral earthed system confirming to IS 7098-Part-II(1985) with latest amendment at a depth of 1 Mtr. Below ground level over a cushion of 75mm thick sand around and protect with brick on sides and top of cable shall be properly connecting with the earth conductor by clamps etc. with the cost of all material, labour, T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work. Supply/Laying of 300 sqmm 3-1/2 core alluminium conductor PVC insulated armoured served sheathed cables 1100 volts grade at a depth of 750 mm below ground level over a cushion of 75 mm thick sand all around and protected with burnt bricks on side and on top on surface the cable run shall be fied on M.S. clamps etc. of suitable size or as directed by the Engineer-in-charge, complete in all respect. The armouring of the cable shall be properly connected with the earth conductor by clamps etc.

Providing and fixing H.T. danger notice plate of 250 mm X 200 mm, made of mild steel, at least 2 mm thick, and vitreous enameled white on both sides, and with inscription in single red colour on front side as required. i/c Frock wire.

S/L of 150 mm dia. H.D.P.E pipe for drawing of power cable across the road by drilling of 220 mm dia. at 1mtr. below the road level thereby doing the work of providing H.D.P.E pipe by trenchless method PE-63/PN- 6 complete in all respects as per direction of the Engineer in-charge.
