PART-A DISMANTLING WORK BASED ON RUIDP BSR 2024
(2.4) Dismantling of existing structures like culverts, bridges, retaining walls, CC road and other structure comprising of masonry, cement concrete, wood work, steel work, including T&P and scaffolding wherever necessary, sorting the dismantled material, disposal of unserviceable material and stacking the serviceable material with all lifts and lead of 50 metres as directed by Engineer.
(2.4.1) Lime Concrete, cement concrete grade M-10 (1:5:10) and below
(2.4.2) Cement Concrete Grade M-15 and above and PCC blocks
(2.4.5.2) Dismantling Stone Masonry in cement mortar.
(2.4.7.1) Steel work in all type sections up to a height of 5 metre above plinth level (Riveted work where rivet are required to be cut shall be measured and paid separately) Including dismembering.
(3.1.1) Demolishing brick work manually/ by mechanical means including stacking of serviceable material and disposal of unserviceable material within 50 metres lead as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. In cement mortar

(21.1.5) Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centring and shuttering - All work upto plinth level : 1:3:6 (1 Cement : 3 coarse sand : 6 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size).
(9.4.3) Providing and laying un-reinforced, dowel jointed, plain cement concrete mix in pavement over a prepared sub base with 43 grade cement, coarse and fine aggregate conforming to IS: 383, maximum size of coarse aggregate not exceeding 25 mm, mixed in a batching and mixing plant as per approved mix design, transported to site, laid with a fixed form or slip form paver, spread, compacted and finished in a continuous operation including provision of contraction, expansion, construction and longitudinal joints, joint filler, separation membrane, sealant primer, joint sealant, debonding strip, dowel bar, tie rod, admixtures as approved, curing compound, finishing to lines and grades complete as per drawing and as per clause 602, 112 of MoRT&H specification including all material, labour, machinery, lighting, guarding and maintenance of diversion. (26.1) Stone work (machine cut edges) for wall lining etc. (veneer work) backing filled with a grout of 12mm thick cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand) including pointing in white cement mortar 1:2 (1 white cement : 2 stone dust) with an admixture of pigment matching the stone shade : (To be secured to the backing by means of cramps which shall be paid for separately) :
(26.1.1.4) Red sand stone - exposed face fine dressed with rough backing 40 mm thick.
(26.26) Supplying and fixing machine cut dressed 75 mm Pink sand stone (Bansi Paharpur) dasa/ coping wth ornamental shape having moulding and "PAN Shape" engraving as per required pattern with engraving depth of 5 mm (average) in single piece of length 90 cm to be laid on cement mortar 1:4 (12 to 20mm thick) including pointing with admixture of pigment matching with the stone shade.
(40.5.2) Lime Surkhi Plaster 1:2 (1 Lime : 2 Surkhi) including preparation of mortar by traditional practice (by grinding) in 3 course for base coarse and subsequent course & Loi, tamping, beating, curring till the shrinkage cracks are disappear. The work is to be done with all lead as the work is of restoration nature as per Jaipur practice including adding gur,methi & gugal on old walls including removal of all old loose and decade plaster, each coat to be done after 3 days of previous coat. 45 mm thick in four coats
(40.9) Add extra over Lime plaster work done over flat ceiling. (Rate 20 %)
(40.7) Making Mehrab's, Arches, pillars, highly decorative creepers, flower of small sizes etc.in lime Surkhi plaster (1:2) as per B248old traditional practices (Arches, Mehrab's) in three coats for base course and subsequent course and Loi tamping, beating till the shrinkage cracks are disappear than making ornamental flowering/design etc. The work is to done with all leads and lifts as per work of restoration nature as per Jaipur practice.
(40.17) Khamira Colour Washing as per old traditional practice to prepare the Khamira the lime should be slaked at least for 7-10 days and regularly it should be stirred by adding cured, Gugal, for nonsynthetic colour adding gum (babool gum) as per specification. Then applying prepared solution on walls three to four thin coats as desired finishing.
(40.18) Stucco work in lime, Surkhi, mortar (1:2) as per existing design work/ traditional practices by skilled craftsman, the stucco work should be done as per restoration nature, the mortar should be prepared by grinding mill adding gur, methi & gugal.. The thickness varies from 50 mm to 100mm as per the design (minimum rectangular surface area to be measured).
(40.19) Providing & applying Lime kara 1:2 (1lime cream : 2 Zikki powder) grinding mortar with grinding mill/manually on lime base, on ceiling and all flat surface in two coats. First coat applying 3 mm to 4 mm thick and curing properly at least 7 days, second finishing coat done after 7 days of previous coat as per traditional practice.(thickness not more than 6 mm.)
(40.22) Tuman masonry by brick bats/ stones in grinded mortar of Lime Surkhi mortar 1:2/lime sand mortar 1:2 including racking and removal of all old loose plaster and cleaning the wall surface properly as per direction of Engineer Incharge.
(40.34) De-vegetation from monument by removing bushes, trees including complete uprooting from the wall & roofs/structures carefully including suitable chemical treatment to roots to avoid further growth including disposal of rubbish with in 50 mtr. Lead as per direction of Engineer in-charge.
(40.38) Providing and applying breathable, non-reactive, transparent, antifungal, UV resistant, alkaline stable, impregnable silane-siloxane or equivalent based water repellent coating on exposed absorbing substrate like stone surface/ concrete surface/ mineral painted surface / exposed brick surface / lime surface in two or more coats to give uniform finish surface in all heights, horizontal, inclined, vertical and on ceiling complete in all respect and making it complete water-proof as per direction of the Engineer-in charge.
(40.43) Chemical treatment of sand stone to clean from yellowness, blackness, algal growth, dust, dirt oily accretions, lime & gypsum deposits, filling of cracks/ joining of gaps/ pointing, strengthening of weak stone, removal of salt effect and application of preservative coating to prevent algal growth and make the stone water proof.
(40.58) Removal/Clean Ornamental Stone with Diamond/ Surgical tool Kits of the original surface of stone carving & traditional Mewar work of Biradari including Todies ,lamcha ,etc by careful removal of upper coating of lime Khara /whitewash /paint/ distemper/ plaster, araish etc. without any harm to the original hidden art work, conservation of the traditional & strengthen the original art work with the preservative coating and making it water proof as per direction of the Conservation.
(40.7) Removal , providing and re fixing of stone dasa moulded as per existing design with fine finishing fixing in grinded lime mortar 1:2 i/c all lead and lift complete in all respect. extra for carving (pan patti)- 100mm thick
(33.75) Providing and fixing double scaffolding system (cup lock type) on the exterior side, upto seven story height made with 40mm dia. M.S. tube 1.5 m centre to centre horizontal & vertical tubes joining with cup & lock system with M.S. tubes, M.S. tube challies, M.S. clamps and M.S. staircase system in the scaffolding for working platform etc. and maintaining it in a serviceable condition for the required duration as approved and removing it there after .The scaffolding system shall be stiffened with bracings, runners, connection with the building etc wherever required for inspection of work at required locations with essential safety features for the workmen etc. complete as per directions and approval of Engineer-in-charge .The elevational area of the scaffolding shall be measured for payment purpose .The payment will be made once irrespective of duration of scaffolding. (To be used for maintenance work judicially . necessary deduction for scaffolding in the existing item to be done.)
(26.10.1) Stone work, plain in copings, cornices, string courses and plinth courses, upto 75 mm thick in Cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand) including pointing with white cement mortar 1:2 (1 white cement : 2 stone dust) with an admixture of pigment matching the stone shade. Red sand stone

