ITEM NO. : 1 Removing G.I. or A.C. sheet roofing including purlins, principal rafters etc. including sorting serviceable and unserviceable materials, stacking the same as and where directed in the compound including scaffolding etc. complete {Note : - Rate Should be inclusive of GST}

ITEM NO. : 2 Fixing corrugated galvanised iron sheets of 0.63mm thick (24 B.W.G.) for roofing without wind tiles including fastening with galvanised iron screws & bolts, lead & bitumen washers as per drawing etc. complete.(Weight of 5.5 kg/sq.m.). {Note : - Rate Should be inclusive of GST}

ITEM NO. : 4 Providing, laying and fixing P.V.C. pipe of 110 mm. dia. with fittings such as bends, tees, reducers, clamps, etc. including necessary excavation, trench filling etc. complete. Including removing existing pipe line if necessary and conveying and stacking the same in PWD chowky or as directed etc. complete {Note : - Rate Should be inclusive of GST}

ITEM NO. : 5 Providing and Fixing Fibre Glass Reinforced Plastic - FRP Gutter minimum 3mm in thickness of Size varying from 300 x 300 mm to 200 x 200 mm, with minimum 150mm overlap using UV stabilised Resin having smooth surface on both sides. The gutters will be Milky White in colour and will be provided with atmospheric resistent treatment from inside for additional atmospheric resistance and better life, providing drop ends to assist faster drainage, including providing fixing necessary M.S. Clamps, with one coat of primer and two coats of painting complete {Note : - Rate Should be inclusive of GST}

ITEM NO. : 6 Providing and fixing Drywall Clad Shera Deco Cassiano Board, For Wall Cladding as per drawing {Note : - Rate Should be inclusive of GST}

ITEM NO. : 7 Providing and applying waterproofing - Kamperol or alike including Cleaning of Surface for application of Kamperol waterproofing Systems, Applying of Kamper 2 K- PUR, solvent-free, 2-component, fleece-reinforced and liquid-applied waterproofing system based on polyurethane resin, including Supplying and fixing of metal flashing base on kamper waterproofing to fill any kind of gap and to support waterproofing work where ever necessary complete. (Rate based on quotations recieved from Buildtechroof, Pune). {Note : - Rate Should be inclusive of GST}