(26.9) Providing and fixing red sand stone brackets 55x22.5x45cm sunk and moulded including providing and fixing with 4 Nos. gun metal cramp 25x6mm 30 cm long and dowel bars 7.5 cm long 6 mm dia as per design.
(38.7) Providing and laying integral cement based water proofing treatment including preparation of surface as required for treatment of roofs, balconies, terraces etc consisting of following operations:
(38.7) a) Applying a slurry coat of neat cement using 2.75 kg/sqm. of cement admixed with water proofing compound conforming to IS. 2645 and approved by Engineer-in-charge over the RCC slab including adjoining walls upto 300mm height including cleaning the surface before treatment.
(38.7) b) Laying brick bats with mortar using broken bricks/brick bats 25 mm to 115mm size with 50% of cement mortar 1:5 (1 cement : 5 coarse sand) admixed with water proofing compound conforming to IS : 2645 and approved by Engineer-in-charge over 20 mm thick layer of cement mortar of mix 1:5 (1 cement :5 coarse sand ) admixed with water proofing compound conforming to IS : 2645 and approved by Engineer-in-charge to required slope and treating similarly the adjoining walls upto 300 mm height including rounding of junctions of walls and slabs
(38.7) c) After two days of proper curing applying a second coat of cement slurry using 2.75kg/ sqm of cement admixed with water proofing compound conforming to IS : 2645 and approved by Engineer-in-charge.
(38.7) d) Finishing the surface with 20 mm thick jointless cement mortar of mix 1:4 (1 cement :4 coarse sand) admixed with water proofing compound conforming to IS : 2645 and approved by Engineer-in-charge including laying glass fibre cloth of approved quality in top layer of plaster and finally finishing the surface with trowel with neat cement slurry and making pattern of 300x300 mm square 3mm deep.
(38.7) e) The whole terrace so finished shall be flooded with water for a minimum period of two weeks for curing and for final test. All above operations to be done in order and as directed and specified by the Engineer-in-Charge :
(38.7.1) With average thickness of 120mm and minimum thickness at khurra as 65 mm.

(48.12) Providing & Fixing of ISO certified company made IK10 IP65 protected Top/Bottom mounted LED Post top Light system. Fixture made of powder coated die cast alluminium housing with UV stabalized PC diffuser. The System level Luminous efficacy ≥ 90 Lumen/W. SMD LEDs is to be used, System CRI>70, CCT: 3000/4000/6500 K. The integral electronic driver must be potted & has a unique BIS R number must be potted & has a unique BIS R number constant current and Internal/external surge protection device of min. 4KV(L-N) and efficiency > 85%, PF>0.9, THD<20% and input Voltage range of 90-270V AC at 50Hz. System life of 30000 Burning hours with 70% of Initial Lumens maintained Light output in Cool white or Warm White Colour as per engineers choice. driver current <1000mA shown in LM79 report. Fixture must be in compliance with BIS Standards and T.C . Certificate complete in all respect.OEM Must have its own in house NABL lab setup for all testing facilities for LED fixtures.
